[P75](https://a314.com/product/p75/) 2.5 mcgs Self-effects Lack of negative self talk. Infact, I caught myself thinking some negative things a few times and instantly corrected myself. I had a few wtf am I thinking moments. Really have no idea why I am getting self-effects again, but its awesome. Effects on others: Maybe a slight leadership vibe. P75 seems to be hit or miss with me lately. I think next week I am gonna take a break from mones and let myself reset so I can judge reactions better. ---

Bad night. Anyway. umm I have a situation tomorrow with someone I had a falling out with. I didn’t expect this to come up again so soon. Its kinda hard to explain what happened because there isn’t really any hard feelings either way, and I don’t really know what to expect from this. All I have on me to use tomorrow is [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) and TAF. I think its gonna be solo P74. ---

so 2 sprays of [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/). The self effects are what I normally get, a slight uplifting attitude change. The environment I wore it too was work. Things aren’t the same between the two of us, which is what I expected. We had some small conversations, and there was some helping between the two of us. It seems as if we both want things the way they used to be, but its gonna take a lot for that to happen. I’m going to be seeing her a lot more in the near future, so we’ll see what happens. I don’t know why but she seems to bring out a very aggressive side of me. For example I got into a small argument with someone over something and I just had to be right, and I absolutely powered through my work that I had to do. This is not the right attitude I should be having, it does not lead to good things and is probably part of the reason we had a falling out. At the time I thought maybe P74 had broken down into something more aggressive on me, but I have never seen these effects before. ---

When you mention the P74 breaking down, is it only in correlation with this incidence of seeing her? From what I’ve been reading that would be accurate, that “she” brings it out of you and not the P74. You seem to have good reactions otherwise with the P74. Perhaps something in her body chemistry (her natural [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/)?) is not connecting with yours right and the combo creates tension. Have you used other type of soothing mones around her like IO and Ishine? If so how did they do? Then on that same level of thinking if the soothing mones are still hindered by the aggressive state shange that oocurs when she is around, perhaps switch to something a bit more aggressive yourself. A314 or something more ALPHA and dominating. And of course keep writing, I enjoy the heck out of your journal. Oh and on a side note Paul Diano is going to be in Asbury Park NJ in December and playing the entire original Maiden CD. I might go, but its awfully close to Christmas so getting there could be difficult 😃 ---

Let me know if you go! She is an alpha girl in the truest sense. I think thats probably why I get aggressive around her, she is a rarity in my mind and I tend to like the more alpha type, so maybe I feel as if I need to be more competitive. I kinda like the more aggressive side she brings out in me, I just need to put it to better use. So its not the P74. She is actually the reason I love MX301. I got my first few major hits with it around her. She also responds very well to Instant Shine, P86, and P75. Never tested A314. Its one of those cases where she kinda disappeared out of my life when I really started to get my shit together. So the more I see her she is really going to see a different, improved, side of me. I kinda think I should just leave this alone as I have sort of been neglecting the girl from class despite us spending a little more time together outside of the classroom/school work. However this other girl is a big “what-if” in my life and I really feel like I need closure. I stupidly compare every girl I meet to her. Its not doing me any good. This girl was practically part of my family while she worked for us, which really made our falling out worse, cause I felt like it didn’t affect just us but everyone around us. On a mone related note, [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) has been my go-to lately for the girl in class. Unfortunately our schedules barely match up due to a number of different reasons so our interactions are largely based around when we are both at school, but Instant Honesty is definitely working pretty well for me. It’s always good to get closure, but once you to, that’s it, gotta look at women as a blank new slate. I did that for a while, and I missed out on some awesome women. 1 spray IJ Had a busy day and had to do some stuff that required me to skip my classes. Got back to our apartment near school late. Thursday is the party night for us, but last night I wasn’t sure what exactly was going on. So, not wanting to waste any mones, I went for least amount of sprays that I know was going to be effective, hence, IJ. People ended up showing up to our apartment is it has gotten a reputation as a party house. There was really only a few people, but I got outright respect like crazy from the IJ. From guys, from girls, from everyone. It was awesome. I forgot how well I mix with this stuff. IJ might be high in -none, but at 1 spray I get zero bad effects and all great effects from it. I don’t think the name exactly suits the product, but its a great product and is definitely something I will be using more of. ---

So from the [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) you are seeing aggression like tension? Because I wore 2 sprays = 25mcg and I got Killer flirty results, then again I was wearing it around mostly strangers but I felt great, my day was great… all was good lol. But man I do not like the “Drama” that is brewing ☹ No good man, you don’t deserve it or need it! Keep going and be strong! ---

