LOL, well he has a GF now so he’s set. Crazy thing is he’s moving too fast and his brother mentioned to me that he already thinks she may be “the one.” Man, little does he know how much more complex it really is. Dude thank you for writing that; that happens to all my friends. I had a girlfriend who was basically my first kiss and we experimented with different sexual stuff but didnt necessarily lose our virginities in the technical sense. But we learned a lot together, dated a long time, and were “in love”. I’m glad I got that shit over with in high school because now I can learn about myself and hookup with girls in college and date without thinking they are “the one”. Although there is this stripper at the strip club who is clearly the one, but that’s another story for another time. But ya, my best friend is 20 and at a different college and all he and his gf do is fight. Neither have had sex. Yet they are in love. It’s quite literally the most toxic relationship I’ve ever seen. I’ve told him to break up with her over 100 times and given him a million reasons. I’ve confronted the girl over the phone because she called me to befriend me. she basically uses my friend who is just super nice to her and she is then really bitchy back to him. it’s hard to watch. But the problem is there’s nothing to do about it. I’m genuinely considering buying 4 to go’s of ammo when they come back, giving each of my friends that are in toxic first relationships ones, and letting fate happen. ---

No problem, if I were you I wouldn’t become her friend. Last thing you’d want is to get involved, plus what about if she’s trying to get information from you regarding your friend? Yeah, I know… it’s just so frustrating because I’ve known this dude since we were in strollers, we were neighbors. We lost contact for a while then ended up in high school together by coincidence and became super close there. The thing is, she has tried to befriend his brother, me, and some other ones of his friends, and all of us tell her we dont like her to her face or just ignore her. She has a really intense personality so it’s not like she’s not used to making enemies, but she also is able to make amazing friends through her eccentricity. I would never become her friend, and yeah I just comfort him and whenever we talk about his relationship. I just point out that he would be happier more of the time without her than with her. I say that if she was a guy he would hate the guy version and the only reason he likes her is sexual which is true and he usually admits it. But I dont like getting too involved cuz it’s his life and eventually the relationship will end. ---
