# looking for 1st time advice.. plz read if you have a min!

Ok first, read our lovely moderator Tishas post: [What pheromones can and can't do: realistic expectations for newcomers](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/what-pheromones-can-do-and-what-they-cant-updated/9558) My other advice (which I am following myself…yea I practice what I preach lol) is to google “Double your Dating” and invest in some of the socialization courses there. I am currently working with Deep Inner Game and the Body Language course is on the way as well. The course are pricey but worth the investment. Although I don’t look at all like you physically, I have been told that I am occasionally “scary (I hate when people say that)”. Personality is everything and pheromones enhance.
