I had an meeting with a staffing company. I spent 2 hours with her.

**3 x ISB; 1 x spray to each side of my neck; 1 x spray to my throat.**

**3 x MX397; 1 x spray to my chest; 1 x spray to each wrist.**

**2 x IH; 1 x spray to the back of each hand.**

**Self effects:** I’ve decided I like the spray my hands under my nose. It speeds the effects. I got a snout full of IH and MX397 and started to grin.

**Outside temp:** 73F; 78% humidity. Warm and sunny day. Short sleeves - all the better to cover the arms with mones.

We’d had a good conversation on the phone. I was predisposed to liking her and she to me. I was greeted with a warm smile and firm handshake.

In the process of business, she was very considerate of the fact that I’m extremely experienced in a lateral field; and treated me accordingly. All of the basics were prefaced with "I know that you know this, but I have to say it . . . " or "I’m sure you’re already aware, but . . . " and almost apologising for the fact that she is required to explain certain basic procedures and policies that are really standard; but unless some get it explained in detail in every instance - you know what I’m talking about.

Anyway, she loves me. We ended on a solidly friendly note. She was pleasant, confiding and open with me - (IH works so well in these situations); was completely respectful in a beautiful, self assured way; and genuinely wants to help.

Passing interaction with a barista left me with another big smile over her customer service, her competence and her shoo ing me away when I tried to clean up milk I spilt. “No no! Don’t you worry about that! It’s nothing.” With a smile. I felt special.

I like the 3+3 of MX397 and IS/B for me. The third item then frosts in a particular way. I get a lot of affection from people in general when I wear IH; nice to see it’s consistent. Answers my question about the IShine the other day. 😃

Can’t wait to get some more [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/) to try in this combination. 😛
EDITED TO ADD: Cool devious thought: 3 IS/B; 3 MX397; 3 P74 + cops.

I had another meeting; this time with a long haired, best at what he does in the business Brooklynite. I thought it was going to be another woman.

**4 x MX 397; 1 x spray each side of my neck; 1 x spray to each wrist.**

**Self effects:** I seem a little impatient with what I thought of as unnecessary delay. Apart from that, I’m feeling upbeat in a non-vocal way and confident.

**Outside temp:** 77F; 53% humidity. Solid, low cloud cover when I leave the house, gives more warmth and adds to the humidity factor. It’s almost normal for me.

I get there; people are too busy to let me in and that seems needlessly inconsiderate - of their situation as well. The sooner you get to me; the sooner you can get back to your business.

Once I’m let in and escorted up; he’s busy but lets me know that he’s aware of my presence and will be in to speak with me in about 5 - 10 mins. Thankyou.

He’s what you’d expect from an Brooklynite, He gets straight to the point and I appreciate that. He’s humorous, engaging and checking my body language while I’m checking his. We kind of unspoken busted each other. It made for an unnamed laugh, which was natural and not in any way self conscious for either of us. We got along well enough together for it to be encouraging.

He was all business, by the end, but with a calm assurance that tells you he probably IS the best at what he does. He was courteous; interesting enough to know that he’d be a good conversationalist.

Apart from 4 hours on the buses; there was nothing else to my day.

I went to a recruiting event. Found out about it late and got there for the last hour or so.

**3 x MX 397; 1 X spray to my throat; 1 x spray to each wrist.**

**3 x IS/B; 1 x spray to each side of my neck; 1 x spray to my chest.**

**2 x IH to the top of my head.**

**Self effects:** 20 mins before application I had just brushed a panic situation; got a clamp on it and applied and relaxed. Just took a moment in traffic to relax. Breathe. Recover and smile. Not a situation for IO.

**Outside temp:** 76F; 79% humidity. A warm sunny day for Seattle. And we’re grateful for the weather holding up.

At the event, I managed to catch some important details. Was completely worth making the dash for the end of it. The guy holding audience, noted a bunch of late arrivals and stayed to re-cap the vital points after he finished. There was a QA and participatory vibe, with jokes and laughter going on. I felt comfortable.

After about 10 mins, I turned around because I could feel someone close. A tall guy, approx 6’2"; was standing way too close for the space around him. I looked up at him and he smiled down at me. Then another female to my left - approx 4’ away started moving closer to me and stopped about a foot away; smiling at me all the time.
The people sitting close in front of me (I had their profile view) started turning and smiling at me. They were approx 4’ away.

After the main event broke up and he started to re-cap for those of us who were late arrivals; a huge - and I mean huge cross dresser decided after scoping out the seats, to sit next to me and after a minute or so; tried to start a conversation. I’m not there to chat, I’m there to get whatever edge I can find and utilize. I decline the openings - more than twice.

Don’t get me wrong. Each to their own. But this guy has **never** passed for a woman. He’s well over 6’; late middle aged; probably a good 100lbs overweight with a decidedly masculine face. I wonder what people see in the mirror sometimes.

The recruiter/speaker was visibly nonplussed by this person. He had a Southern accent, (sounded Texan) and was clearly put off by this person. If a question came from our direction, he was looking at me. Only about 5’ away from me; and giving me good eye contact. I put that down to avoiding the confusion sitting beside me.

