Okay so after using mones now for about 3 months. I do believe they work as i am more outgoing now and have hit a new level of confidence with girls. but now i have noticed when i go back to my dorm and go to bed (not taking a shower) i have many dreams. some i can remember, and others involving sex has anyone else had this happen to them.one night It was horrible I was laying down in my bed and my friend -girl decided- to spoon with me so she laid down with me and fell asleep with me. in the middle of the night woke up with a mad erection. she just laughed and said you must have had a good dream i was not embarrassed by it at all. nor was it awkward. has anyone else had dreams while still having mones on even after 5 hours after they wear applied? I was wearing IO x3 sprays two to the wrists and one to the neck IS x2 back of the neck and in the hair TUTH x1 one spray under my shirt ---

Are those the only mones you’ve been wearing for 3 months? I have just started to use mones and haven’t had any changes in my REM sleep, though I normally have days of vivid dreams. Josie had commented on this point [Does IJ at bedtime cause lucid dreams and nightmares?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/pheromones-and-dreams/41536) and I am always interested in sleep stages and ways to get to lucid dreaming! I have others p74 IH IG but have not really used those for the past two weeks as i have only been using what i described above. Its always when i wear that combo that i have dreams but when i wear maybe a combo such as IO IH IG i dont dream or at least i cant remember 😕 ---

I discussed this with Tisha on that thread that was mentioned. Apparently it’s the -none. That’s why when boys hit puberty they start having lots of sex dreams. Just wash the TUTH off. ---

I have more dreams and as well, more sexual ones too. Guys however, get erections every 90 minutes in their sleep so yours doesn’t mean you were having a sex dream. Plus if your snuggling with a girl; embrace the erection. ---
