Hi Guys, My name is Lana, from Dallas Tx. I recently turned 26 years old. One of my good friends and I were on the phone earlier today talking about a problem I am having with being shy/anti-social. I am in the process of starting my own business, (which involves constant customer contact) and I want to be approachable when I comes to clients, well people in general. So my friend mentioned “Pheromones”. She talked about it some, but I was not unable to get a clear understanding of it. So in my curiosity I decided to google pheromones and this is where I landed. WOW, so much info I wish i new about this sooner. So after a little browsing, I came across [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/). I am aware I would have to try test it out and other products as well. But Hmmm… Would this be a Good starter item???🆒 ---

Hi sugarsnap! I think that’s a very innovative idea. IO would be great to encourage yourself and customers to be more chatty. So if you want to interact more that’s useful. You may also want to look into instant shine so that your customers have a very positive and uplifting vibe when interacting with you. If your doing more of a consulting business where you do a lot of one on one interactions to build trust in your knowledge you may want to try instant openness brother, instant honesty. IH is good for bonding and building trust. Its like IO is for quantity of conversation and initiating where IH is quality of the conversation. Cheers! ---

The fact that I was enjoying the random conversations at the supermarket, wasn’t in a hurry to leave, stayed smiling all the while, makes me think that [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) will be extremely useful to me in relation to my pre-panic attack stress levels. **I didn’t get stressed at all in the supermarket.** This is seriously important. It’s my least liked place to be, and invariably has me stressed by the time I leave. _ **Self effect: a calm, balanced, happy willingness to chat.** _ I am interested in knowing if anyone else has had this result with [IO](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) . This is going to be the most practical effects of the [mones](http://www.pheromonetalk.com/) for me, personally. **Being able to relax, or already relaxed to prevent a panic attack - AWESOME!** 😃 Pass it ON!” I happen to currently be in love with IO. Hi Lana and welcome to the forum!!! Yes, IO is a great mone for what you want to use it for… Opening up to customers and having them just open up to you. I’d also recommend **[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/)** as this is the one way to get some relaxed vibes in self effects and wanting to be around you in effects from others. I’m even told I have a youthful glow about me… I thought that comment was a fluke the first time I heard it until I heard it several times from different people! 🙂 Check out the women’s forum, start up a journal there and you’ll get alot more help there to better use the mones you decide to get! And unless you have that stress response, no one understands how paralyzing it IS!! The [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) is awesome, use it, too. But the IO does for me what you seem to need. Half the confidence problem (for me) is the stress of being confronted with the attacks out of the blue; or worse, knowing that the imminent situation is going to trigger an attack ☹. Sorry, guys. Hi thanks for joining PheroTalk. In normal situations Mickaelia, one of our forum hosts, would stop by and personally welcome you, but she has been out the last few days. I’m sorry that nobody else has been able to swing by and welcome you properly and offer you personalized assistance. I’ve been doing my job and Mickaelia’s for the past three days and I guess everybody else was just to busy to help out ☹. With that said I do know that Mickaelia had the foresight to issue your GC to your registered forum email address on Sunday. You should check your SPAM box, as it sometimes has a way of ending up there, if you haven’t seen it yet. I totally appreciate your patience in this matter. While it would have been super-awesome for others to step up to the plate and offer assistance, it didn’t happen for whatever reason. Please do not let this influence you as to the community we actually are. In the meantime if you don’t see your GC by end of the day today, please send a PM to Mickaelia to look into it when she returns. I’m really unsure when that is going to be, but hopefully soon. I will not be able to answer any PM’s about missing GC’s until I am caught up with the regular ones. This can seriously take a week so it would be better to contact Mickaelia. I will do my best to help out though 🙂. I have one of the busiest PM boxes on the forum and asking for personalized help via PM, will just be met with a reply to post it on the forum. It’s not that I don’t want to help you, but I simply don’t have the time to answer PM’s and still help people on the forum. I totally appreciate your patience and understanding, but I didn’t want to leave our newest community members waiting in the wings.
