Hi Miko 🙂

[pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) can certainly help with that - read forum some more and you will find all the answer for the questions that you can have now. Especially the sticky threads in every section of the forum - “Introductions” especially at the beginning, Women’s, Men’s etc.

You will also learn how to write an introduction that will qualify for the Gift Certificate. If you tell us more about yourself - your personality, goals, hopes, fears, any social difficulties and strenghts - not only you’ll get that GC, but also we will know what to recommend, our advice will be more informed and personalized.
