Use ONE pheromone for a week at varying doses. Try [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). Start off with 2 sprays one day, 3 the next, 4 the next, 5 the next and then bring it back down to 2. Be observant. Don’t go looking for hits, but be aware of your surroundings. You might get small hits and not notice it. It could be a smile you wouldn’t normally get, a glance, etc. Use appropriate pheromones. Don’t use AMMO and TUTH at say a funeral. Using CTTM mix 2 and expecting girls to talk to you in class may not be realistic depending on the environment. Keep in mind that TUTH sends a signal for sex/strong attraction. Using TUTH off the bat, unless you’re in say a club or bar may not get you the results you want. Everyone’s phero sig is different, you’re going to need to find your sweet spot which may take anywhere from a few days to a few months. Other people also have different sweet spots, what might work for one girl, may be completely offensive to another. Family and friends are use to your phero sig, so they already know who you are and what you are like. Pheros may not be as effective among those who have been around you or are familiar with you.
