Sometimes “hits” are subtle. Your observations are good. In class people are trying to concentrate on the work at hand, so even though they feel the effects are not as free to act on the impulse. I think you may have better luck with MX135 in a more relaxed social setting. You may also need to up your sprays as everyones sweet spot is different. I get good effects with 2-3 sprays.
Even though Openness and Honesty are billed as THE communication pheromones many others are highly attractive in the same respect. Don’t be thrown as to the potential of social attractiveness of other pheromones that aren’t labeled as such. Mx135 is known as “the kitchen sink” pheromone mix containing 56 different pheromones. It incorporates the communication pheromones as well so no wonder it was drawing people closer to you.
Not everyone is personally effected the same way by the same pheromones. I don’t get shiny from Instant Shine and neither do a lot of others. I get a dull head even though those around me respond positively…no shine for Bella. 
Meh. I use TAA instead. I still get great responses with that but no headache.
Even though you didn’t get what you were expecting…I think MX135 did what it was suppose to do and you got some good hits. Now try again, in a more social setting and perhaps add another spray or two and see what happens.
