# Mones suggestion for Asian Males

Hi, I am an asian male and new to [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/), wanting some suggestions of what I should be using. Some basic info, I am mainly trying to attract other asian women, a bit about myself: I am 29 years old and about 5’10 with a slim build. I tend to have anxiety when approaching women because I feel like the conversation will be dull or they won’t be receptive enough to me.

Now I have seen a lot of pheromones sites lately, a lot of them seem to have sprays bottles/oils that contain 4 - 5 pheromones all-in-one which ends up being cheaper, one site I was looking at was luvessentials, compared to androtics direct in which each product focuses on one type of pheromone mainly.  
Now my question is, is it more effective to buy each type of mone seperately like androtics has it? Or to buy these all-in-one products? Thanks a lot!

But I will answer your questions. AD had multi [pheromone products](https://a314.com/shop/) calledk the consumer or instant line. Ammo is the key example of a well rounded product with a lot of things going on.

Instant Openess, Instant Shine, Instant Honesty contain just a couple primary mones, but are extremely effective.

Less is more generally speaking, and AD crafts great products.

Some effective favorites are: A314 (High status spray), Ammo (Sexual and well rounded product wit social tones), Summer Ammo (Ammo with a molecule P130 and TAA. TAA is the main component of Instant Shine).

A314 is respectable and status, which is gold for Asian women (Traditional). Instant Gentleman is a softer and more fun/sexy form of A314.

Younger women love Social mones. Social are IS, IO, IH.

If you struggle with opening women and nerves, IO or Instant Openness is key. It is an effective ice breaker for women and helps begin a conversation.
