Just thought I’d chime in and say that out of the A314 test series (I’m a bit late on this but oh well), I like MX105 the best. Its probably the only one out of the bunch that I’ve been able to consistently use outside of work and get good results. I still get the respect, and assertiveness of A314, without the overbearing, often anti-social effects. Very much an A314 for young guys.

Very interesting stuff!
Anyone want to add anything about any of the MX103, MX104, MX105 mixes before we get overwhelmed with all the new products coming…

Hmmm I wonder if MX105 is similar to the much-talked about MX134 (‘the women’s version of A314 in an alcohol-spray format’). Maybe MX134 is simply MX105 + TAL. MX105 is said to be a version of A314 with 2 of the [pheromones](https://a314.com/shop/) being taken out. **In any case, I would love to see a version of A314 developed for the younger guys as well.** Something which still shows great competence and high value in the office but doesn’t distance people away socially.

I think I read in another thread that mx134 has Copulins and TAL. I may do some testing soon. I’ll keep y’all posted if I do.

MX105 and 103 are definitely more social versions of A314, but they do kinda lack the ‘umph’ of mx102 professionally. I think there’s a bit of a trade-off..the less threatening you make A314, the less of the high value effect you get. I still prefer MX102 for work and professional settings…I just really like the way MX105 mixes so well with alpha-nol. Very socially alpha. cool vibe.

Yea I would be very interested too in hearing about your results too. I don’t think it has Copulins in it as Jasmin has said guys could use it and it’s ment to be a professional product for work for women I think, and Copulins would not just not be appropriate IMHO. TAL should make for an interesting addition for sure. **Please compare what you see with MX134 as compared to MX172 which you love so much… I am especially interested if you get less ‘distance’ (more friendliness) with MX134 but retain much of the ‘high value’, ‘competence’, ‘reliability’ benefits.**

**What is MX104 like then?**
I know what you mean about the whole tradeoff thing-it is very tricky. The more ‘respect’ I get, the more ‘distance’ it seems to create. The more friendly vibes I get from some people (mainly betas/those lower in the work/social hierarchy), the less ‘respect’ I get from others (mainly alphas/those higher in the work/social hierarchy). That is one of the trickiest things I am finding about A314 and mones in general. You just cannot please all of the people all of the time. At some time you have to make a decision who is more important for you for whatever reason.

Okay it looks like MX134 does have some Copulins in it, my mistake.

Examine, can you tell us more about your experiences with MX105… you must have tried MX103 and MX104 as well so please share what you found with those two as well…

MX105 has something else ‘sexual’ to it? Anyone else found that? Michael said when it first came out that it could be useful for ‘romantic’ use… Do you guys really think it has more Androstenone in it than regular A314?

MX102 may be OK, since it’s half the dose of oil A314, with much less longevity. The lower longevity is from greater diffusion, though, which could be an issue. We may have to end up making certain versions of products tailored to the Asian market, in terms of dosage. Southeast Asia would need much stronger fixatives.

Unfortunately for me, my MX104 got to my house almost empty…it had leaked from the to go bottle…didn’t get much time with it. No biggie.

Going back to the idea of ‘trading off effects’…I certainly think we can group pheromones into two general categories: Broad spectrum pheromones, which would include all the pheromones that work indiscriminately…ie androstenols, TAA etc etc…and focused-effect pheromones which have effects that are highly context sensitive, ie androstenone, A314, androstadienone.

Broad spectrum pheromones seem to work well at making you ‘fit-in’ to a social group better…not strictly a matter of conforming to a group, but more a matter of putting you in the center of it. In most younger type of social interactions, you certainly want to be in the center of things.

Focused effect pheromones work better at making you stand-out. These can project specific characteristics that make you stand-out in a group, but the trade-off is that by standing out _too much_, you can just as easily alienate yourself from others. ie androstenone and A314 indifference/avoidance. Focused effect pheromones work better in ‘targeted’ situations. ie wanting to attract a specific woman, dates, or even job interviews, or professional appointments and meetings.

