hey guys,

I’ve been inspired by a quote. One that we see quite a bit around here.

“It’s 90% you and 10% phero’s”

Other than the fact that you will inevitably die one day - nothing is more certain!

[pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/) don’t get you the girl if you look like a slob. They don’t get you the girl if you act like an ass… you don’t become the cool guy or the alpha male just by wearing A314 everyday… what you achieve in life is 100% up to you and how bad you want it.

When i hit middle school i was the kid who wore sweatpants and a T-shirt to school… i was comfortable… had friends… everything was fine. Until 2 girls told me to lose the sweatpants! they were 2 years older than me… pretty… and i listened. I started wearing jeans and changed up my look a little bit and VOILA - a new world opened up. THAT WAS IN 6TH GRADE! imagine what changing your appearance can do after highschool… college…?

in highschool i was the raver guy… parachute pants… vest over the t-shirt. listened to trance and techno… loved to hit up the local teen night at the club. All that changed when i realised i needed a new look as my target “audience” changed. I wanted that abercrombie girl… the “jersey shore” girl - guess what clothes i bought… you guessed it - A&F.

I do want to stress that you need to stay true to your own personality tho. You can’t fake being someone else… atleast not to a higher class of people. Everything i have changed over the years (clothes, attitude, haircut, body type, and diet) I have been ready for. It was something i wanted - and i pursued it.

You need to figure out what it is you’re after… then you need to figure out how to get it. I personally feel that a good start to changing your life is to change the way you dress. I found that when i started wearing armani, guess, and going for the GQ style… i netted more respect from men and women. This was done pheromone free! The way you present yourself matters SOOOOO much. If you’re looking for someone of a certain stature, lets say that high end hot girl that attends the club you goto, what makes you think you can waltz in there with baggy jeans, a jersey, and a pair of timm’s and expect her to fall head over heals for you? DRESS TO IMPRESS!

The next thing i had to change was my body type. This step is not for everyone - but i noticed all the women i wanted had pretty fit men on their sides. I started 6’1 - 175lbs and today i’m about 6’1 - 220lbs. Over my transformation i noticed A LOT of changes! Everything from more hits from women to more “staring” from guys… people notice me walk in the room. I’m not huge by any means but i like to stay fit. It has become a lifestyle. It is somehting i feel has had a major impact on my life. Ofcoase it’s not easy and has taken quite a while - but if i could doit all over again… i’d probably go even harder!

After some of my transformations started taking place i subconciously started acting differently. I think i just felt better about myself… i don’t want to say i felt better than any one person… but i felt important if that makes sense. I tried to manipulate my own feelings into becomming a more “vocal” alpha male. I never felt like a follower… i always felt alpha but i never “showed” it. I had to tell myself that i deserve better… i deserve respect because i give it. I went through a cocky period… i felt like the world was mine for the taking. I acquired a new look… i acquired more size… i felt like there was nothing i couldn’t do. Then maturity set in - everything i’ve learned was fine tuned. i now feel like i have an overall sense of self-worth. I’m proud of who i am, how i look, and how i carry myself.

The world can be a cruel place and you are judged in some way, shape, or form by EVERYONE! Think about when you walked into the foodstore this week… you noticed the old lady… you noticed the baby crying in the “race car shopping cart” - why can’t that “hot club girl” who’s there buying energy drinks notice you in your buttondown shirt and tie… or your designer jeans and armani exchange t-shirt? She can… she’s always looking - just like you. Whether she says something to you or not… she noticed you. IF YOU MADE EYE CONTACT - SHE NOTICED YOU! that’s all your asking for… thats all you should require! Maybe next time at the club - she’ll see you, dressed to impress, looking good, mingling with the people… she’ll inevitably walk by you because shes interested and when she does… she’ll get that last 10% of you… that pheromone signature that you have so nicely altered! 😃

What i’m trying to say is this… “it’s 90% you and 10% pheromones”
