I would say the effect was closer to AMMO alone than AMMO + [P74](https://a314.com/product/p74/). Were I using AMMO and P74 together I’d probably also add some Alphanol or IO to lighten the P74 and make it more attractive to women. At some point you start to dilute AMMO too much.
