I’ve used P114 with my sessions of Spring Forest Qigong and I can see how effective the P is at focusing my thoughts, @ 20 mu, getting me relaxed enough to get through the Level I session without having my mind wandering.

Very helpful in the Small Universe Meditation.

Ok… Now, I’ve been trying out Piracitam @ 3.2 g daily for the last couple of days and it is SOME AWESOME STUFF!!! I also ordered a tub of 500 g of the powdered stuff and am anxiously awaiting it… 🙂 Initial thought - DAMN, I shoulda’ been using this stuff LONG AGO!!! 😃

I also got some other nootropic and related support vitamins… I’ll be trying them out with some of the mones from the first post. I’ve already tried this, Piracitam with TAF and… Woah… some serious overdrive in Brain activity… blow right through daily mental hurdles. Though, occasionally I get ‘stuck’ in a rut… as an example, in typing and thinking of my words, I’ll get stuck on a word that I think I MUST find the exact word that I originally thought of… I’ll get stuck on it for a little while and have to snap myself out of it and choose/look for a close or similar alternative. Oh, and it also feels that there is a gush of ideas coming out with little to no errors in spelling. I’m using the word check much less. 🙂

That sometimes will happen anyways, without the nootropic or TAF. Just seems that I have to snap myself out of that focused deep search mode…

We shall see if I’m going to add any other racitams to my drug cabinet… 😛

Hi 1Alpha,

make sure to use a Choline Source with the Piracetam 😉

You could use Choline Bitarate or simply Lecithine … or eat tons of eggs cause they containe Lecithine …

Hey there, Pago, from what I’ve read up on Piracetam, you should be using an equivalent dose of Choline. Though, I’m not reaching that level yet with my tablets, I hope to with the Choline Bitartrate. I haven’t had any headaches or dizziness associated a lack of this nutrient. I have a Soy Lechithin @ 400 mg, tablets, that taking now. I also have in the pipeline, Choline Bitartrate Powder…

As well as having my 3 to 4 eggs for breakfast!!! 🙂

Essential oil of black pepper is good for clearing brain fog. Just woof a drop or two. Sure works for me.

Piracetam is (was?) also good for high altitude mental fuzziness and physical performance. Good for skiing and sex at the cabin.

Thanks for pointing me to black pepper…

Something like this?

[Black pepper oil (Piper nigrum) - information on the origin, source, extraction method, chemical composition, therapeutic properties and uses.](http://www.essentialoils.co.za/essential-oils/black-pepper.htm)

I’ve read that it is (still) good for altitude sickness.

[CERI: Smart Drug Update: Piracetam and Altitude](http://www.ceri.com/update.htm)

[Piracetam and Hypoxia](http://www.banchanida.com/piracetam/008.html)

So, I’m sure it’ll help ‘get it up’ at the cabin!!! 😃

Haven’t tried it. Now, I’ll have to look into it and see if I’ll include it in my next months health improvement budget! 🙂

What have you tried, Aghor, that has those effects? Has it been beneficial and to what extent?

I’ve used Ashwagandha on occasion and found it smoother than ginsing and more balanced, especially compared to panax.

One thing I haven’t figured out is the conflicting advice about when to take it. Some say it is soporific and should be taken before bed. Others warn about taking it too late in the day as it could cause sleeplessness. One variety I had was the former and another the latter.

I use it almost regularly. typically it is not taken everyday. you take it for a month or so then given a small break… start again

Prominent effects I have seen:

_ **Significant reduction in stress** _: Helps me sail smoothly especially when there is too much stress at work. seems to be able to handle so many things without getting too worked up.

_ **Improved concentration:** _

* * *

Regarding Sleep:\*\*\* I find it easier to get up in the morning when I go to bed after two capsules of Ashwagandha. The stuff is available in powder form also but it tastes little bitter and is supposed to be mixed with warm milk. so I prefer the more expensive capsules.

It does not affect sleep for me. but I wake up fresh while using it at bedtime compared to going to bed without it.

_ **Libido:** _ Use it for a week and I am sure most people would find a definite improvement in libido. Atleast I do. Expecially when it comes to doing it more than once or twice it helps

I take it twice a day. 1 capsule in the morning and 1 or 2 before bedtime..

What it does for you, the difference can be felt when you have it for a week or two and stop. in the next few days in its absence you can see how much stress you have been dealing with

Another thing I use it is for common colds. At the very onset, I take TULSI (holy basil) and Ashwagandha, the effects of cold would be mild and recovery is more speedy. Holy Basil is commonly used as a remedy for cold here in India. and I swear by its effects 🙂

For the Piracetam… W O W … I’m taking between 6 g to 7.5 g a day for over a week and … W O W … Clarity of thought, focus of purpose, ease of speaking ability… I’ve tried this with TAF @ 5 mu… to the throat and chin for max self effects.

The combo is amazing, with the mental influence of the Piracetam welling up from within and the TAF coaxing mental focus from the outside, inward… I am feeling the EASE of communicating. Verbally I can bring up words and sentences with fluidity. My reasoning abilities increase with this combo along with my ability to look ahead several steps in a given situation. As an example, in a meeting, we need to consider not only the options but the pitfalls that may arise from taking a course of action. I see it and bring it up without blinking… NICE!!!

Seem to get consistent effects with these powders and the TAF adds a Focus and ‘snap’ to it…

**Piracetam 6 g to 7.5 g daily**

**Choline Bitartrate Powder 6 g daily**

**TAF @ 5 to 7.5 mu** (Similar results, couldn’t tell a difference with one or the other, tested with both. I may have to up the dose to see if anything changes at 10+ mu of TAF in this scenario)

I’ve been trying 5HTP (Hydroxytryptophan) to this stack and find that it’s helping (@ 50 mg (daily)) with sleep and a mellowing of my mood…🙂

Cheers all!!!
