I got the new women’s pack yesterday in the mail. YES!!! Finally, the burro has arrived!! And the girls from Androtics sent a free sample of Come Talk to Me. WooHoo!!! Awesome!!! Thanks!! Anyway, I resisted the temptation to sniff them all (REALLY, REALLY HARD 🙂 ) and instead just grabbed one of them, the MX286. I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to test them in order but I like to do my own thing anyways, so I thought what the heck. Day 1 (yesterday) - applied it right away (around Noon): 1 spray shared between wrists, one on chest/neck area. Smell was nice…coconutty? After a few minutes, it dried down to a light scent, kind of sweet but yet a little…musky??? I had 3 female employees smell it on my wrist after I had told them my sister had given me some perfume samples. All three said that it smelled nice and that they could barely smell it (although I had just sprayed it on about 10 minutes before that). One of them said that it smelled like a lotion or something from Bath & Body Works. Another said she thought there was something besides coconut and thought vanilla maybe. If there is vanilla in here, I sure couldn’t smell it. The other two agreed with the (very) slight musky smell. I didn’t notice any effects. I had even made it a point to walk around the office quite a bit. I was pretty tired from not getting much sleep the night before and actually sprayed on some IShine in the late afternoon just to perk me up (which it did 🙂 ). No “perkiness” self-effect. Nothing. Nothing at home either. Hubby and I had a good evening together but he was already sleeping when I got to bed ☹ This morning, 1 spray to each wrist, 1 to chest/neck. I am liking the smell, but again not seeing any effects. I was called into the boss’ office to help him with a report (about 2 hours after application) and stood behind him quite close (we were looking at the computer screen). I even had pointed at the compuer screen a few times so I know he had a good whiff of it on my wrists. He was chatty and in a good mood, but is such a hard man to read anyways, even before I started using pheros. Really bitchy one week, nicey-nicey the next. Very frustrating. I wish they would invent Instant MAN Magic!! So, I’ve decided to start wearing IShine to the management meetings so hopefully they don’t turn into ass-chewings like they usually do.😮 I had meetings with my kid’s teachers-nothing to report. I re-applied about 2pm and still nothing to report. I’ll probably re-apply 1 spray tonight to chest when hubby gets home, usually around 7pm and see if I notice anything. Tomorrow, I may try to OD by using 6-7 sprays, just to see if I CAN get a reaction… Maybe there’s reaction and I’m just not seeing it. Could be that it’s just that subtle or that it will have a “build-up” effect. I’ll keep testing. Is anyone else having more noticeable results? ~~River ---

Well, I did re-apply one spray to chest around 8:30pm or so. We went to bed around 10pm. I wanted to see if the pheros would work so I wasn’t too aggressive and didn’t attack hubby or anything 😃 but I did lay right next to him. He’s definitely not a snuggly kind of guy, so when he does, I usually know what’s on his mind 😃 . He was laying on his side, turned toward me with his arm across my stomach. Good sign! I heard him take a couple of deep breaths…then…he rolled over the other way!!☹ Damn!!! Weren’t these supposed to be the woodymakers?! Sheesh! Maybe he’s immune to them… hmmmm. Definitely NOT what I was hoping for. Anyways, I haven’t given up hope yet. I put quite a bit on this morning: 1 spray on each side of neck, 1 on chest, 1 on each wrist, and 1 small spray inside each elbow. Yikes! That’s 7 sprays!! We’ll see how it goes. I’m still liking the smell 🙂 . I read phernoob’s report this morning that it gave her a confident/cool vibe. I’m just not getting any self-effects, even after spraying so much on this morning. Will report more later… ---

There is another report somewhere on this forum about a guy who was tired, didn’t get enough sleep, and applied pheros to not much avail. Also, you may be getting used to the self-effects of the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) by now - I am a bit, although I still feel a bit of a lift when I apply it. “Woodymakers” lol. Should be included in the Oxford English Dictionary’s next round-up of neologisms 🙂 ---

Oops, I just saw the “no perkiness” and must’ve missed the parenthetical “which it did” re: the [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). LOL no worries 🙂. Anyhow, the MX286 might not be the sort of thing you can actually OD on as such. I was surprised when reading Mark’s thread [Initial Impression of P91](https://pheromonetalk.com/t/initial-impression-of-p91/18351) that he was spraying such copious amounts of P91 on himself, also an experimental molecule. So I guess it’s not like -none or anything! How much mcgs in a single spray of your MX286? If you and your husband can find a party to go to or something…? I’m not sure what MX286 is supposed to do exactly, but maybe the social programming at the workplace and at the parent-teacher meeting means that the right context for the MX286 to work is not there. Anyway, I’m intrigued by all this P- and MX- exploration I’m reading about now, well I’m not going to get a Women’s Test Pack, LOL that _would_ be avant-garde of me, but I might pick up something experimental with my next order. ---

Yeah… Is there an equivalent Men’s Test Pack of obscure goodies from the cutting edge of [pheromone](https://a314.com/) research? If so, I want one! I’m having a look right now… Maybe not giving out the mcg per spray is part of the whole experimental set-up after all, along with keeping secret the exact composition of the test products. Androtics’ boffins maybe don’t want their testers to have any a priori ideas about how things “should” go. ---

Well, it’s the end of the week and my MX286 is pretty much gone. I just didn’t see any results from this one. Well, it’s on to the next MX that I pull out of the box. I’m excited about trying a new one this weekend as it will be prime experimental ground! Our hometown always has a big shindig for Labor Day with a parade, carnival, rodeo, car races, dances, etc. so should be fun and loaded with opportunites to see some hits. I’ll report next week what happens. ---

I’m with you on this one, River. Haven’t had a lot of results with it, no big hits or very noticeable self effects. I still have a bit left, so maybe I’ll move onto another one and come back to this one later. ---

probably a little late to the show, but.. ive been only having a subtle effects with all the pheros except maybe mx282.. ive had some popularity hits with mx 285 but ive gotten bigger hits with others, if that makes sense? 🙂 \<3 ---

bubblyblonde & remmy, I agree, these just don’t have the blatant hits like some of the others. I think they are much more subtle. I do like the scent, although for me it seems that it only lasts for a couple of hours. I mean, I can still smell it if I stick my nose to my wrist, but even then the smell is really faint. My hubby, however, does not like it ☹ but he’s kinda picky when it comes to trying anything “new”. The girls at work like the smell 🙂 . Anyways, I’m on to MX284 this week and will report on that one later. ~~River
