I was in my back room and saw my chemistry set and decided it was time to get back to playing with all these bottles I have. I decided to start with Meo-Est. Well, Day 1 - at work - cubicle land - I sprayed myself with 20 mcgs every two hours starting at 9am and ending at 5pm. Sorry to say I observed no self effects or reactions from others. Day 2 I pulled out the stops and dosed myself with 100 mcgs. These are on my inner forearms and wiped with the back of my hands and smeared on each side of my jaw. No self effects observed. At 3:15pm I dosed with 120 mcgs and went about working. No self effects. However at 4pm I was in the cube of Lady S working on a case and 5 minutes later she changed the subject and was putting out some interesting body language - scooting her bottom in her chair - putting her shoulders back - 😃 -and a couple of interesting stretches - arms out then and coming together like she was trying to do a long distance hug. 🙄 EDIT: 18.9 mcgs per spray : unfragranced 25 mcgs in a 30 ml bottle. moved 5ml into to-go bottle with 1/2 ml knock off Acgua fragrance oil (9.09%). To-go bottles dispense 83% and my mix is 91% of 25 -\> 18.9 per spray - eh close enough. My report of 100 would actually be 94.5 and the 120 would be 113.4. ---

After I posted the above, I did a search and found that some have reported more vivid dreams. I realized that the morning of what would have been day 3, I had gotten out of bed and confirmed to myself that the dream was not how things had happened. So, that night, I put a small spray on my finger and wiped in on my moustache area and bottom of my nose. I woke up from vivid dreams at 2:00am, 3:30am, 5:00am and 6:30am. I am definately not going to do that again. ---

Today I took my 25 mcg bottle to work and applied 1 spray at 9:30, 2 sprays at 11:00 and 2 sprays at 2:00 and really didn’t notice and self effects or to others. At 3:30 I decided to pull out all the stop again and went 5 sprays. These are onto my forearms, wiped with the backs of my hands and then each side of my chin. At about 4:10 I wander in to see Ms. E about a case. Next thing I know is I’m sitting down in her second chair visiting. I notice she removes her shoes. I notice her painted toes. I notice she crosses her ankles and start rocking them to and fro. 🙄 We are blabbing away about all sorts of things and I notice her eyebrows and eyes and nose and cheeks and I’m doing a whole lot of noticing! 🙄 Then, like a wave came over me I realize that the attraction I have for her is rather intense! 😮 I back away from her a little bit trying to re-evaluate what is happening to me. 😮 This stuff is dangerous! 🙂 1st real self effect that I have noticed with Meo-Est. But it’s not quite like the raw lust when I put a drop of [Lust After Me](https://phera.com/product/lust-after-me/) up my nose! LOL This is somewhat a little more refined. 🙄 Eh, civilized? ---

Regarding Meo-Est and dreams… We had a LONG conversation (starting here: ["Venting" my Adventures - #280 by Lor](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/venting-my-adventures/24664/280) ) in Lor’s journal regarding Meo and dreaming. The theory was that Meo somehow or another increases the melatonin in the brain, assisting with the vividness of the dreams. Her questions went deeper as well. I will let you explore. I stopped at home at 5:10 and decided I wanted a little sunshine and happiness so I put on 25 mcgs of P103. While I was at it, nothing like a little squirt of 4x [Instant Honesty](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) - and I head down to watering hole N. The weather is warm and the air-conditioning is on and its back to the summer time air flow. I park myself on a stool upwind of the rest of the patrons. I’m in rare form in the banter with the regulars and enjoying myself. This is mostly P103. Later this sweet young thing (probably young enough to be my daughter and not young enough to be my grandaughter) parks herself downwind of me to play the computer games. I decide to go over to the candy machine and get a napkin full of skittles. I walk up and put the ‘bag’ next to her and say, “If a stranger ever offers you candy…take the red ones because they taste the best!” She took the red ones saying, “I’m not afraid!” Long story short… I had a lot of fun with her BSing back and forth while she played games on the machine. When she got up to leave I said, “What did you learn tonight about taking candy from strangers?” She replied, “Take the red ones because they are not poison”. Some peoples kids just don’t pay attention! No! The red ones taste the best!
