I have been off this forum for months, lots of work to do and not enough money to get my next order. Over the time I had plenty of experimenting with A314 + IJ which would be an intimidating mix for my age, but it seemed good. Neither of these alone had a voice effect but when used together I noticed my voice is deeper from this. Considering that I have a terrible voice this is well worth while for me. I am wondering what idea’s some people have for [Pheromones](https://a314.com/) that could deepen my voice? I forgot which one but there is a putative that people reported having voice deepening with. Or is there some other combo that could be good for general use while having a voice deepening effect? ---

I’ve noticed that both IJ and the [A314 spray](https://a314.com/product/a314-classic-spray/) have lowered my voice when used individually, but it is a temporary affect for me. I don’t know if there are any that do things permanently. I did find this youtube video a while ago when I wanted to deepen my voice. I’m not sure I really want a deeper voice, so I haven’t tried things. I do believe that some radio show hosts used this trick a while ago to get a more booming lower voice, but I can’t personally attest to its applicability or usefulness. ---

Its not really a direct reaction to the pheromones. Technically there is no pheromone that will deepen your voice. Its your reaction to how the pheromones are making you feel though. If That combo makes you feel masculine strong powerful your body language and voice pitch will sometimes follow the feeling. Just like if Ishine makes you feel happy and at ease it will show in your demeanor, the way your body moves and your vocal pitch. I have never heard of a pheromone causing a change in vocal pitch on its own with out the accompanying feelings the products can sometimes provide being present. Tisha ---

I haven’t been using A314 or IJ lately since the ssituations haven’t called for it. But I will be using it monday. For me it’s like IJ just enhances A314, I will probably use a little bit of IO while I’m at it. I’m going to focus on self effects more than usual and analyze how my mind is thinking or seeing if I just act different without thought. ---

A314 does it for me. Like Tisha said, it’s not a direct effect of the pheromones, but when you feel confidant and commanding, you subconsciously lower your voice pitch. I had people notice it on me, but the odd thing was that I didn’t realize it until after they told me. ---

I noticed it myself, it was at the deepest peak my voice ever sits at. My case is a monotone voice. Sometimes it’s lower or higher but never fluctuates. Since it’s monotone regardless than the way I see it is the deeper, the better. Actually I find that it fluctuates lightly when deeper but it’s still dull. I don’t know if I might have psyched myself up before taking A314 + IJ. I know that IJ seemed ineffective before trying A314 so my expectations weren’t big going in with IJ while A314 alone didn’t have the deepening effect. I will try my hardest to just recap how my own mindset was thinking next time I try this. ---

Funny, I’m alway trying to get my vocal intonation a bit higher: carries better when speaking to a large group and allows me to impart a more dramatic emphasis than my lower range. Works great for barking orders and getting slackers on their feet. In some cultures a high tenor voice is considered a sign of masculinity and is certainly favored in many musical styles. ---

High rising tenor projects high social value under many circumstances. It also encourages participation from the listeners…but also has the annoying tendency to make statements sound like questions. Some men will think you are gay but who cares what men think? If you really want to lower your voice, work out more, lift weights, establish the correct diet. Acting/voice lessons… The worst thing possible is a monotone voice. Wow is that bad and boring for any listener, man or woman. Avoid, but no [pheromone](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/) is going to help you with that…only a conscious attempt at change (you can do it, acting/voice lessons etc). ---

Consciously changing it just makes rough cracks for me. The best I can d is just hope to deepen it, and I could only wish my voice was deep as Vin Diesel’s. I do work out but my voice hasn’t changed and working out won’t guarantee a deeper voice. ---

I am assuming you want this elusive deep voice for dating/sleeping with women, right? And it seems like it won’t be so easy for you to obtain, given your description. There is more than one way to skin a cat on this matter…some of the best guys out there do NOT have a deep voice. That really is not a limiting factor. At all. So stop worrying about that particular aspect of your voice. However, a monotone voice will kill you as a speaker in all social settings. So be sure to work on that and your dynamic vocal range. There’s excercises you can do to deepen your voice. What you do is lay on your bed on your right side and have your head hang over the side then lift your head up to your shoulder. (so right ear to the right shoulder) do that 20 times. Then change position and lay on your left side and do the other side of your neck. This will also make your neck a little bigger but will also deepen your voice over time. ---

I can sure thicken my neck also, seems like a 2 for 1 deal for me. Could some forward and backwards motion do the same. ---

Only side to side, forward and back won’t do anything, you have to be lying down as well, basically you’re lifting the weight of your head with your neck, and be careful as well. 😃 ---
