# mones my new job

Since I’m starting my new job and I will be in Cincinnati, OH for 4 weeks.

I would like some recommendations on what pheromones to take with me.

I’m thinking [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/),Instant Honesty, A314 or Ultra, and IS

any other suggestions?

[Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/). I’ve used ammo in my work mix, just 1 shot and it helps to create that attractive charismatic vibe.  
My work mix was A314 + IH + Ammo + IS. It can also be a play mix by switching the ratios of a314 to Ammo

I would use IG and IH.

If it’s a new job and you’re working to strategically position yourself within the firm, I would use IG in the first instance. Since it’s a lighter version of A314, you can judge who responds well to -rone and who takes it as a challenge. Purely speaking from experience. A314 is absolutely great once you’ve established yourself.
