10mcg isn’t an OD! lol even if it is right in your grill.

speaking of animals - another funny thing yesterday - my cat vocalized at me all evening long . and he’s not generally vocal at all. it wasn’t chatter exactly. more like a random meow for no good reason. he was pretty insistent at dinner time too. i’m not sure what that’s about.
