It’s your first post, so welcome to Pheromone Talk! You’re right about using Ammo + IShine. I myself had nothing but good experiences with this combination. It was mostly with strangers and casual female friends. I found myself getting more physical affection than normal, consisting of low-level stuff like hugs and hand-grabs. That said, _don’t confuse the desired outcome with the actual one._ You want your girlfriend to have feeling for you, I’m guessing. But since she said “you’re not sexually compatible”, it sounds like she lost attraction. Sorry, but it seems true. And in women, lost feelings are generally irreversible. But all is not lost. Keep using the Ammo + IShine combination. Maybe add some IH to the mix, to get her to be more direct with you. At this point, your goal should be regaining her _respect_, rather than feelings/attraction. Complete this step, and the rest should follow more easily. A woman earning more than a man is always a losing bet. Women always want to marry up and earnings are a prime metric. its called hypergamy. Let her be and either work on bettering yourself economically and socially or look for women who look UP to you. Pheromones might help present yourself as more respectable man but ultimately, your pheromone signature and your status in life need to be congruent. Besides, you’re just 20. Even if you don’t want to follow that advice, you will need to recognise that if she is showing interest again, you will need to make changes in your approach to her and must not fall back into the patterns of behaviour that killed-off her attraction for you last time. [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/)/IS is indeed a good all-round attraction mix, although IS itself is more happy/feelgood rather than projecting status (you want A314 or IG for that) so it is a good start - and yes, you can add-in TUTH to tune the sexual element as needed. This is a good mix for people in their 20s - I take it she is in a similar age range? ---

Knowing when to step right out with someone is a valuable skill that will save you a lot of stress and heartache in the long run. It will also make you more attractive to a great many women. Yes, Ammo/IS, is an excellent combination around younger women. TUTH can be more difficult but used in small amounts when she is already turned on is a practical proposition. IG, with its smart/youthful status or a small amount of A314 as a secondary to your Ammo/IS may also be of interest. ---

Ok so I am planning to buy ths following: The ultimate starter pack or that, a MX353 to go, Ammo summer full, I was going to get cttm but it dissapeare. Also I am pretty reserved, I do not like to go out a lot, So Are the quanities alright, or is it better to buy less potions but with more quantity in them? ---

If you are interested in younger women, MX353 might be a bit limited for you - Its quite a potent/punchy mix that can be unpredictable. I’ve mainly found it good for first impression/ONS situations, more mature women in raunchy/uninhibited situations like clubs and gigs or unattached women in hotels on holiday but even then I have suffered OD/ghosting until the atmosphere unraveled enough to make its hard hitting properties more tasty. Personally, mid 20s is the lower end of the age range for positive responses for me. Its also one of the last pheros I’d consider for relationship building. If you are interested in younger women, the Intro pack and summer Ammo would give you a range of more suitable and versatile products. If you want a viable alternative to CTTM, a 50/50 mix of IO and IH will do it for you. 🙂 ---

No - [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/) is an excellent social/fun/engaging mix. It can be a bit lightweight for mundane/formal situations bit in a fun/party/club environment where you can work it socially, it is superb around younger women. It has no None at all, so it can benefit from a sexual or masculine to give it some sexual punch - A little TUTH or P75 are my favourite additions - which need to be fairly overt as 297 is an excellent moderator. ---

As for races, Latinos tend to have a high tolerance to androstenone. So you can get away with using more of it in Mexico than you would in most parts of US, Canada, or Europe. ---
