I know about being masculine, alpha male, dominant, etc…
During my quest in PUA field I’ve learned about everything about this.

I do got a gf now, and I want to know what gets her aroused.
Dont tell me to ask her, cause women rarely tell such secrets, either cause they feel embarrased or they simply dont know.

Another thing I know is that when you ask a women something which can help you with them, they either tell you something thats is a universal knowledge or intentionally tell you something that will confuse you or something which is plain untrue, to keep the frustrating situation as it is; women have almost all the power over men when it comes to attraction and escalation/interaction.

Ironically they complain that theres no good men out there.

I dont blame them, fortunately mother nature was kind to me, which made women weak in my presence and exposed alot of their secrets.
I know how it is to have all the power in an interaction with the opposite sex.
Its an powerful and amazing feeling.

My tips is to learn from the PUA community or ask lesbians for advice.

On to the point of this thread, as I learnt close to everything within attraction, seduction, alpha male, sex, evolution and female psychology.
A new small intersting area where recently brought to my attention while chitchatting with my gf after sex, about small trait I made which turned her on.

She literally begs for me to make some sound while we have sex(which is new for me.)

I recently came over an statement browsing gifs on cheezburger network from a girl.

In a paticular image, there was an interaction which really turn men on, to my suprise there was a comment from a girl, that went something like this: “OMG, the expression on the GUYS face really gives me girlswood!”

[http://www.blinkieclub.com/server\_upload/upload/OIE\_987423\_92494190/1341656UsczM6xE.gif](http://www.blinkieclub.com/server_upload/upload/OIE_987423_92494190/1341656UsczM6xE.gif)

Which was when I realised, as people are annoymous on the internet, they tell alot more, which is why I come back here.

Women here are muture and open, and I hope that you tell me/us something that turn you on.
Don’t be suprised what we men haven’t noticed, even the little thing would be highly appreciated as an addon to my arsenal of attraction and arousal tricks!

NB: The statement above, is not ment to offend women, but this is something that I myself and many other PUA’s have learnt and experienced and discussed in our communities.
I don’t say everyone is like this, but as I’m 22 I know whats goes on in young minds in the modern age, and the influence of modern media.
Happens ALOT, sad, but true.

Please stick to the topic, if you feel offended or have something else to add, please PM me, and I’m happy to talk it out 🙂

I realised it might be hard to understand what I’m looking for, so let me paint you a picture:

At sunset you see a hot woman in her early 20’s she got the perfect hourglassfigure, she wears some tight jeans, with pocket placed to highlight her nice ass.
Boots with heels to highted her ass even more.
A buttoned down shirt to show of the crack between her big breasts.
She gives you a tiger look and bites her glossy lips, while she throws her hair backwards to expose her neck andshakes her fine ass and/or boobs.

This certainly turns me on.

Lets face it, a guy cant wear tight jeans to show of hes ass, button down hes pants to expose the root of hes massive dick, wear a netting to show of hes ripped abs or bite his lips to turn you on and shake the dick
The gayalert alarm goes off.

Men dont have much of these traits, but there are some minor ones which is what I’m looking for.

I know its very individual, you need to know your age, look and personality.

But to give you an example in my case.
My gf says, she get really arroused, when she sees me close my eyes slowly like I get stimulated and are enjoying it.
She also love when I lick my lips without knowing it.

My previous girls couldnt help themself grabbing or slapping my ass, if I whore a jeans made for my size, not to tight, nor to baggy, so when I walked, it would show off how tight and healthy my hiney was.

I also know the same rule apply to guys as to girls, OD it and you kill it, I just want to tease my gf once in a while 😉

NB: The pictures painted was mainly to give you a picture in your head, its the movements I’m looking for.
I do know how to dress and match styles.

I know what turns women on.

It’s called foreplay. Love that you’re giving her pleasure, and she’ll love receiving it.

But really what you are looking for is just a way to turn women on in general once you’ve gotten in a relationship with them. That, you literally have to ask them what turns them on, or you have to find out through exploration with them. This isn’t something you can ask because everyone is different.

Really the pua stuff has attraction/value switches down to a checklist for all sakes and purposes. However most of that stuff is stuff to build during an interaction. For more instant chemistry or that quality that makes women attracted to you very early on, what you’re looking for are displays of masculinity that can be communicated quickly and over a distance.
Visually, indicators of size and strength communicate high sexual value (relationship value can be built on that) now granted you will no doubt hear women deny this and claim that men are visual and that women go exclusively for personality traits, if you ever hear this argument as the woman making that statement to explain why Chippendales is the most successful stripper review in the country, Women throw money at these guys (among other things) sometimes it’s their husbands money they throw and they know absolute fuck all about the dancers personality.