Mixes for me are really a matter of balancing broad spectrum effects, and focused effects to match ‘where I wanna be’. As far as social positioning goes, I usually like to be very much in the center of things, so androstenols and TAA are usually the base of everything I put in…this is very much why the alienating effects of androstenone (despite the fact that I can wear a lot of it) and A314 are especially frustrating to me. I implement focused type pheromones to varying degrees, depending on which characteristics I want to ‘stand-out’, and how strongly I want them to stand-out.

When the balance is perfect, you really just seem to own the room. Socially you’re in the center of things, but you also stand-out well enough that you really capture the attention of everyone around you (esp the ladies), instead of merely blending into the crowd. It really is pheromone nirvana.

Yea well said.
I mean I know what you’re saying about when the balance is perfect between the ‘two types of mones’, you really own the room. Problem is when wearing things like A314 and -None, sometimes the room is owned and sometimes you pay for trying with them by having a bad day/night. Now is it really worth buying and using up pheromones to have any kind of negative result, especially when the positives most of the time of wearing something like -None are fleeting?

I like the consistency of the ‘broad spectrum pheromones’ and only using something like -None in specific targeted situations so that you know there’s more than fair chance it will work (ie. when my woman is ovulating). Anyway we are getting more and more useful ‘broad spectrum pheromones’ now because of Androtics’ good work (like P79 and MX138/140) so I am quite pleased about that.

Yeah definitely.

We’ve come along way with phero use over the past year and a half or so, from the old ‘none slappin’ methods we used to employ. I certainly think we’re getting closer and closer to ‘broad spectrum’ sexual type mixes…ones that offer far more consistency, and better effects overall. The mixes I use now are far less of a hit or miss type of affair than they were in the past and I’m a happy camper.

I’ve yet to find an adequate substitute for androstenone though. Tricky thing is as much as I frown upon the negative effects of it, leaving it out of the often makes me miss the positives. Androstenone or even A314 can introduce a bit of volatility in an otherwise harmonious mix, however… when things go well, they go really well, when things go, bad they go really bad. Certainly with the coming of new molecules and mixes (TAA, P79, P93, etc etc) I’ve grown far less dependent on it, and also more able to mitigate the negative effects. The amount and the frequency of my NPA usage in the past seems ludicrous to me now.

The thing about these ‘broad spectrum’ type pheromones is that the effects aren’t always immediately noticeable…and for many people aren’t as immediately gratifying. Focused type pheromones produce a more pronounced effect…might be a distinctly good effect, or a distinctly bad effect, but either way people know they’re there. By chasing these outlandish type of effects, we, again, are playing with a lot of volatility. I would venture to say that the subtle ‘broad spectrum’ type effects are far more beneficial for most situations simply because they offer more consistency (just as you said). What I’d like to see are mixes/molecules that have the kick of something like androstenone, with the consistency of others…something to smooth the volatility of androstenone, while producing a comparably positive effect. Again I think we’re getting closer thanks to Androtics, but there’s certainly room for improvement.

All great points which I agree with!

Back to the topic at hand, I wonder how [Instant Gentleman](https://a314.com/product/gentleman/) compares with MX105. I am not sure MX105 will be sold again (the MX102-105 test packs are now sold out).

Your positive experiences with MX105 (as well as Carrie’s) have piqued my interest. I have been looking for something to give me respect as an alpha in social settings but without causing distance (the ‘tradeoff’ we were discussing above). MX105 seems to have come the closest to doing this it sounds like but I wonder how Instant Gentleman would compare (see the other thread)? I am thinking IG would give one more of an ‘older guy’ effect whereas MX105 would be more of a ‘younger man’s’ A314 but am unsure as I haven’t actually tried either. Anyway either of these (as well as the ladies version of A314-MX134) sound like they are more socially acceptable than the old classic powerful A314.
Any thoughts/experiences on this (anybody)…

Since I now have more then enough pheromones to run tests with for a long, long time it doesn’t make any sense to want this.
However, man do I want to try MX105.

Oh well, guess I still have some new MX103 to play with…