When even that broke up, I stayed to thank him for being so generous with his time and he responded the same to me. The handshake was the shake from a big man to a smaller fem. The smile went to his eyes; he wished me well and said he hoped to see my application.

Calling it all hits. I don’t get that reaction from a roomful of strangers. Even the hit I didn’t want. Just because he’s not someone I’d hang with, the cross dresser was seriously trying to break ice with me.

And so ends the bottle of MX 397 that I was given. I like it a lot and will make this a staple in my mones wardrobe. I found it to be a great mitigator when wearing cops, as well. Tones the overt reaction down, as in guys are not so likely to blurt startling compliments when you’re wearing it.

As I said last week, C and I are doing the Sunday thing. Today there was a traffic nightmare all over the place. This freeway was closed off, some motorcade was over there, blah blah. Made life a little more difficult than normal for a Sunday. Found out hours later the Prez was in town. No joke. He was at the Paramount for a formal dinner event. It’s good tho’. Apparently previous Prez’s didn’t visit here much, at all. Prez Obama has been here 3 times that I know of . . . Anyway, due to me procrastinating, and the buses, by the time C arrives; she’s been waiting for a bus for 45mins (sometimes they just don’t come! 😮) and informed me by phone she’s cranky.

**4 x sprays P86; 1 x spray to each side of my neck; 1 x spray to each wrist.**

**3 x IS; all to the back of my hand and smeared to the back of the other.**

**Self effects:** Feeling happy anyway - hangin’ with C! Always good.
\*\*
Outside temp: **66F; 64% humidity; with a cold breeze. Sunny and fine downtown, but the breeze has a chill factor that brought out some serious jackets.**

I only applied the IShine after C told me she was cranky. That was specifically for her, as far away from my face as possible; with the intent to defuse her cranky and let her enjoy her Sunday afternoon after her part time job.

\*\*She ‘snuck’ up on me. I was looking the wrong way _for her_ and so missed her in her peach colored hoodie walking through an empty space. 🙄 She was smiling with her mouth, because she found it funny that the couple of minutes it took for her to get to me, she still surprised me. lol

I gave her a hug and we laughed at that, showed her something from my bag; putting my hands close to her face. Guess why I did that. We stand for a couple of minutes, and then decide on our course. I tell her I’m sorry she’s feeling grumpy; and she smiles and says ‘no, not anymore. I’m fine now’. We’re smiling, and I laugh and say ‘it’s because of me. You can’t be grumpy when you’re hangin’ with me’ and laugh some more. She agrees - with a straight face. Calling that a hit, and even tho’ it does nothing for me; thanx IShine.

We spend the next few hours wandering around, drinking coffee, talking to the occasional person that’s eager to get in our space. Thinking about it, if I was someone just looking at us, I’d want to join us too. We’re always laughing and smiling. People approach us a lot. If they stay for a couple of minutes, they’ll be smiling and laughing with us.

Some incidental contact: One guy in the park started talking to me (both of us were there) but smiled at me like I was the Sun. It changed my smile; I don’t often get looked at or smiled at like that.

I just wanted to spend some quality time with my friend and make her life a little brighter and less stressed. That happened.

Just in case anyone is wondering Astrea might be offline for a little bit. She is having some computer issues right now. I know this is a pretty popular journal and I’m sure she will return when she can. In the mean time lets all continue to send her our prayers, positive thoughts and I’m sure she will return soon 🙂

**You guys! Hugs and kisses to all of you! Such an awesome feeling to have you all (at least writing that you’re) missing me. Gave me warm fuzzies and a big grin!**

What happened was this: The day after my last post, our internet was cut off due to the owner (a drunk, entitled brat) not paying the bill. Took 2 days for it to get reconnected. Then on the Friday (the last one in September) I got a virus thru all my security and my pc crashed, froze and ran in a loop. As you all know, I was unemployed at the time; so I had to plan for repair costs.

My hard drive is reinstalled; my security is reinstalled; and I’m back! I have a temporary job that may turn into full time (fingers crossed) and I’m feeling IH and IO good. 😃

I figured this was the easiest way to let you all know what happened; and I’ll get through all the threads I’m subscribed to - I promise! Can’t wait to catch up with you all.

So, Alpha, that’s what happened to me. You know by know I’m enough of a mone addict that I couldn’t possibly stay away deliberately.

Data, I’m here. Winter just hit and I got caught in the tiny hail storm we had a couple of hours ago. 😮 More like belligerent snow. When are we going shopping for your new wardrobe?

Steve (when he gets back from gallivanting across Europe 😃) thanks so much for letting everyone know what happened.

Fade, thankyou.

For those of you who may have offered a prayer like Steve suggested; Thankyou! Things took a sudden turn for the better and I’m doing well, feeling (physically) well and thinking well. New saying. Thinking well. I’m rambling. Sorry. I missed you all and am now going to check at least a couple of the threads I’ve been missing out on.

I hope all of you are happy and healthy, as WELL 😃; sorry - couldn’t resist! I’m back, baby.

Can you tell I’ve been indulging in “things”?! lololol