Now I’m not saying ripped abs and a handsome face are all it takes, nor am I saying that you even have to look like that, simply that women are still visual creatures to a degree same as men and looking healthy and fit counts for a lot. You want to strive to look like a man that can both provide great pleasure in bed, and play the protector role should something come from that union.

Other visual signs they look for are things that communicate confidence, assertiveness and dominant masculinity. Facial expression (smile dude), posture (pretend mom is watching and telling you to stand up straight) developing the back muscles, glutes, traps and rear delts all help to build a tall posture that’s easy to maintain unconsciously. Also deliberateness of action. Know where you’re going and go there, looking like you’re wandering about aimlessly says that you’re not a man with the plan, you’re the guy waiting for life to happen to him. If you don’t know where to go or what to do then consider where you are right now to be the place you want to be and look happy to be there until you decide on the next move.
You ever go to a club and see some dude wandering about looking left to right like he’s trying to decide who he wants to go talk to?..yeah, don’t be that guy.

Auditory, much like A1, studies have shown that a deep masculine voice can have an effect that is both calming, comforting, relaxing, and at the same time arousing. There are a few books you can look up on how to train your voice so as to sound deeper. I’m not sure how safe that is or if the techniques can cause any damage to the vocal chords or not. However androgenic/anabolic hormones have the same long term effect as a deeper voice is a secondary sexual characteristic developed during puberty. IE following a diet and exercise program designed to increase size and strength will cause your body to produce more testosterone and thus possibly cause your voice to deepen somewhat. Chest work, especially heavy bench pressing and heavy ab work should help develop lung capacity and diaphragm strength to add projection and that booming powerful quality to your voice.

Also, learn to drop ummm, uhhhh, yeah, and “yanno what I’m saying” from your vocabulary. It communicates a lack of certainty in what you say. If you’re searching for words, throw dramatic pause in while contemplating…uhhhhhh just says that you don’t know what to say but you feel the need to keep making a sound so that people don’t cut you off while you search for the words you want.

Olfactory…dude you’re on a [pheromone](https://a314.com/) site.

Tactile, touch..touching even in a casual platonic way can over the course of an interaction create a sense of comfort in women. For one it communicates that you yourself are comfortable and confident enough to touch her without worrying that she’s going to get weirded out or slap you. Plus little touches lay a foundation for bigger moves later. IE going for a kiss when you haven’t even shaken hands yet can be a big step, starting at small touches and working gradually up can help acclimate the woman to contact from you and make each touch feel like the next logical step.

In the more long term, learn to develop (and enjoy) the personality qualities that people associate with masculinity. Men are protectors, providers, hunters, warriors, and builders.
Now working out helps fill the protector/warrior element, you can further enhance that role by taking a martial art.
For the hunter I don’t suggest you go out and blow Bambi to hell, in fact I’m no big fan of sport hunting, but outdoor skills and an appreciation for nature can be attractive to a lot of women, even those that themselves don’t usually think about such things. Go camping with some buddies, learn to fly fish whatever, remind her that you came from big hairy cavemen.
For the provider role, this can be summed up in one word…ambition. Consider your current state and how it can be improved. What can/should you do to improve your status at your current job, or even moving to a new job. Think of promotions and raises and how to get them. For attraction, the ambition for success is even more valuable than success because it communicates a lack of complacency and that is something a woman cannot afford to have in a partner.
For the builder role, consider the things you might normally call a repair guy to do…now learn to do it yourself. Learn to do a tuneup on a car, fix a leaky pipe, dripping faucet, creaky floorboard etc. Dude you have no idea how many women have told me that the sexiest I looked was when I was covered in dirt and oil and sweat after working on a car.

I’d also throw in that playing a sport is good. I’m a huge fan of sports not only as a spectator but from the perspective that when applied right they teach great masculine traits that can be helpful in life…teamwork, competitiveness, the ability to handle setbacks and defeats, the ability to be humble in victory etc. Plus it helps to build your social circle of guy friends which both serves as an aspect of social proof and helps build a social network through which you might meet more women.
If you’re a student, go out for one of the school sports teams, if you’re out of school, look up local softball leagues or something. You may build a leadership role by organizing a corporate softball league and captaining your employers team.

