Tested IG today

I would like to know application points that have the least self-effects while still being strong to others

With [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) I didn’t feel like being around anyone, talking to anyone, felt much more comfortable alone, very very weird as I have always been extroverted, full extroverted.

Would go on but this problem with IG have been documented in other threads 🙂

However, I felt much more consistently calm, in control
But end of day it didn’t matter as overall I felt uncomfortable being around people, even close friends, guys, girls, family

I had a similar issue, check out my thread: [Is it possible to wear mones without receiving effects yourself?](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/is-it-possible-to-wear-mones-without-receiving-effects-yourself/62422)

I was thinking about applying on the back of the neck but then the diffusion might be an issue (i.e. only affecting people behind you 🙄). I’m thinking the hair will be better, or we’ll just have to come to terms with that [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) affect us just as much as others.

You could try applying to the wrists, then as you move your hands it spreads some around but it’s not constantly near your face.

You could also try other socials as buffers. Some [Instant Openness](https://a314.com/product/instant-openness/) (or something else with androstenol) and maybe some Instant Shine. Perhaps some A314 for that more confident punch.

I’ve read somewhere in the mens journal section of someone spraying to the back of his neck, yet still being complimented of his scent

and also was just reading this

“The back of your neck is also a good place for diffusion, but you will get minimum self effects because it’s mostly projected around and beside you, not in front of you. This is good for avoiding the negative effects of good pheromones such as androstadienone.”

Spraying on wrists imo would have a shorter duration compared to other areas

That was written by a well-known poster from here!

Much of the info is also expanded-on in the App Points sticky.

Spraying on the wrist does not affect duration, unless the pheros are being disturbed by hand washing etc - however the diffusion is slower due to slightly lower skin temperature. Back of the neck is similar but a lot depends on the scent - Some spread in trails (FF21) whilst others diffuse in a ball and stay closer (Akuto, Neroli) so that plays its part.

I use the back of neck for A1 because of negative self effects and it does help control them.

“however the diffusion is slower due to slightly lower skin temperature.”

which is why I never spray on my wrist, mine always resting on a table, in pockets so on being used for everything
basically always been rubbed or in contact against something and Im pretty sure it would be same for others

Fact that the pulse on wrists are weaker, not as warm and always been interfered is why I see spraying any scent on them would be a waste even on someone that uses hand gestures alot

Only thing I would consider a pro would be that it reduces the self effects
