# Looking for Pheromons to Help Getting my swagger and wife back. My wife and I have just recently had enough struggle that I’m living out of the house and looking for an apartment. I think a lot of this boils down to tons of stresses in our lives and having two young ones (hard to feel sexy with their lack of communication skills/constant needs). Anyways, the D word is floating around, but I’m confident in time we can turn this around. We’re on friendly terms at least. I’m looking to regain attractiveness without coming off desperate. I am also looking for something that will help loosen us both up. Eventually turn up the heat if we get there again. All else fails, I guess I’ll use these in the future as a single man. I’m curious, do the 'mones you wear affect you as much as they do the other person? How close in proximity do we need for effectiveness? How long in that proximity? And maybe some light shed on mixing 'mones together would be nice. Is there a guide on combinations somewhere here? Thanks! And I’ll report back on my findings once I get some recommendations. ---

Hey sandyeggo, welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your situation. I’ve been through similar and it sucked. I think [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and IO and IS would be good starting points. The ammo for attraction, IO for open conversation, and Intant Shine for feel good moods. The mones can certainly affect you greatly, at times more than the target, but also in time tolerance can build also. I’ve found that a lot of mones generally can work up to 30 feet but are more often best at about 10ft max, of course the closer the better. And they only need to be exposed briefly but the longer exposed the better. The mix I recommended above could be a good mix for you but it’s best to solo test each one first to get an idea of what dosages work best for you for each, and then combine them. ---

Hi sandyeggo, Welcome to this forum. I totally second Jdub’s recommendations. I would only add IH to the selection. While IO can help resstablish basic communication, the IH will help you both dive into the roots of the conflict and let all truths be told. From this should arise catharsis, meaning a peak that can eventually lead to resolved issues. Knowing all aspect of the problem is paramount to finding solutions, isn’t it? I wouldn’t neglect this great product to help you doing just that. Good luck. ---

Thanks for the fast response and recommendations! I’m looking at the starter pack right now. Should I get stealth or fragrance? How does the [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/) fragrance smell? Is it subtle? She might find it weird that I’m wearing cologne around her, but if it isn’t strong, I can say its a new soap I’m using, I suppose. ---

The stealth pack is kinda new, it’s recommend to use along your favorite cologne or standalone, testing will tell you which products can be used alone and which ones should be used with cologne. The fragranced version comes with default fragrnce which is neroli for most product, it’s a light citrusy smell, kinda orange-like but not overpowering. ---

Yeah the neroli, I’ve found is a nice smell, will definitely pass as a new soap. The stealth is good too but it’s new so a lot of us are still in the testing phase of it. You should be good with neroli as long as you don’t have like 20 sprays on. ---

I would suggest you start by using something that helps re-establish trusting and open communication before you introduce a determined sexual like TUTH. The IH/IS combo is what I’d suggest, unless any level of conversation is difficult, in which case I’d suggest you start with IO, then progress to IH/IS as things improve. IH promotes trusting/sharing/caring communication but its drawback can be that it can go “too deep” - which may not be so good, for both attraction and the sort of things it might bring-out. So steering it with IS helps a lot to keep it on the pleasant/happy side of things. My experience with stealth has been good so far but that’s usually using my own cover scent. However the new stealth oils have proved effective and long lasting for me, although testing is at an early stage. For sprays, I’d still suggest you stick with [Neroli](https://a314.com/product-category/scented/androtics-neroli/), which is a proven good diffuser and settles light by half an hour or so after application. Depending on what turned her on to you in the first place, a status product like A314 might help remind her of what she’s missing and it will complement IH/IS very nicely (but not so good with IO) and sexual like TUTH can be added as needed. Late 20s are when women begin to tune-in to A314 on an attraction level and this really picks-up post-30. 🙂 There are other deeper bonding/connecting combos that can be explored but I would see how you get-on with the starter pack first. They also often need prolonged periods of repeat exposure before they really hit-home. Phero self effects vary widely between individuals - some get them very strongly, others not at all. Also, any self effects tend to be strongest on the first few applications and you adapt in time. So do give each product a run on its own first to see how you feel on them. 🙂 As well as helping yourself via pheros, you will also benefit from a repositioning of your attitude/behaviour towards her. Don’t be afraid to step back and not be too willing to give it all her way. Often it is when a partner grows too used to you, starts to take you for-granted or becomes too comfortable around you that things start to suffer. So be ready to assert yourself when needed. And if you are living apart, don’t hesitate to explore any other options that might come your way. Again, sometimes her seeing that other women still find you attractive can do a lot for her feelings towards you too. And you need a bit of fun/de-stressing to help get your own self-respect back in good perspective, even if you don’t initially feel much like it just now. 🙂 ---

