Hello everybody, I am going to start a new experiment. I am in my early 30s and live in Michigan. I have been married for almost 14 years, and have a 5 year old daughter. I Love my wife immensely, but I have not received much in return for my love and in a long time. She hasn’t said “I Love You” more than a handful of times in the past year. My wife has difficulty opening up and telling me what she wants. She has depression and I think that is part of it. I am a very dutiful husband and father. Besides being the primary breadwinner (my wife lost her job in May 2009, and now works _very_ part time), I also do the laundry, dishes, most of the cooking, yard work, and take care of putting our daughter to bed and getting her up and on the bus when I do not have to be at work. My wife manages our money (extremely well I might add) and does most of the shopping. I have two goals: 1. Getting my wife to open up more mentally and emotionally. I want her to communicate her wants and needs. 2. I want my wife to touch me more, initiate sex, and be attracted. I know pheromones are not a “magic bullet”, and nothing on its own will solve all the problems. I have tried “Five Love Languages”, “Divorce Busting” and several other self-help books, and this is something new to try. I ordered the [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) & Turn Up The Heat Today. If things go well, I might try the rest. I will keep you posted. I plan I trying IO first and follow this plan: Day 1. 1 spray to hair, Gage your self effects and any seen effects for the day. Day 2. 1 spray to hair, 1 spray to chest. Gage your results Day 3. 1 spray to hair, 1 to chest and 1 split to wrists. Gage your results Day 4. 1 spray to hair, 1 to neck ,1 to chest, 1 split to wrists “”“”“”“”“”" Day 5. Go back to day 1 or 2 and then reapply half way though the day. Day 6. go back to day 3 and reapply a half dose of it half way though the day. Day 7. Look back at your week and try to determine what you sweet spot is for dosage. ---

Last night, without any [pheromones](https://a314.com/), my wife initiated sex. I am not sure why, but I had a lot of fun. If I hadn’t been drinking, it might have been even more fun. Well, today things don’t always go according to plan. The package arrived today and my wife saw it, and opened it. I have told her not to open things, but she did anyway. CRAP! She wasn’t supporsed to be home today. I wonder how it will affect the experiment. I plan on not mentioning it unless she does. Well, I came home for lunch and split a spray of IH between my wrists. I was going to do my hair, but it didn’t spray well. ---

marriedbug - understood. The first couple sprays may be a bit uneven because it’s being fed up through the tube. it starts spraying smooth as silk after that. ---

Well after splitting a spray of IH on my wrists yesterday at lunch, I worked most of the afternoon by myself, so it was probably at waste. After I made dinner, and got my daughter to bed, I took a bath and re-applied a spray of IH on my wrists. We talked a lot in the evening, but not anymore in quantity or quality than normal. My wife and I communicate very well about the “business” of a marriage, how to work on household project, what we need to get done, managing money, etc. She does not communicate about her desires, her deep thoughts, her ambitions. I was hoping IH would help that. Today I am putting a spray of IH in my hair. I am presenting to a group of about 50 people today, lets see how it works out. Thanks for listening, marriedbuy ---

Day 2 I tried a spray of IH to my hair in the morning, then went to work where I was presenting with a group of about 50. I didn’t notice any difference in the level of conversation. Maybe it is because people are fairly open with me already. I am going to keep trying things for a week though with different dosages and spots to spray. Hey, there is a double money back guarantee, so what have I got to lose. I am thinking that if I don’t notice a difference with IH, I might return it and get the A314 instead. We still talked, but nothing more than usual.** Its normal to be doubtful, there’s been people before who didn’t notice anything, just keep a open mind and give them a chance to work for you. For the past few days I have been doing a double spray to the chest in the morning, sometimes followed up by a spray in the evening. I can’t say I have seen any noticeable difference. I think I am going to try a few days off and then bring it back. Like I said before, the quantity of our conversation is good, I just want to improve the quality. Thanks all, marriedbug
