I read some where on the board that it is all about the person that wears the product, not the product itself. That it is 90% the person and 10% the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/). when I tried IO for a few days, I felt more confident of myself and the situation that I was in. I felt more in control of myself. I guess this was the self effect that I was going through while I was wearing it. I felt better about myself. When I tried IG for a few days by itself I notice that I was a little more sober.However I seem to draw inward to myself more and had to push myself to interact with others. I seem to get more smiles with both products. I really like IO because it seems to bring the best out of me. Are there other pheromones that will bring more confidence about myself? Blackadam71 ---

A314 is by far the best product to increase confidence. If you can get some, it will blow your mind how much of an effect it has. ---

ammo also is great, especially at 2-3 sprays for me. I’ve heard IG has similar self effects with more of an approachable vibe upon others ---

Instant Shine (2x concentration) 2-4 sprays, Instant Openness (2x) 2-4 sprays will get the ball rolling in any setting. This is a real feel good about myself mix and will go well with [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/). ---

However I think I won’t put IG on my neck so I won’t feel the effects of it. I plan to mix the two tomorrow to see the effect. blackadam71 ---

IG is one of my favorites for general use. 4 sprays of IG is a alot, I only use about 2, one spray on my chest and one on my wrist. Makes be feel calm and sober like you described.
