I know I’m supposed to test out each mone separately, repeatedly, at different dosages. But i decided to treat myself and went for a kitchen sink mix based on what I know 😃 5mcg enone 1 spray 2X IG (I kinda missed my neck though, so think it’s more like 0.5 sprays) 1 spray 2X IH 12.5mcg [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) 5mcg P83 5mcg p95 12.5mcg p96 2 sprays of hedione to my wrists. These were all layered on top of each other, in the order given, with about a minute break in between each different mone, all on my neck. While not a groundbreaking discovery (the IG/IH/P74 mix has been floating around), I see a lot of potential in this mix. Had some solid hits, some DIHL and one very clear OD (or maybe just a terrible day). What I enjoyed most was a certain type of…radioactiveness that I experienced while on this. A buzzing sort of confidence in a bottle. Truth be told, even if nobody else got affected except for me, it’s one hell of a cocktail in terms of self effects. Best hit was about 2 hours in, when I went to a cafe to get some lunch. The waitress was a young caucasian, clearly working a summer job. She was very fair, so reddening of her cheeks and below her neck area was quite obvious. This was alongside smiling and eye contact, of course 🙂 I got some extra bread for my soup so that was great. I should tell you guys that waitresses in sg do not really get tipped; they’re paid a fair salary, and tipping is reserved for extraordinary service. Lots of good rapport-building hits. This was good with most guys (I was surprised, considering the enone), and with ladies this was also good for rapport, but I could feel that they were attracted too. Not all of them, mind you, but the unconscious IOIs were there - slightly open mouth, faster breathing, etc. I made sure to talk for a few minutes with all of them to get a good judge of the interaction, and I can safely say that this was a status hit with an undertone of attractiveness (not sexuality). DIHLs from a young oriental intern, ~30 asian lady at cab stand, young indian professional lady ~25??? at the cafe. Severe OD from my boss’ secretary, who brusquely informed me I am not allowed to just walk up to his door, and that I should schedule appointments via an online system. I knocked and he invited me in all the same, but I have no doubt that the mones got to his secretary. Oh well, the price of experimentation 🙂 I threw in the P95 for fun, but looks like I may have to do some research on its properties. It’s definitely an alpha-ish mone, not very friendly like the P74. I am basing this off the effect I immediately got when I sprayed it. I would like to perhaps adjust this mix to tone it down. First thing to go is definitely at least 2.5mcg of enone. I wonder if that’s what gave me the electric, “radioactive” self effect - I felt a milder version of it when I used way too much ammo once. Didn’t feel much aggression however; wouldn’t be surprised if it has been moderated severely by P96 and maybe P74. Should also look into a sexual version of this. It’s a good status and attractiveness sort of mix, but I don’t feel much of a sexuality emanating from it. Perhaps over moderation of the enone? I also think the IH was quite redundant. I felt and saw none of its character. ---

5mcg P95 to work. Definitely alpha vibe. The self effects are quite pronounced: I got a “confident” vibe from it. Very nice, I could get used to this. Effects on others aren’t that obvious. Only real difference from baseline is that my colleagues were slightly more deferential (considering that I’m an intern!). No ODs or even DIHLs. Wore off pretty quickly, about 4-ish hours. However keep in mind this is Sg. I’ll try increasing the dosage but right now I’m loving the self effects I get from this. Makes me think that the vibe of the mix I tried yesterday was partly due to this! I’ll be trying yesterday’s mix again tonight. ---

Very nice journal. Sometimes it is fun to just be a mad scientist and throw stuff together ha ha. I was looking at 1Alphas journal and it is fun to read because of the madness. I find P96 does moderate the enone. But I don’t get much effect of this till about 15 mcg. ---

