I’ve never experienced the high feeling reported by some people, just a subtle pleasantness. When I feel grumpy or stressed, people don’t seem to notice as much. My typical combo for work has been 2 sprays IS 1X with one spray [p102](https://pheromonelabs.com/) . I rarely top off, mostly because I forget. Today, I upped it to 3 sprays IS, but it didn’t seem to enhance the positive feeling. I just felt a little “blah”. I didn’t relate that feeling to OD, but now I totally see it. I’m looking for a good female boss mix. Where I won’t seem threatening to my superiors or mean to my employees, but approachable and pleasant without seeming weak or disengaged. I put in an order for [TAL](https://pheromonelabs.com/) , but it is taking a while. I’m considering mixing that with IS and [IH](https://a314.com/product/instant-honesty/) . I know this is the men’s part of the forum, but I’m sure a good number of you guys have played with workplace mixes. April 17th, 2013 I remembered to top off the IS today. It was roughly 5 hours later, after a particularly hard and frustrating day. I only topped with 1 spray, not my full 2. I didn’t reapply the [p102](https://pheromonelabs.com/) . The instant effects were amazing! I still didn’t experience a high, but I felt like, “you know what, this isn’t such a bad day after all!” I was even smiley and joking with people, which I normally would NOT be after such a rough day! I think my employees felt the emotional relief, too. It did fade rather quickly [within a half hour], but it was a much-needed relief. April 23rd, 2013 I got my [TAL](https://pheromonelabs.com/) last night. Then I got fired at work today. I think the [TAL](https://pheromonelabs.com/) helped me not go absolutely berserk right then and there.
