I have A314, [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/), IS and TUTH Go. I’ve been doing Nofap, which is basically not fapping, on and off. I always felt that the hits were pronounced during NoFap days(After a week of not fapping). When I look back hits were minor or weren’t noticeable while I was regularly fapping. I decided to go one full week of NoFap and try mones. **A314** : People have warned us not to use it unless you can back it up with your behaviour. I never thought it worked for me until I started using them a week into NoFap and I finally realized the “respect” that everyone was talking about. I got few IOI from a server, I don’t wanna go deep into it cause it will sound like bullshit, so i’m just gonna leave it at that. I’ve abused a314 while regularly fapping and I just felt awkward, people were confused and annoyed. **Summer Ammo** : While regularly fapping I found that lot of guys tend to get too comfortable with me, like im their little brother or something. Even my little cousin gets too comfortable with me, not respecting me, making fun of me and etc. However I would still get hits of girls here and there but nothing major. However, while on NOFAP this is a WHOLE DIFFERENT STORY 😃. One retail girl kept asking me if she can help me with anything 3 times…3 TIMES !!!. I caught another girl blushing at me and I’m aware of my appearance enough to realize what made her blush at me 😃 **TUTH** : Not much hit while regularly fapping, and haven’t tested under NoFap. But I will update if I get the chance to. **IS** : never noticed any hits at all before. Never tried it alone, so I need to still experiment. My conclusion is that Mones performance are super amplified while you go over a week without beating your meat. My experiments were done generally from 8 to 12-13 days. Its like the hits % went from 30% to 90%. If you doubt me, I suggest you try yourself and you will not regret. ---

Hi Thivagar, It sounds like you currently have naturally lower testosterone levels, so what you will want to do is use Tuth more in your mixes, and use less doses in general of the socials compared to the status and sexual mones. The nofap simply increases your natural testosterone temporarily but the results can be similar with using added Tuth. So use a higher dose of A314 which contains some Androstenone, or A314 + Tuth, Ammo Summer 2017 + Tuth (a bit higher with this one since its very social), IS plus Tuth (IS alone again is more social). Personally I would suggest regular Ammo since it has less of the socials, A314, Tuth, P75 (to up just status), MX353, and when the new store opens maybe [Raw Power](https://a314.com/product/raw-power/) or Dirty which are both high androstenone. One other thing I found was trying copulins several times a day worked similar to nofap. A product called Max T-150 from LAL is made more for self effects, although any copulins will do such as any that are offered by androtics, but will have more effects on others. ---
