I have decided to start journal now as I have enough experience to be comfortable enough to write about my phero experiences and findings. I apologise my English writing skills, they are not perfect. I am 28 years old male living in Europe. When I first got to mones I ordered Ammo, TUTH, Instant Shine, Instant Openness, Instant Honesty and [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/). ---

After testing those 1/2 year my favourite mix had become the following: 2x Ammo (to chest) 3x Shine (front neck) 3x Honesty (arms and wrists) 1-2x Female Magic (back of neck, wrists) **Self efects** : confidence, exitement, looking forward for the upcoming event **Efects on others** : Looks from women and men, hair flipping, adjusting clothes, fidgeting, sometimes bedroom eyes **Conclusion** : Good basic going out mix, that gives consistent and very reliable results in a dancing place that I already feel very confortable to go. **Note** : I did well in this place before pheros, but I can see that they definedly boost my confidence and effect on girls aswell. They give me edge that I didn’t have before. If I add some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) to the mix it makes conversation easier but because this club is kind of dance place (eg. salsa and things like that) I don’t necessary want that ongoin chattiness. I feel Instant Honesty makes the moments with my dance partners more special. ---

**Sports and Mones** Sometimes I put one spray of TUTH when going to gym. I feel it gives me slight energy boost. In its extreme it can even cause something like when you look in the mirror your muccles seems bigger and you seem more manly 😃 The place where I go is small place and not many people there and mostly elderly people. One time there was this couple late twentyes. The woman kept looking at me several times and always turned her head off if I looked her direction. Once she held eye contact longer and after seemed nervous. I consider this a TUTH hit. Fortunately there aren’t usually people in my age group, to test mones with. Sometimes I put AMMO or TUTH when going to do other sports like soccer. I feel it gives me some confidence and respect. However, it doesn’t do it always, I need to be in the mood to get edge from them. If I am not in the mood and play crappy, I don’t feel or see any effects. ---

**The Smell of TUTH** I don’t remember exactly how it went, but my girlfiend said something about that she likes the smell of that stuff I put on my chest sometimes when going to bed.. (That stuff is TUTH) Before that happened I always thought that girls don’t like the smell of TUTH. I have changed my mind. Sometimes she buries her nose to my chest and she has this bedroom kind of clance in her face. ---

**MX353** I always remember the first time I put on this stuff. I was going to movies with my girlfriend and some other friends. I sprayed two sprays, one to front neck and other to wrists. Emmediately I felt this huge confidence boost that i haven’t felt before. It was so powerful that I was thinking that what the heck is happening here? 😃 Somehow it made me laugh. I just laughed in the front of mirror for few minutes and while putting clothes on. After I got to my car I was still laughing myself and wondering what the heck is this stuff? 😮 I have to be honest, I was even bit scared what it would do to others, because it really blew me away with the self efects. Anyway when I met to the others I didn’t notice anything different in their behave or if there was something it was more of an OD than any hit kind of reactions. I tried to act very conservative because I was scared how they are going to see me with this new signature. In that night I didn’t really notice any hits and I was bit disappointed because of my huge expectations. Next time I tried only one spray of MX353 when going to the city with my girlfriend during the day. **Self efects** were strong but not even nearly as strong as the first time. My girlfried suddenly became very happy and wanted to hug me many times and hold hands. She became very girly with her conversation and we spoke something very silly stuff and were laughing. I feel that there was this bonding between us that MX 353 caused. 　 Since that I have been mixing MX353 with instant line products. At this point I have been using pheros about a year, and the most obvious hit that really proves me that pheros work is been with MX353. I am going to share that moment: I went to this my favourite dancing place. Before goint there I put my good oldie mix: 2x Ammo (to chest) 3x Shine (front neck) 3x Honesty (arms and wrists) 1-2x Female Magic (back of neck, wrists) The evening was regular, some looks from women and men, hair flipping, nervousness, adjusting clothes. After about three hours I decided to add one spray of MX353. I went to the toilet and thought: what the heck and put two sprays on 😃 Now the pheroproof thing–\> After I got out of the bathroom every single person I went past whether it was woman or man turned around and looked me. And really I mean **every single person** did that even if they had hard time to turn around, they did. If there was many people in the table or standing somewhere, they all turned around and looked me. It was so powerfull moment that it was even bit scary. In the rest of the night there were many girls that were showing IOls and seemed that all of them were competing of my attention. **Conclusion of Mx353 thus far when there is 1/3 left in the togo bottle:** I haven’t tried many products other than the instant line, but this gives me the most obvious self efects. I don’t laugh like the first time but I do get huge confidence boost and exitement. The none there seems to be very well buffered. ( I don’t OD if I have 2x ammo on) I feel that there is three sides of this product. First is sexual second is social and third is feeling good. Sexual is not horny like TUTH, but more soft, even it is still strong, like crushy sexual feeling. Social side is something Instant Honesty kind of deeper connection. Feeling good is something that works hand in hand with social side and helps make social side fun and deep. (I cannot compare these efects to any putatives because I have no experience of them, I can only relate these efects on instant line products) I believe that combining Mx353 with some others will make it even more better. Some point I would like to test this with mx272 that is said to be very good and also Instant Honesty + p83 And even maybe [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). ---

