Miss Dragon's Journal! Yay!

p130, Day 7

Brief return to p130.

p130, Day 7 (Wednesday night/Thursday morning)
15 mcg to the chest
Neroli

After I got home from hanging out with my friends, I still stayed up WAAAAAY later than I should have. Even small amounts of anxiety are enough to mess up my ability to sleep. I finally got fed up with being subject to my emotions, so I decided to see if p130 would have any practical use in this case. I sprayed 15 mcg to my chest. The neroli scent felt like an old friend. It’s not my favorite, and I would pick grapefruit or something non-AD if I had a choice, but for some reason, it has become very comfortable and familiar.

I noticed soothing self-effects more quickly than I’ve noticed them in the past. In just a few minutes, I was starting to feel like all was right with the world. I think this is more evidence toward my theory that the stronger the anxiety is, the stronger the positive effects are. I fell asleep within minutes, which is absolutely unheard of for me. I didn’t wake up at all through the night (figure of speech, it wasn’t technically “night” any more by time I got to sleep), and I usually do. When I woke up, I felt incredibly relaxed and happy. Again, this is not typical. Waking up is usually a miserable affair, even if I didn’t use an alarm.

Dearest p130, I love you. Please be mine forever.