Welcome sandyeggo, I was leaning toward the starter kit also. I mean for the price of it compared to getting an apartment and a divorce there really is no comparison. Now you are not the only one out there with these same problems as the D word has come up in my marriage before quite a few times to. Now [pheromones](https://a314.com/) do help, but you will still have to put in the time an effort to really make things work. Here is what I would start with **Ammo** I actually had a hard time between this IG and A314. My choice is this one and the reason is you need the attraction there still as this is important because if it is not it will not go anywhere or not very far, but any of these 3 could be good. This one will provide the attraction and is balanced to. **IShine** This will put her in a good mood and help ease the stress. **IH** Will be worth its weight in gold for you. Provides the much needed deep connection and bonding you really need right now and will help bring out all the underlying problems that are present so you can work through them. I am really hoping Mobocaster comes back in and weighs in on the Ammo, IG, and A314 and his thoughts on which might be the best way to proceed here. Just got my package in the mail. This is perfect timing guys. And yes, I’ve been a calm, collected man through this. I’m still a rock, with warmth and love. She’s on a roller coaster and watching me as I’ve grown comfortable as a single father. Time and effort is being carefully calculated here. I really appreciate your insights and advice, not only on the 'mones, but even with things to consider outside of the 'mones. Tonight I’m going to wear Ishine and IH. I’ll leave the Ammo off, as she’s already admitted sexual attraction to me and I’d like to keep that from being a distraction. There’s more atplay here than I’ve explained, but this is a good start. Good to hear you got your order! I hope you post your experience and consider starting a journal we can follow and continue to help out! If you ever need anything just post or send me a PM and I will respond as we are all here to help each other and we all have a story and what I love here and a big part of the reason I stay around is there is no judging or people being critical of each other and for me it is all about helping each other and that is what makes things great. I would still consider wearing 1 spray of Ammo just to make sure to keep the attraction as IH can push you into the freindzone area solo, just a thought to help. ---

Let me know how to go about making a journal. Last night worked exactly the way it needed to. There was obvious signs of attraction, she was very warm compared to the coldness I’ve been experiencing. We even shared an alcoholic beverage over a nice long talk. She invited me to stay the night, but I didn’t. Intimacy was there as well! Ok. That’s a good start. IH/IS will deliver its full promise over a few exposure/withdrawal cycles. So don’t be in too much hurry to keep in contact when yo uare away from her just to let the effects sink-in. Just the basics no more. So its up to you if you want to introduce a sexual the next time you see her or if you want to simply repeat the exposure and let the effects build for later. Sometimes heat of the moment is good, sometimes not. ---

I just remember that I haven’t tried checking out the forums using a regular account. Note to self: I have to create one to see what others see. 🙂 Anyway, the good journal practice is that you must use codenames for you and your partner/s (others here use letters, some use a combination of number and letters), refrain from naming the place, just call a pub pub, a club club, a hotel hotel, and a university university. The important thing in a journal is your actual experience with mones, the dosage used, the application points, and the types of hits or non-hits you have experienced. Best to check out existing journals for you to have an idea. 🙂 Regarding freebies, you can qualify for one if your order costs you $100 and more.