All that you said, has been said in the PUA community, the PUA community is NOT just cheesy routines, is everything you said here along with so much more.
As I stated in my first post, I got that handeled.

What I’m looking for here are visual displays I can do with my body and face, again not project masculinity as stated earlier.
Also som auditory, ofc.

From now on, I’m going to change the words “PUA community” to “seduction community”, it seems that those 3 letters cause so much rage.

I also got the art of dirty talk and foreplay handeled.

NB: Along with this I am ofc using the correct bodylanguage, right tone, style and proper eye contact.

I just want to list down this minor cues.

I’ll take my chances and hope for some women to drop by this section, afterall it would be advices for men.

LOL I know all about the community, I’m not sure why the comment about cheesy routines, I don’t think anything I’ve said is even remotely implying that it is.

OK, I’m not 100% sure I understand here. You ask for visual and auditory things that are “manly” and “turn women on”…both of which I addressed. Yet reading back at your posts it seems like you’re wanting a detailed description of subtle nuances that paint a very specific picture…like “oh and how he runs his fingers through his hair when he’s brushing it out of his face” etc. Which imo sounds like you’re wanting a description written by the female author of a romance novel.

…?..uhhhh I don’t see that anywhere in this thread, the term PUA is used pretty regularly and liberally here. You’re defending yourself against an argument that hasn’t been made.

I’ve missunderstood the use “Really the pua stuff has attraction/value switches down to a checklist for all sakes and purposes.”
I had to roam quickly trough it, as I was at work, my bad.

What I was trying to get at, is all what you said, was pretty basic stuff for a AFC, which doesn’t help much.

If you wanted to point out a mans place, you did a good job, but you went way to deep.

I thought as what I stated, it was obvious that I already know this.

It might be the way I formulate my sentences thats confusing, I am from Norway.

Dont get me wrong, I appreciate that you taking your time and interest, its just not quite what I had in mind.

I’m not quite looking for DHV, but rather signs of passion/arousal which affects the women aswell.

Also I see the topic name was a bad choice of words, I really dont know how to put it.
As people associate manly with masculine, dominant, alpha, etc I can see why you wrote what you wrote.
Maybe I should have called it “Traits to sexually arouse women for men”…but it sounds lame… LOL

I agree with the women are visual thing. It has been proven that women initiate most first contacts. They are obviously not choosing the men they initiate these contacts with based on personality because they don’t yet know the men.

As to voices, Pherotalk even gave away a few copies, with pheromene purchase, of Roger Love’s Vocal Power set (a long time ago).

As to sports, I can testify that I had a woman say “that is so sexy” when I said I was leaving to go play hockey.

They go for both my friend, and men still are more visual.

Maybe you see men go for not the best looking women, thats just because they are afraid that the 9 and 10’s are out of their league and are afraid to get shot down.
Same apply to women.

Unless a women is very horny she plays it safe and base her choice mainly on personality.
Without going in depth, women takes a bigger risk approaching an stranger.

This an rather blind and ignorant statement.

Theres alot of sociable guys which approach first, I think its approx. equal.
Both men and women initiate contact if they see a playful funny sociable indiviual.

If people see someone thats having fun in a party, they want to be a part of that fun, and initiate contact.

Physical attraction is a plus, of course. Everyone wants a physically attractive mate. But, from where I stand, it’s not the be all and end all, that’s for sure. I’ve seen the most handsome men fall apart right before my eyes when they opened their mouths. You can look good but if you don’t have real substance to back it up you won’t hold my interest/last very long.

_Everything that Rad said!_ What’s more, I like the way he’s able to express himself through the written word. 🙂 He’s not only clear, eloquent, to the point and spot on…he can spell! I just love men who can spell. 😉

I wish girls had the same interest in men, as men who tries to improve trough PUA material.

dj, I see you have a good sense of humor. That’s one of the traits I find particularly attractive in a man. 🙂

You can’t possibly give me goosebumps without knowing me or being in contact with me. I might think you’re handsome/sexy at first sight but like I said, you can look good, all masculine/buff from across the room… but it’s what you say, how you interact with me and how you treat me and others that’s most important. There are a lot of ways to attract women but you have to get in touch with them, yourself, _and_ the feelings that Rad was talking about in order for it to all add up to a winning “image”. Just wishing to _appear_ a certain way won’t make it a reality for you. You have to take steps to embody those traits so that they become a real part of you and your personality. It can be done but only if you work at it.

