Yes, I still get headaches and have a “corner” on my skull where I hit the ground with my head. Blinding pain in a straight line that leaves just as I’m about to faint. Rarely tho’, and I haven’t had that for about 5 years - I think.

In descending order of appearance: multiple head injuries, neck, left shoulder to the point of scarring the muscle tissue; spine from cranium to coccyx, right hip displaced and dislocated. This is what killed the dance dream. I had everything located properly and proper strength returning when I came here and haven’t been able to afford a chiropractor since. So, it’s been 7 years without a chiro and the last 3 with serious chronic pain.

Was it a car accident? Someone else wrote that you had a riding accident? So sorry that you have chronic pain, it stinks, wish I could
“make it better”. I am a cancer survivor, the chemo left pain behind so I can relate. I hope that you can get some assistance, it seems too much without some help, regardless of how strong and independent a person is, injuries like that could disable a person. Where did you move from? I lived outside of seattle years ago, on the east coast now. Just curious.

> So anything that relieves the spasms is welcome. Anything that boosts the efficacy of ‘things’ is ultra welcome. I can’t wait to get a proper income and get back to chiropractic.

My car accident and several sports injuries left me with almost one of everything misaligned. Physical therapy (the RIGHT one is helping greatly), as did time with a properly trained personal trainer (not just a “certified” one). Not cheap, without insurance, but at least the trainer, if you get the right one, who’s basically a PT anyway, you can have him design workouts just for you, you can go do them for a couple weeks on your own, then come back every so often for updates.

Also, Magnesium! It’s not so much an _instant_ spasm reducer, but a daily muscle relaxer with no side effects except that it will help you sleep. 🙂 Works for _any_ muscle spasms / cramps. 😃

Thankyou! Unfortunately with the injuries being old and never attended to after the incident; physical therapy didn’t help. Months of therapy with no result and no pain relief left me completely impatient with conventional medicine. I have taken magnesium - the doses I have to take to relieve these spasms - when they happen - is not doable. They were only part of what my chiro did. The ‘workouts’ that physiotherapy offered were more damaging than helpful. And had to be corrected by the chiro.

It’s one of those things, for the age of the injuries and the fact that they weren’t treated for years - until I had control over my life - for the quicker rebuild and pain relief; chiro works best for me. Currently I even have to sit carefully, because my coccyx is in continual pain. Thankyou, tho’. Nice to know someone cares . . . 😃

Yeah, he did. But I managed to offend him so badly with leaving and sleeping on the couch that I didn’t hear from him. Thanx to the Powers that Be . . . it’s a house and these roommates are clueless, morals and ethics free, and the worst cowards I’ve ever met. If I was screaming in my bed, they’d hear and cower in their own rooms and not even think of calling 911 until the next day. They’re unilaterally morons. So, how’s things going with you? Are you doing better?

Heh, my right shoulder was dislocated for three days when I was 15, and never treated, until _now_, thanks to the measures I mentioned. I take the Magnesium more as a daily baseline to keep my hips/back/neck out of pain from the car accident, along with regular exercise. It’s not about the therapy as much as it is the _right_ therapist; the one who’s good at the puzzles. I wasn’t saying give up on chiro; just trying to offer less expensive options. I don’t wish _anyone_ chronic pain. Feel better!

Do you happen to know what the difference is - less from a blue bottle or more? Very good to know!

I think I remember reading the To Go spray is approximately 82% of the blue-bottle spray volume, but I’m not sure of the accuracy of that number–definitely in the 80-85% area.

With the list of massive injuries I had, there was no after treatment. Only monitoring of the skull fractures - and that at the doctors insistence and followup. I walked like Quasimodo when my chiro started treating me; and couldn’t hold anything over 200g for more than a couple of minutes in my left hand - due to the scarring of the muscles in my left shoulder and arm **because** of no treatment. Got damaged because it was damaged. Apparently, the accepted methods (way more liberal and open in Oz) of phsysiotherapy could not do what I needed it to. My chiro also had a degree in Human Movement and specialised in sports therapy. He is the schnizznit, as far as his profession goes. As a guy, sadly lacking. (Long time friends with his wife) As to the feel better wish - thankyou, btw; see below. IS and “things”.

So, it’s now a yesterday post again. Still in training for the fake job - the training (we are informed) may go on indefinitely - and the kicker is: NO pay while training! Yay. That was sarcasm - the yay.

@ 8.30am

**2 x IS; 1 x spray IS to the back of each hand. back to normal IS**

**2 x IH; 2 x spray IH to the back of my neck.**

**2 x IS/B; 2 x spray to each side of my neck.**

**Self effects:** Nothing that I can tell, I’ve had an hour and a half sleep - it’s a wonder I’m functional enough to travel; let alone analyse what I’m feeling. I just want to sleep. More.

