I am a white male in my 40’s. Located in a cold climate and came across [pheromones](https://a314.com/) and developed an interest in Tac. Read a few reviews and see this as an interesting first product to test out for interesting self effects around calmness. There are another few products here that may be of interest. Does this vendor includes samples with orders? ---

Welcome to the happiest online pheromone community in the planet. 🙂 TAC indeed is classified by some users as a “relaxant phero”, but many putatives also provides self effects that are categorized as calming. p86 for one is tagged as “sedating” but one user describe p86 as creating “a relaxing effect which is totally appropriate for lounging around the bedroom with one’s lover.” p82 is simply labeled as “calm”, other users say its “sensitive”. p124 oozes with fun and confident but calm vibe. TAK is reported as a smooth, calming pheromone. p102 is tagged as sense enhancer, focused and calming pheromone. And so on. I suggest you make your intent clear as crystal so that experienced users can chime in their 2cents for you. Hi, thanks for the response. I work in an office environment and have recently changed careers. As a result, I experienced some anxiety. This mainly occurs when I am presenting or discussing topics where my confidence is not 100% yet. I have used a few other [pheromones products](https://a314.com/shop/) and the best results are alpha socials. I am mostly looking for social with a calming self effect. Hope this helps. Tac still seems like a good 1st choice where some alpha create an intimidating effect with me as well. Think I heard of a product here called mx353 which is probably my next purchase. MBTI =INTP, east Canada and I am in finance. ---