As promised, here are the details! Went out to a bar last night with a friend who is trying to get back on his feet after a terrible breakup. The bar we went to was pretty busy and there was some good music going. Lots of pretty girls! Wore this mix, all layered on my neck one after the other, in order. I was aiming for a more sexualized version of the first mix. 2.5mcg enone 1 spray 2X IG (wasted half a spray on purpose) 12.5mcg [P74](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p74/) 10mcg P83 10mcg p95 12.5mcg p96 Bam! I didn’t even need to leave the house to know that I felt good about this mix. Strong, “let’s get this show on the road” vibes from it, which I’m more than sure showed itself in my body language. A little jittery at first, perhaps, but it smoothed over in a couple of minutes. I felt amazing, and headed out. First thing’s first: I really think P95 is causing a lot of the positive self effects, including the radioactive sensation. My previous tests with it had shown it to clearly be an alpha mone, so I reduced the enone in the mix to avoid OD-ing. I am not sure of its sexual properties, because I couldn’t quite figure out if the women were responding to its masculinity or raw sexuality. I’m leaning towards masculinity because I got good rapport with several males (I got a free beer from the bartender!) too; none of that who’s-the-alpha-here nonsense. Onto the hits! 1. This was the first major hit. Had to squeeze past a group of young girls of about 18/19, and when I glanced back, I heard the conversation trail of slightly and every single one of them was looking at me. While I couldn’t carefully look at all of their faces (I only had a glance, after all), of the two I saw clearly, they both had their jaws slack and one clearly had an “I want that” face. 2. Chatted with the bartender a little and almost immediately built up a good relationship with him. He seemed happy to help me out, even though he was quite busy with customers. I asked him to alert me if he saw a a particularly beautiful lady (at this point, I felt that getting a gorgeous woman was not even a question, it’s just a matter of _how gorgeous_). He was happy to oblige. 3. Every girl I talked to was a hit in some way. Interactions were definitely helped by the P74. There were lots of playful arm touching, “accidental” hand touching, hand on thigh, etc from the girls. This became more pronounced as the night went on. Note that I wasn’t really trying to get into the pants of any of these girls; I was there to practice and fine tune my social skills with women, and to help my friend get a girl. About this: girls seemed to value my introduction to my friend a lot. 4. Gorgeous red haired caucasian girl, at the bar with her friends. She’s currently in college. Everything about her was striking, right down to her… The bartender was clearly gesturing at me to go up to her. I walked by her once, just to let her get a good whiff, and when I walked back, I could tell she was staring at me. I couldn’t help but feel thrilled about the danger of walking up to a group of college students, and talking to the hottest girl there as if she was the only one in the entire place. Before I even opened my mouth, I knew this was at the very least a frenzied makeout at the back of the bar afterwards. (In retrospect, of course, I couldn’t have known this; but misplaced confidence is the key to victory, my friends.) I brought her over to where I was sitting and the conversation flowed easily. It was filled with sexual overtones. She shivered a little when I traced a finger down her thigh. Long story short, as the bar was closing, we went back to her place. I know that the mones had a strong effect on those around me, but the strongest effect was on myself. The innate sense of power I felt and its effects on others were feeding off of each other; such that by the end of the night I felt invincible. In hindsight the reduction in enone was a good idea. Any more than 2.5mcg, along with 10mcg of P95, and it might’ve been too much for the age range I was targeting. P74 played a vital role in developing rapport almost immediately. I have found that girls find the notion of “instant chemistry” with a guy very appealing, and the P74 checked that box. I was slightly taken aback by how openly flirtatious some of the girls were, especially physically. Whether this has something to do with P96 or P83, I am not sure. P96 definitely took the edge of the mix btw. When I sprayed the P95 twice, I thought it might’ve been a little too much. It almost felt noisy, for lack of a better word. P96 calmed this down. I am not quite sure what role enone and IG played in this mix. Enone might have added some sexuality, which would compliment the P95 nicely, but I genuinely don’t know what IG did for this mix. P95 seemed to emanate strong, masculine characteristics on its own; perhaps the masculinity of IG was boosted by P95? I am not sure if the base of this mix is IG, or if IG is simply an optional flavour. I’ll try removing each one of the mones and test this mix again. ---

10mcg P95 to the throat, little bit dabbed under my nose and some on my wrist. Much stronger self effects than 5mcg, lots of confidence emanating from it. Displayed attributes of authority (guys giving way easily, girls on the subway stealing glances as I walked past, interactions at work are easy). However, it did get tiring after a while. About 2 hours in, I felt the confidence and authority still emanating, but I personally didn’t feel up to “matching” it. Colleagues noticed, telling me I seemed a little off and that they were sure I’d be able to tackle any problems I might be having. Went on a bit of a downer for a while before I pulled out my trusty friend IS. One spray of 2X IS straight to my jawline. Mood noticeably picked up after that and I felt like I could “carry” the P95 again. Kind of a weird experience for sure. I can also say confidently that P95 is not a _directly_ sexual mone, but it displays alpha characteristics, which in turn is very attractive. ---

