Hi, I was going to start using lotion soon, due to unattractiveness of dry skin… I am new to pheros

so I’m going to be getting my first shipment tomorrow of

1. [ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)
2. [instant openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/)
1.instant shine
2.instant gentlemen
3. [Turn Up The Heat](https://a314.com/product/turn-up-the-heat-tuth/)
4. [instant honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/)

all to-gos

And i was wondering if lotion hampers the effect of pheros ? or they still act normally?

Also any recommendations for a type of lotion? I would use mainly on face and arms/hands.

thanks.

Hi bedojo 🙂

Well, a lot of the ladies use lotion and [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/). The thing to do is apply the lotion first and wait about ten-fifteen minutes for it to absorb and then spray your on pheromones in the usual places. Then spray on cologne to cover if you’re using it. Anyways, that’s what I do and it works fine.

As far as what type of lotion to use, I’d say something unscented would work best for you. Look for stuff that doesn’t contain mineral oil or petroleum. Those are highly comedogenic (will clog your pores) and that can lead to a myriad of skin problems (acne). A good inexpensive body lotion is Nature’s Gate Fragrance-Free moisturizing Lotion. You can find it in your Natural Food’s market. For your face, maybe try an actual face cream. Nice and not to costly are products by Rachael Perry, Derma-e and Reviva. A lot of on-line vitamin companies carry these products, so you won’t have a hard time finding them.

Ok, there ya go. You’ll be Mr. Smoothie before ya know it. Hope that helps. 😃