I hope you understand what we’re trying to convey to you here, dj. We really are trying to help you find ways to achieve your goal. Try following Rad’s advice. Take it from a woman who knows and appreciates quality men. 😉

I know all this Bella:-)

It’s hard to explain in english what I’m looking for.(Norwegian forums got to much narrow minded ppl to ask)

My girl know what I’m talking about, I’ll just try to register it next time she says it without even thinking about it.

I could write a book of everything Rad wrote more indepth and ALOT more, but its not what I’m here for.

I’ll do this research on my own from now on.
People are welcome to add stuff that would help an AFC, I close my case now.

Emotionally connecting with women and getting them obsessed with you aint hard(adapting to their type might be a bit challanging at first), whats more challanging is to attract them from distance and be universal to attract all types without opening your mouth.

Coming out as an sexual confident “rockstar” what I find amusing atm.
As I got a girl now, I dont want their emotions or connecting with them, just their attention.

Well then if that were true then you would know why people are not getting your question. LOL

What turns women on has nothing to do with whether we choose you or not so its really not a factor in PUA. Men are instinct driven and women are emotion driven.

Men **see** something attractive, feel arousal and look for sex. Women **feel** a connection and security, feel aroused then look for sex.

Its how we are made…

Its just not how it works. Arousal in us is fueled by that connection and emotion. If you dont want that part now that fire of arousal will just wither and die out in us.

Your girl knows what you talking about because she is your girl. What turns her on about you will be totally different then what turns her on when she is with another guy. What turns me on will not be the same as what turns her on.

I know you dont want to have us tell you to ask your GF what arouses her but there lies the only real answer. I can tell you what turns me on but that doesn’t mean if you do it I will be turned on by you. I have no feelings of connection, trust or comfort with you. (no offence). 😃

I dont want to sound rude but there is nothing you could do that would give me girlwood without knowing me. Not without that connection feeling first. I find things arousing of course but that doesn’t mean I am aroused for you.

If you really understood female psychology and the art of seduction you would know that. What RAD is telling you is how you arouse a women you dont know. Only your GF can tell you what lights her fire.

Faking signs of passion and arousal isn’t really a great strategy.
Be passionate.
Be aroused.
Feel the emotion and process it naturally.

[Coding Horror: Groundhog Day, or, the Problem with A/B Testing](http://www.codinghorror.com/blog/2010/07/groundhog-day-or-the-problem-with-ab-testing.html) is a good related article.
You don’t get passion by optimizing every little thing.

It’s bad to be the whole time in your head. Thinking the whole time doing A or B will arouse your woman more isn’t “alpha”.

Approaching isn’t the same as initiating contact. Woman often initiate contact nonverbally and get the man to approach them.

A wise man once said “Attraction isnt a choice.”

I have read alot about female psychology and I do know women are emotionally controlled, but if they see some cues that triggers their switch also triggers emotion and they **feel** attraction even tho you dont consciously notice it.

Like I said I, know its very individual, you need to know your age, look and personality.
But there as some stuff that affect 60% of the girls I’ve seen at parties

I have so many times heard women talked how they get turned on by looking at the strong legs of athletes that uses bicycle.
Again I know this not apply to everyone, but there are many that do.

I know I couldnt have made a girl wet just by doing a move.
When I where in the field I connected and escalated smoothly and genuine, to get her to bed, I know how to make a girl get feeling for me.

I see you know alot about PUA and yourself/women, most in Advanced PUA stuff is based on unconscious stuff within the female brain, which very few female are aware of.

I’ve done this for 2 years now, and I’m not using Style/Mystery method, jugglers, Gambler or any of those routined/canned basics anymore.

The only thing which is important to remember from that is S & R value, just more advanced.

Those old methods are for unsecure basement geeks who appears like blank pages.

You still dont understand what I’m getting at, I’m not asking for a magic move that gets all girls wet, and I cant put it in english words here. So thats why I closes this case. 🙂

Christian: I know that mate. I know what IOI’s looks like and I have compiled the list on the Norwegian PUA forum for those new to it.

New AFC does the mistake of being to much in their head as they have no sociable skills from before.
Its not very hard to be in the moment when you have most of the Alpha traits adapted from before.

Sadly not all boys grow up with the right role models.

LOL I think there is a language barrier going on.

You just want to know what makes us horny right, not what attracts us because thats two different things. 😃

I will have to wait to give my opinion on that for when I get home from work cause I gotta run now.
