I was touring a gym, wanting to get myself into tip top shape. First thing i noticed is the smell of sweat, and lots of alpha male pheromones! Sorry, wouldn’t know what they are, but they smelled alpha grrr!!! The smell of manly man muscles being strained! A well built trainer soon appeared before me, immediately hit me with his somewhat fragrant scent that i can’t put my finger in. It’s intimidating, standoff-ish. Something like A314 but hostile! I grined to myself that i’ve identified a potential pheromone user. Wished i had my A314 & Instant Jerk with me so i can OD and trounce everyone in the gym with my UBER ALPHA scent! oh wait, did i just identify the pheromone? is it Androstenone?
/me imagines rushing into a phone booth and transforming into superman. lol

Wanted to feel young so i hit the arcade with my friend. Lost terribly in all games. Wonder what happened to the dexterous me 10 yrs ago? There’s this middle aged lady who kept standing behind me in one station. I guess she’s just watching me play since she didn’t follow me around
Cinema
Queued up for the tickets to Watchmen. There’re a few buttons for me to indicate how well i was served by the counter girl (malay, late teens). Well my friend did the transaction. I stood there feeling bored, so i pressed the button indicating GOOD. The counter girl’s face lid up. I wanted to chat since it is a lazy afternoon but i was beaten to a retreat by my embarrassed friend. I wonder why he is embarrassed!
Nothing happened in the cinema itself. Watchmen is pretty entertaining, except it is more drama than action.
Read the book and watch the movie again - Watchmen is one of those rare cases where the movie does it’s source justice - The problem is that some of the graphic novel elements are missing from the movie simply because they would have been REALLY difficult to integrate without making the movie exceedingly long, or completely confusing.
Once you read the graphic novel the movie actually feels more complete thematically… it becomes more enjoyable
I have to (partly) disagree - I read the novel before seeing the movie and although I do see your point about leaving out all the stuff that was in the novel (and still being able to integrate so much of it) the movie ended up for me, being completely boring. Most of it because the source is not “movie material” - like matthie said, it’s more drama than action and usually when people think “superhero movie” - they think action, right? Whenever there WAS action in this film though, it was better depicted than in the book in my opinion (except for the Octopus thing in the end, which was better in the book).
Anywho - the novel is so much more than the plot, it’s a statement about the times during which Watchmen is set and the novel is written. It’s a philosophical discussion about human nature and poses some existential questions. Now, if you’re gonna take such a complex piece of work and deduce it to a film, of course you’re gonna have problems. Do you stay faithful to the source material, or do you go beyond it and adapt it to the format of film, by which you also make the story resonate in today’s audience by affiliating the story with “hot topics” now days (and not things which happened 25 or so years ago)? Well, they opted for the former and that’s why it didn’t work for me. Don’t get me wrong, if they could somehow “mirror” the events in Watchmen to things in our current society, while still sticking to the source so faithfully, I wouldn’t complain, but it didn’t give me anything except for some great visuals, and that was less than I was expecting. No wonder Alan Moore was against it. That being said; I don’t hate the movie - like I said, visually it’s really brilliant (Zack Snyder has a good eye) but as a FILM I feel it’s tedious and incomplete (I could go on and on about certain things that would help the film but I can’t be bothered at the moment.. 
)

I actually preferred that the stayed true to the cold war roots of the novel - To me the movie almost had the feel of a non-fiction but from a parallel universe…
I liked that feeling - I will agree that the movie was not a typical action movie and that might of been disappointing for some looking for your average superhero movie.
Watchmen isn’t your average superhero story.
I actually preferred the ending instead of the alien squid ending… especially since the explanation required to have an alien squid exploding would have extended the movie by an hour and STILL left some movie-goers scratching their heads.
The other point that I didn’t really get across in my first post was that the movie is more enjoyable if you’ve read the book - I went with a buddy who hadn’t read the book and he had a similar reaction to Matthie - “What kind of action movie was that”… he went in with the wrong headset and because of that didn’t appreciate the film for what it actually was

Didn’t observe any hits. Could it be my signature is overpowered by other gym users? I doubt so, no hits even after leaving the gym.
I wonder why nowadays, i’m not observing any hits except when i use A314 and Instant Shine.
I’ve rebooted my gym routine, 3 years with minimal exercise is terrible! I had to focus on my career. Since my career is getting better, i’ve decided to lose all the weight i gained over the 3 yrs. 20 kilograms! goodness!
Hope to lose all of that in 3 months, change my entire wardrobe and start anew.

Oh yeah. Last evening i sprayed 1 x TUTH to go to my limbs and went around looking for stray cats. Some avoided me, some kept meowing at me. Typical reaction. He kept working out at the machines close to me. Might be coincidence. Did 5 x 10 reps at each machine, pyramid style. The last machine i used, there’s this chinese lady in her late twenties near me. She’s being instructed by her trainer. She kept looking at me, somewhat a DIHL expression. Maybe she’s out of breath? haha,

I’m dealing with 3 clients and 1 government body in a joint project.
The govt body summoned all of us to their office to give us a dressing down. There’s a deadline to meet and due to the delays of my client (delay in script confirmation, and ineptitude of certain personnel within the govt board.) everybody gets the blame. The govt body seems to put the blame squarely on my company. I was pissed as heck but remained calm and confident as i move to defuse the situation

Didn’t pinpoint any parties responsible for the delay. Assured the project in-charge from the govt body it will be completed according to schedule. I protected everyone and also managed to point out subtly that it is in fact a staff from the govt board that is mainly responsible for the screw up for the project. All my clients were protected and happy as they start the attack at the guilty person. LOL.
Later in the day, my colleague met up with one of the clients who was in the meeting. He was embarrassed and grateful that i protected his company during the meeting. He added that i am meant to accomplish great things. Well, with Pheromones, I CAN TAKE ON THE WORLD!!! GRRRR

The producer, production manager and technical manager are not talking to each other, even if they do, they are almost quarreling. Hey… i can’t have that! It’ll mess up the entire project! Hooray, i got my Androstadienone for love-scent! A dwarf brown bottle amongst its blue pheromone bottles. Yessssssss my precioussssss. lol. Ok, i’m not a nut.
One look at the bottle and it says 10mg of Androstadienone, with ethanol and water as its other ingredients. I wonder if it can last as long as the pheromones from dear Androtics Direct. If not, what can i do to make it as long?
