# Long Term Relationship Mixes?

I do not have much experience in mones yet. But so far my favorite mix has been 3 sprays IG and 3 sprays IH. All women are different, but my understanding is that something like [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) or Tuth will not have any effect if there is not an emotional/social connection first. Were talking LTR not ONS. I had an amazing experience with following up my mix above with 2 shots of IJ (accidentally instead of ammo). You can read more here ate day 10.5