**Indoors:** Ambient temp approx 70F with lots of new people in the room; there are complaints about it being “hot” in here. ahahahahaha

I’m looked to as a leader by some of the new people; am treated as such by the trainers. This is nothing new, but now I’m not phased by it. People tend to follow me or ask me for notes, how do I, and I’m always “Please! Don’t follow me - I don’t know where I’m going.” This time I just moved into explanations without qualifying and later a firm “this is HOW it’s done, this is why it’s done like that, don’t co-operate and you will be asked to explain your reasoning in ignoring the modus operandi.”
Even cut one bimbo off as she was speaking over another in “my” group. The “my” became official 5 minutes later.

All in all it was a good day. Being so tired precluded any enjoyment of it; but the flipside of that was: I behaved like all this respect, deference and the rest was normal for me. That’s so serious, I want to joke about it, but can’t bring myself to.

I came home and had a huge nap. I’ve spent (in 2 sessions tonight) just over 5 hours with a friend who’s in a sad and sorry “relationship” with her venting. She’s ready to get out and is making plans. That again. Yes, she’s making plans to leave and he doesn’t know. If he did, he’d probably smash the phone and lock her in the house until she was broken. No. I’m not exaggerating. Telling you this, why? It has a bearing on the following.

_**All of the [pheromone](https://a314.com/) and “things” experiments are done in my own bedroom, alone. Only Self effects sought.**_

Those of you who are conservative, upright and uptight will want to leave now. And since this is my journal; I don’t want to hear about offending your ass. Are we clear? If blunt, non frilly language offends thee, leave. Get out now. You have been warned you will be offended.
IS and “things” on now.

**@ 2:15am, IS; 1 x spray IS to my chest.**

**Self effect:** None that I can tell; but I’m having a serious conversation that makes me wish the mones would go through the airwaves via phone. She needs some.

**Inside temp:** approx 70F; I’m wearing long sleeves and fuzzy pants. These are my pj’s btw.

After spraying my chest, I took the first sample of my ‘things’ bowl. The phone is on speaker so I can speak to G and do things.
It’s mildly sharp and I’m immediately aware that I’m affected. But with the conversation so heavy; it’s taking the edge off my anger (for her) more than anything else.

Took the second skim across the top, _after_ we hang up; right now, actually. Have a little cough and it hits me. I’m feeling fuzzy and start to smile. Only slightly dizzy if I make abrupt, dizzy testing movements. Like shaking my head sharply. Didn’t think of the neck thing, til it reminded me that I can’t be shaking my head like that.

With the third skim, 80% of the surface of things are burnt. This is approx the same stage as last night with IH. My awareness is altered, my acuity is still intact and my mood is more on the serious side of neutral - I’ve yet to hold the goofy smile for more than a couple of seconds.

With roasting and toasting the remaining 20%, I’m definitely in a happier place and getting happier. If I had friends around this would work into an active fun happy that wanted to do fun things just for the sake of playing, I’m liking this sensation. Completely flipped the script on the starting mood. I wanna go on the see-saw. I wanna rope swing over a river/lake/channel/canal/spring etc. You get the picture, I’m sure.

I’m also deathly sick of not being warm. In the physical sense. I broke a sweat here, once, in 2009. A “hot just sitting in the sunshine” sweat. Only once in a (for here) record breaking hot summer. Ah ha, ha, _sob_.

I’ve noticed my mood is definitely in the cold and calculating range; I never knew vicious could feel this - exhilarating. Enjoyable and fun even. No wonder the Borgia’s were so successful - apart from the getting murdered bit. I think I could appreciate this, and learn to like it. Another terrible thing I forgive myself for.

Got what I asked for tho’. Be careful what you ask for, you just might get it.

Really sorry about the moron and ethics free roommates, hope you can move in with better people. Maybe you could find a little old lady for a room mate who would “mom” you if you could stand it.
Thanks for asking, and I am doing better. I had Hodgekns, a lymphatic cancer. My immunity sucks and have major neuropathogy from chemo, but other than being lonely and needing more adventures I am good, actually very lucky, especially to have no moron room mates. I worry about my deployed son in Afghanistan, miss my husband like crazy, am lonely for my children, but really in the scheme of things I am so lucky. I just need a new goal. I taught and went to college till my immunity was too messed up. I really need to motivate myself to get healthier again, but it is hard, it have been 15 years post chemo and like any one else with a chronic condition it gets tiring to battle my body into shape and harder each year to get over infections and medical stuff. I already eat ungodly healthy and exercize more than many people but I have to put in superhuman efforts to get results and feel OK and then because my lymph nodes are fried I get sick and have to battle again and it takes me a month to get over what would be a cold to most people. Then I am out of condition because I was too sick to exercize and need to start on the stairmaster again, get strong and start to feel great again, go out too much expose myself to germs, and get sick. Sucks but I am so lucky in so many other ways. Currently I am in the getting strong again phase!😃 I take advantage and go where ever I can as often as I can and work out before I am struck down by a germ.
Wonder how many people on this site have chronic health issues? All I know is that I will whip my ass back into shape if at all possible.

Isn’t that illegal? 😮

I really like reading your mones + “things” reports. While most of the effects seem pretty logical (enhancing the self-effects), the experiments yield really interesting (to me) results… just the knowing how to combine mones with other things (not necessarily “things”, just things 🙂) to get the most optimal feeling for yourself seems like pretty powerful knowledge.

