Hello and welcome to the forum. Glad to see you are here. I am sure you will like the effects of both of those products. Read the thread in my signature block about Newbie tricks. It is written by a guy but many of the same principles apply. I would try one at a time starting with one spray and woking up until you find the level that works best for you. I would actually start with the [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) as for me the results are easy to see - gabfest. Just remember - IO helps conversations along. Which means you have to get one started. You cannot just sit there and expect people to spontaneously just start yaking - although sometimes they will. Which is why I seldom wear it … lol. Then we can give better recommendations. You can apply pheromones on neck, chest, back of neck, arm and any expose body area. How many spray is different for different people. Hi. I have already been awarded the gift certificate, and have ordered products. I need to know the recommended application as I do not have the time to do a trial of 1 at a time as in a few days I am on a trip to meet a guy. Please suggest for me based upon the list the recommended amounts, and the application areas of the body. Thank you soooooo much in advance for your help. We can’t tell you what the right dose for you is, everyone is slightly different so you have to find your own sweet spot. Apply as you would any other perfume; on pulse points… wrists, neck, cleavage etc Have you read the stickies? They give you all the basic info about phero’s, what they do & how to use them. ---

It depends on so many things and it all have to do with trial and error so you can get the right amount of sprays that works for you, the correct dosage and which part of your body gives you the most effective hits. I see that you seem to have a date and need some advice, NOWWWW! I suggest you call Steve our [pheromone](https://a314.com/) expert and you won’t regret it.
