Hiya All, I’m new here. I’m 41 yo and married and I got hooked on pheromones when I read a few posts about [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) helping guys with their PMS’ing women. Since Instant FM is not in stock and not expected soon, I’m trying to make my own. I ordered Androstedione from Love-scent. What would help this mix? Andro1 and IS? thank you RORO ---

I also ordered Alpha314, [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/), TUTH, Spaceland and Ammo. ---

IS helps a lot. The two, together, are fantastic for helping her through PMS. ---

Andro1 and IS? > > thank you > RORO You can use A-1 by its lonesome if you want, but it has a musk smell that can be found unpleasant by some and attractive to others. Any of your favorites scents will work with it … IS, too. ---

By IS do we mean [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) or Instant Sexiness? (I’m guessing Shine/TAA). ---

I just mixed some a1 with alcohol, and now I can spray it on in combination with whatever else I choose. If you mix it in the bottle you limit your options and you can’t (easily) unmix it. ---

Hello RoRo, I had good results using about 30 mcg of P93 and 2 sprays of [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) regular strength. I used it well while I was waiting for the real IFM. The good thing is that it didn’t give me that IFM-depression, but it’s also much weaker. See ya Franz