P74 is really great stuff, it works fine as a stand alone which I fine to be a rarity among P series.. Try it with some IJ for some stellar results! 🙂 On a weird note, I got friended by a girl thats the same age as the girl from class and I got a weird message from a girl on facebook, simply saying hello with a smiley face, sent at around 4 in the morning. The connection? I know that the girl from class has been staying up that late on the days that I got that message. For some weird reason I couldn’t respond or even see her profile. It’s definitely not spam,spam is never so simply done, it almost always redirects you somewhere and there was no links in the message. I might be over thinking that stuff and it could all just be coincidence but thats weird. Today I ran to school after working the morning and met with her to work on something that was due. I was only wearing 4 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) 2x. She seems to have been a little down lately and I bet this worked. Learned that we have some things in common that I would have never guessed, however I still can’t figure out if she’s just super friendly or is actually interested. I was dead tired and sort of beta-ed myself in a few instances. We went to grab lunch before class and she asked where I wanted to go and I answered " I don’t care". If I got anything out of the way of the superior man its that the man needs to make the decisions in order to spark attraction. Will have to fix this next time. Otherwise, it was a pleasant day. Kinda worried about friend zoning myself here, but the more we hang out outside the classroom the more we appear to have in common. I might take a page from Geogogi’s book and go the friends route first.. might work well in this situation. ---

I don’t care can be a great response too. It’s the I can walk away factor. Just remember MF that anything can be used as a positive or negative and I’m pretty sure that’s in WoSM book also. Your advice is always great steve, thanks. 2 sprays MX301 , my homebrewed version 2sprays IG Work with drama girl. She wanted my attention, but was trying to get it in terribly unattractive and childish ways. I was working and I hear her call my name, I walk over to talk to her, and she says “MF your a bitch”, sarcastically. Whatever, I don’t even bother to respond and walk away. The kid I was working with disappeared and I found him talking to her. I call him over to come finish our work, and again I get attitude from her. Really, I haven’t seen you for months since our fallout, you give me hints you want things to return to normal, and your gonna act like this? Even though I know it was all sarcastic its really a big turnoff. We are adults, if you want my attention get it in a grown-up way not like some little middle school girl with a crush. I pretty much ignored her for the rest of the night. I went to get ready to leave and she was all over where I was despite barely being there the rest of the night, I said goodbye, and she didn’t look to happy to see me leaving 🙂. Last time I saw her I would have given into this childish behavior and gotten pissed at her. In fact, most guys she is around give into her. I’m not playing her games anymore, I’m getting to old for that shit. I won’t see her for almost another month. Hopefully she grows up a little by then, I do miss the old her. ---

50 mcgs P96 1 Spray MX301 Ended up being a waste.. however, the self effects were quite nice, and I am guessing are due in part of the P96. I just felt calm and happy. Not like the buzzed happy you can get off of TAA or Shine, but more just smooth and comfortable. Not exactly sure how to explain it. Also, this might sound weird, but I could sort of “feel” something working in a certain part of my brain?. I don’t know how else to describe it. ---

P96 50mcgs again. Not a waste this time. The same self effects I got seems to be imparted to those affected by it, and its a great thing. It’s a natural comfort feeling. It doesn’t hit the targets in strange or odd ways, and oddly enough some of the people that came into contact with it today contacted me again later in the day.Not entirely odd, but it was more people than usual. So maybe a slight fallout effect generated from the comfort it invoked. Cool stuff, too bad I only have a to-go of it. Too bad I also seem to need a ton of this stuff to get anything out of it. ---

It’s got beta nol like qualities in bonding. It’s deeper but doesn’t invoke the verbal aspects that beta nol does. It’s like Beta nol lets you talk and connect, and P96 is that connect without going through that process. I’ve gotten more of the bedroom eye look from P96 mixes than I have with anything else. It’s great stuff, I’d pick up another to go once you get a good grasp of it. ---

30 mcgs P96 For anyone thats been following I know this confusing.. I have a ton of group work this semester. This is a different group then the one with the girl I have been talking about. P96 shined again, only this time it showed in body language. This girl was showing some skin and not even hiding the fact she was doing so. Never seen this out of her. Also, the girl I have been talking about walked by while this was going on, but I don’t think she noticed me or she just didn’t say anything cause I looked busy. Kinda odd, cause she is nothing but super friendly, wonder if she noticed the same things I noticed and just decided to keep moving because of it instead of stopping. Hmmm… ---