**MX352** Have been testing this few times recently. Not sure of what this mix does but I feel it to be mostly social mix. **Self efects** : None **Efects on others** : I feel this to be a social mix with maybe small amount of none. Social efects are close to [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (more chattiness), and maybe there is something Shine efects aswell. **Conclusion** : I think this is easy to wear in many different situations. It can be weared on its own. Mostly social mix and a spark of sexual there. I need to test more to come better conclusion. Anyone tried this? ---

3XAmmo 5XShine 2XInstant Openness 1 spray (12,5mcg) of diluted A1 with Guzzi pour homme 2 Went to the library to borrow some cd:s and put on this basic mix. I usually wear two [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) and three Shine but decided to try a bit heavier this time. I felt calm and good. Fortunately library was quiet and didn’t really have chance to see how this mix works. Anyway, I forgot my library card back home but the lady mid forties behind the desk was very helpfull and let me borrow without my card. I planned to go to a mall but had to go home to finish some stuff.. So i felt like an idiot to waste pheros just for half an hour in the library.☹ Anyway, later on I went to the gym (after two hours) and there was this woman mid 20 that kept looking my direction once in a while. One guy that goes regularly, was more talkative than usually. Other than that, nothing else worth mentioning. The gym was also quiet, not many people there.. I need to test this mix again on a better environment. ---

I’ve tried this one (went through a 5 ml bottle) and really liked the results I got from it. If I remember correctly this one correlates to the old MX328 (Game scented) and it does have androstenone in it. I had quite a bit more attention from people and I got a lot more attractive type attention from women. I liked this one. 🙂 Just out of curiosity, how many sprays were you using of it? I found 3 tended to be where it worked best for me. ---

I found MX352 to be mostly social and not in a IO or IH way. Very smoothed relaxed social atmosphere with some attractiveness qualities like a vine smooth wine. Good stuff. Keep going with your reports. ---

2 sprays of MX352 My girlfriend sister was very relaxed and talked more than usually. Usually she is very conservative but that time she totally acted differently towards me. I didn’t notice that much difference with my girlfriend, but I have come to conclusion that often it is harder to see results with her than others. Maybe she is not that receptive to mones or maybe it is just harder to see results with someone you know well and who knows you. I haven’t tried three sprays yet, but need to try. ---

