Sitting across the table should be fine, but of course the closer you get to him, the more the molecules will hit him. Around people that already know you very well, repeated exposure is key to make them notice there’s something different about you. Don’t know what products you ended up buying, but in my experience social mones like IH hit immediately at first exposure when you start talking.