Is anyone out there testing P95 too? Went to work without any mones and stayed that way for a few hours. Observed the reactions to me to remind me of the baseline. People are respectful and polite to me in general; the other interns treat me like an alpha, the employees take me seriously. Little bit of flirting with a few girls in the office, but nothing more. Added 10mcg of P95 and 12.5mcg of [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/). I’d call this a good combo for work. A very (sometimes overly) healthy dose of respect and deference, coupled with the comforting and friendly characteristics of the P74. No ODs as far as I noticed, and several respect hits. One of my bosses came by to talk to a colleague of mine, who sits next to me. I noticed him looking at me a few times. Before he left, he asked me to join him in his office: to get my input on where our branch can be performing better! He kept repeating “I agree, that’s what I’m thinking too” several times throughout the conversation. We continued our discussion at a coffee shop, much to my immediate superior’s amazement (the boss is known to think interns are coffee machines). A few ladies who walked past did double takes to look at me, and smiled. All in all, a safe and more importantly, **effective** mix for work. ---

In the interest of doing some unbiased testing, I’ve decided to tape over the bottles and labelling them with letters, from A - K. Some of them are in atomizers I bought (for dilution), so the bottles feel a bit different, but that only means that I can narrow it down to about 4 mones. I am also including the instants and the MXs in these tests. I am also going to raise the bar for “hits”. It occurred to me that sometimes when I am feeling confident and positive, I may tend to classify glances in my direction as hits. This should not be what I’m testing for, because as a fit young male I already do get some attention. I got into mones to be able to play in the big leagues, and there’s no point just going after regular attraction. From now on, a hit is something that is _significantly_ out of the ordinary. I have P95 and need to test it more. I have a bunch of others to test first. One of my work days I will test this [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) and P95 combo you came up with and see what it does. I will try by itself and then with my usual 2 drops A314 REV 32 and see what it does. ---

Why do we use pheromones? I, at least, use it to improve certain parts of my exterior in order to live a better life. They do not act in place of a good personality, wit, confidence or intelligence. They do however help in certain social aspects by highlighting a certain facet of what it means to be a social human being, be it raw sexuality, friendliness, trust, confidence, intensity, etc. This highlighting is very useful in the case where one is not clear on how to portray these facets in a desirable way to the exterior world - you can gain access to and experience things that only a small percentage of the population ever will feel. Once again, it should be reinstated that pheromones ?highlight? - they are not a replacement for developing yourself as a social human being. To this end, I have decided to properly test what mones I have so that I may take advantage of them to their maximum potential. I have the following: Ammo 2X [Summer Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) TUTH IS 2X IH 2X IG 2X MX297 Androstenone 2.5mcg P74 12.5mcg P83 5mcg P95 5mcg P96 12.5mcg I have covered these bottles with black tape so that I will not be able to see what they are, and labelled them A - K, excluding the enone as it is the only 30ml bottle. All of these mones were tested individually, in the situations a regular guy would find himself in, such as: university classes, work (mine’s an internship), dates, bars/clubs and the gym. They were tested, where possible, at least twice in each type of situation. **Baseline** To do any form of effective testing, I had to know my baseline, and I gave myself one week to properly figure out how I interact with the world. I am confident, but not to the extent where I would blow someone away. I am more confident than the average person, but I am also quite self conscious at times. Male peers are usually quite deferential to me (not overtly, but in certain ways like looking to me for decisions); male superiors like me and treat me with some respect, for the most part. Females are quite often attracted to me, but not the very desirable ones. They are also attracted only to the extent that if I approached them, they are likely to be interested. This gets better when I start talking. They are not, however, attracted to the point where they come up to me out of their own volition. I don’t tend to have very deep connections with people right off the bat. My mood is generally stable. I tend to be the focal point of a group, IF the constituents of the group are of a similar status as me (i.e. university students). When the group has a higher status, for example a lecturer, then I stop being the focal point. This is not too common however. Alright then, into the actual testing! ---