I realised that in my old [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) togo bottle has got some juice left.😃 So I felt nostalgic and remembered “good old days” and decided to put some Magic on.. 3xMX353 3xInstant Shine 1xInstant Honesty 2xInstant Female Magic Togo Went to this my usual dancing place. I had mx353 in my pocket in case if I wanted to add one spray after some time. Anyway, I had such a good night that I didn’t want to risk it by adding anything.. Looks were coming everywhere, both female and male. Girls were giving IOI. There is this one a bit shy girl that seems to be very attracted to me. She is always playing with her hair, adjusting her clothes and fidgeting. One time I caught her looking and she turned her head of for two seconds and looked again smiling a little. I think Instant Shine, Honesty and Female Magic made girls open up more. I heard some stuff that didn’t expect to hear. ---

Instant Shine 1x [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) 1x A1 12,5 mcg I have read good things about these three together so decided to give it a try.. Didn’t notice much difference. Have to try it again. Maybe I switch Openness to Honesty. ---

2x A1 12,5 mcg 2x Instant honesty 2x [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) later on 1xTUTH Chill night watching movies. My girlfriend was in a good mood when I saw her. Don’t know if it was my phero signature or not. Anyway the night included lot of hugging, touching and kissing. It seemed she could’t keep her hands of me. She was in very cuddly mood. Later on I adder one spray of TUTH and at the end of the evening we ended up in the bedroom.. ---

3xMX353 3xInstant Shine 2xInstant Honesty 2xA1 12,5 mcg (mixed with gucci pour homme 2) Last time I had this mix with [Instant Female Magic](https://a314.com/product/instant-female-magic/) instead of plain A1. It worked great back then and it worked great yesterday. Still I felt that there was something different.. I have always had feeling that Instant Female Magic worked better that plain A1. I feel that I used to get stronger reactions with Female Magic than now with plain A1. With A1 the reactions are more subbtle and harder to notice. With Female Magic the reactions were easier to notice. I feel that Female Magic was more stronger or more in the face kind of woman relaxation/attraction than plain A1. I feel that A1 is easier version of Female Magic. Was Female Magic better or is it just my imagination? I also have been considering that maybe it is because I am more used to pheromones now and their effects than when I first started using them. ---

My new order arrived. I waited few months some products to be restocked but got tired of waiting so I ordered some other stuff that was available. I am exited to start testing them.. One of the items I ordered was p83. I desided to start with it.. 2xP83 10,0 mcg Hard to make conclusions after one experiment but I felt that I was in control of things, more relaxed and more talkative. Later on I added one togo spray of none and third spray of [P83](https://pheromonelabs.com/product/p83/). I didn’t feel androstenone agressiveness like usually. It was like P83 took away the agressive self efects of androstenone. ---

After testing p83 few times I feel that is has got something similar to androsterone. There is something sexual in it but different than androstenone. It is not heavy like androstenone. It makes me more chattier. ---

3xMX301 first observations This mx don’t give me same self efects like mx353. It still gives me some confidence though. I definedly saw some hits during the night. Looks from strangers and few girls were very into me. They were already attracted to me so don’t know how much mones did but atleast they didn’t do any harm.. Interesting thing also happened. I was ordering a coffee and this guy behind the desk gave me a free bubble gum, lol. ---

3xMX301 2XInstant Gentleman 20mcg p83 25mcgA1 5mcg TAF My [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) just arrived the other day. Even I haven’t used it before I decided to add two sprays to this mix without testing IG on its own first. I got very interesting hit, different than the hits I usually get with my mixes. Usually the hits comes from girls younger than me and they are sweet, girlish and not alpha type of girls. This time the girl or woman was about 2 years older than me, beautifull and very well educated. (much more than I am) She was very into me and I was a bit surprised about the strongness of the hit because this is not the usual type of hit I get. Some observations: I wasn’t very good mood in the beginning the night but still I was surprised that something made me very unsocial. Was it Instant Gentleman? I read that it can make some people not want to talk to anyone. If it is true then I definedly had that reaction. I didn’t really want to talk to anyone first and I had to work myself to talk, but after I did I suddenly became much better mood and conversation was very good and flowing.
