I would go for some electric Jazz

Miles Davis - In A Silent Way [dreamy]

What would you listen to after a long, satisfying night [Sorry if it sounds personal 🙂].

To tell you the truth I like to listen to silence. Of course its not totally silent, because I can hear the frogs and crickets in the creak but other then the natural environmental “music” everything else is silent.

I don’t even keep electronics in my room. No TV, no computer or anything like that because sleep should be a place you can turn off all outside influences to the brain so you can silence it. I keep all light sources out so its totally dark. I don’t wear synthetic mones to bed either unless I have a specific purpose to 😛.

Thats probably why I dont need a whole lot of sleep. Because turning off all outside stimuli allows your brain to silence itself and rejuvenate better.