Have you thought of colloidal silver, ginseng and echinacea? Not to replace but to supplement. The silver is anti bacterial, ginseng for stamina (Korean or Russian is best) and echinacea to support your immune system? My step sister had a lymphatic cancer - no conventional treatment because she was 5 months pregnant when she was diagnosed. So, she went natural - had to; by the time she had the babies (twins); she was in remission. She never had conventional cancer treatment. Never relapsed either.

There’s a couple of ‘qualifiers’ which put them a fraction of a millimetre on the legal side.

I agree. And I have to say the cold and calculating thing is such a novelty; it’s something that I sadly feel is necessary to survive personal interactions. ☹ I detest mean people. That I feel cornered badly enough to fight fire with fire (instead of a fire hose) says way too much.

Seriously, do your research on any supplement. You _can_ get advice from some doctors (usually osteopaths and naturopaths). Colloidal silver, taken incorrectly can dye your skin permanently grey-blue. (I supplement conventional medicinal treatments with the alternative, but only after research into both.)

Alleged training situation again. And it went like this:

\*\*2 x sprays IH; 2 x sprays IH to the back of my neck.

2 x sprays IS/B; 1 x spray IS/B to each side of my neck.

2 x sprays IS; 1 x spray IS to the back of each hand.

Self effect: \*\*Not anything that I can tell; I’m a little tired only a couple of hours sleep. All your faults - you’re all still too interesting. The sleep I did get was quality, I’m fully functional.

Again, the respect. Nice. Clueless Chick was on good behavior; asked reasonable questions in outside conversation. Then left when the conversation went over her head.
The over the top gay trainer greeted me with a hug and kiss to the cheek. 😮 That was surprising. But, so surprising I didn’t see it coming and didn’t react except to say that I liked that - as long as people weren’t yelling at me.
Inside, I’m called upon to support the trainer in little and absolutely minor ways; but the details of which make us look like a cohesive unit.
Which is funny, because I can’t afford the transit to this unpaid training anymore.

I have an appointment at the Worksource; so I’m leaving early.

@ 1:30pm I spray:

\*\*1 x spray IS/B to my chest.

1 x spray IH to my chest.

* * *

1 x spray IS to my chest.

Self effects: \*\*None that I can tell. This is the worksource office. Not looking for big hits.

**Outside temp:** 77F; 58% humidity. A luscious, glorious nearly hot day in Seattle.
I’m over an hour early and kill some time on the computers. My appointment happens 15 minutes early.

The person “helping” me - not; is half Vietnamese. Everything she says I’ve heard over and over again. Nothing new and no help. Fuck. I leave crying because I’m over this bull shit. Over pretend jobs, over “jobs” that are phishing scams. Just over all this crap. All I want to do is make jewelry and the place I’m in is not conducive in any way.

She’s giving the impression of wanting to help; sorry, I’m a bit too cynical for that. It’s a tease - she’s got a job and it’s ok that she can’t do it. The tears dry up really quickly, tho’.
This would have been a same day post; but I got distracted by the accommodation ads. I have to move.

Yes, yes. Only a moron drinks a cup of a supplement per day, the recommended dosage on every bottle of colloidal silver is

**one quarter of a TEASPOON. The idiot missing from his village disregarded all instruction, direction and information.**
And Accutane is now credited with causing Crohn’s Disease. Yes, do research, but also don’t buy into the panic caused by a couple of idiots that obviously can’t even utilise a **VCR -** let alone function by themselves. Really tired of that ONE incident making every sensible person I “know” panic.

Remembering that trace elements are EXACTLY that TRACE elements. We just don’t get what we need from “ordinary” produce with soil depletion.

I think your suggestions on ginsing and echinacea are great and thanks! It is really amazing about your step sister, cancer is such a strange disease, what works for one person doesnt always work for another, but still something to aspire to,

Sometimes I forget about the more natural methods. Really, the thing that worked best is exercize. Gotta do more of it. Woke sick again damn it. GRRR.

Heh, that was aimed at the person to whom you suggested the silver–I forget other people aren’t telepathic at times. 😛 Sorry for any confusion.

No confusion for me.

But here’s the thing: these people with all their ailments and terrible burdens; still don’t know the **reason** minerals and elements build up in the body is **because they’re supposed to** - as resources. Not everything passes like last night’s curry or yesterdays iPhone. That’s why the dosages are PARTS PER MILLION.

The balance (why do you think they USE THAT WORD in relation to diet and supplements?) isn’t hard, it’s simple. Don’t eat a bottle of magnesium to kill 1 cramp. Don’t eat a bottle of Vitamin D to get a grip on your depression. Don’t drink a bottle of arsenic to make your skin look nice. Don’t drink the A314 to make the respect a part of you.

The above statement is NOT aimed at anyone in particular and certainly NOT ScienceStudent. Whom, as we all know, is a scientist. 😃 In fact, I may make it my byline under my avatar - just so no-one can take it personally. There’s enough crap being deliberately leveled at peeps on here under the **guise** of ‘caring concern’ without another debacle. I C U.
