I have a meeting with a old female friend, who we use to date back in the day. So Im wondering what I should wear. I have IG, [MX297](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/mx297/), MX390,TUTH, IO, IH, IJ, A314a, MX390, P74 at 7.5, P78 at 7.5 and P83at 15mcg. ---

What do you want to achieve with wearing mones? You looking to spark interest again? You looking to appear healthier/happier than you were back then? etc. Be a little more specific and we might be able to help you some more. ---

2s IG + 3s IO + 3s IH. I would say keep TUTH handy just if you want move things to the next level. If you produce low amount of -none naturally you can add on the single TUTH spray before meeting her. EDIT: a single [P83](https://a314.com/product/p83/) spray wouldn’t hurt 😉 Be cautious if you use P83 with TUTH though because that might produce unexpected results. ---

[P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/) can cause someone to act out basically. People call it a disinhibitor. One of the more interesting experiences I had was with my ex who would NEVER do the PDA thing at work. And in one day while wearing P83 she walked up to me and did a little shimmy dance kind of thing while running her hand down my chest. In another instance, I was walking by her and as we passed her hand crossed my chest again and she sort of tweaked my nipple when she got there…LOL. Outside of work she was a vixen…but we were already the subject of heavy rumors so we did all we could to avoid even more shit and this just blew me away.
