MX292 I love you

Maybe. Most of the ones around these numbers were batched for internal testing first. Experimental candidates for newer things like PheroBomb and Chemical Charisma. We were going to release them if our internal results looked interesting.

Keep in mind the word and the spirit of “experimental” when we release these things, btw. Nothing set in stone here, just experiments. When you see the formulas, you’ll see that these mixes are pretty raw and basic. They haven’t been worked through the seemingly endless tweaking and refinement processes of something like A314.

Now I think 292 was supposed to be a PheroBomb candidate, and either the mix before it or after it was a Chemical Charisma experiment. That’s why I was confused about some of the feedback (and thought there was a labeling or batching problem; i.e. putting a Chemical Charisma mix into the bottle).

If the reports on batch both batch 1 and 2 agree with each other, then this actually ended up being too refined a mix for it’s intended purposes. All too typical of it’s designer. We could blindfold him, give him a baseball bat, and tell him to beat the hell out of pinata, and he starts shaking, not stirring, more things up like A314 with the bat and the lint in his pockets. Tsk tsk.

We do have some more brutal, unrefined stuff coming up. I promise.

Our earlier mixes were more brutal. We should make more mixes based on the earlier experiments.

On one hand, this might be what I’d like to see out of a pherobomb. Nobody can escape it’s grasp. However, I’d think with a pherobomb you might want a larger blast radius.

Either way, this one is so much fun. It’s almost like Instant Sexiness for men. The guy the girls want, and the guy that other guys want to be.

Awesome names Jasmin, Chemical Charisma and Pherobomb, i think, Pherobomb is appropriate for MX292 that is for sure LOL

I have to tell you got me really excited what is coming down the pipe!

There, our queen has spoken! Anybody still doubt that MX292 contains None? :stuck_out_tongue:

Well I’ve got batch 2, and yeah I’d say that the molecules are completely harmonious, and the designer has outdone themself with MX292.

Yeah, there’s hardly a doubt anymore. Good call.

Seems more like a magnet or black hole. We once considered the name “PheroMagnet”, mostly after we saw the magnet-like effects of TAA. Maybe we could repurpose something like MX292 for a name like that. We like names and effects to match.

The radius is up to the fragrance components that help with diffusion, sillage, vapor trail. All that good, traditional fragrance-y stuff.

Normal human musks don’t have too big of a radius. It’s animal musks, both real and synthetic that do. Musks are interesting, in that they help project other fragrances molecules, including some pheromones molecules. They’re like the catalysts of the fragrance world. Like the rocket boosters on the space shuttle.

We have another major, “industry secret” fragrance house as well as Michael Storer working on some new fragrances to help with pheromone dispersion and cover. We’ll see what they come up with.

It’d be nice if we could make the next version of the “Game” scent more refined (more GIT, less Cool Water) but with even more projection.

The idea behind PheroBomb, pheromonally, is an explosion of attractive pheromones that create strong IOIs no matter what. Even if it’s somewhat unpleasant, hard to control and leaves bits of shrapnel everywhere. We’re looking for brutal and obvious.

We want to see reactions from as many targets as possible, obvious to almost any man regardless of social awareness and “male pattern blindness”.

Seems like simple mixes like androstenone with p79 work best in terms of really STRONG reactions, but it doesn’t effect enough targets in a way that every man could easily grasp. That’s why we’re trying mixes that use some other tech, and more of it. p83, p86, TAF, P101, that kind of thing.

Cool beans! That’s some good stuff, and it’s what many guys are reporting. There’s a few who are are totally nonplussed. Even though it seems to work well for the majority, I guess it’s still somewhat dependent on who’s wearing it.

Ideally, we wouldn’t have polarity of response (works well for some, but not at all for others) as much as we’d have gradations of response (works for everyone to one degree or another).

Jasmin,

if you saw my report about how I layered Green Irish Tweed with the game scent over MX292 and got some superb hits, that worked really well!

http://www.pheromonetalk.com/pheromones-203279-post11.html

That is what i plan on doing most of the time from now on with Game scent MX, while I do not dislike Game scent, to me if I am going to be wearing Game scent I rather be wearing Green irish tweed, Green Irish Tweed just smells so much better then Game scent but I really have not compared the sillage. either way figured getting best of both worlds

One other thing since you have been really active in the forums i notice the MX301 - 304 is supposedly very heavy in neroli, i really do not like neroli at all. Game scent I do not mind, but neroli i really really cannot tolerate. In fact I will not be able to test these, which brings me to another issue which I know many have brought up,

is there a chance we can get a lot of these experimental unscented as a custom option? I understand they are experimental, but that leaves people out who cannot tolerate some of the scents whether they dislike neroli or dislike game scent for whatever reason. it just puts a limit on who can test what. IMO scents really are a personal choice and it is hard to test and be congruent with a MX when you are wearing something you are not enjoying to begin with and not putting out that right vibe.

It is a just a suggestion.

Well Jas, I think you hit the bullseye with MX292. here’s a few quotes from my last reports in this thread: Not Another MX292 Reprt! - #7 by mark-in-dallas

That is really interesting Jas, I definitely can see it now how mx292 might have come into existence. I don’t think Pherobomb is the right name for it, but Pheromagnet is definitely closer to it! I remember when you mentioned that Phero Proof was more of a Phero Smart Missle, but I think that is the perfect way to describe this one.
For a second I got a bit nervous about mx292 batch one being a fluke, but I tried mx292 batch 2 and it seemed to produce the same results for me.
I feel finally that in my quest of pheromones I no longer need to experiment with other companies. Up to last december I was still trying to experiment with every pheromone company I came across, but after looking at almost all the ones that look reputable (and even a few that seem like they’re selling fantasies) I have to say I have found my place here in androtics.
This of course is great because I now get to spend my money on products that work and with the new ones coming out, I will be highly entertained.
I am keeping my mx292 safeguarded and saving it for special ocassions (after a few more tests of course), but can’t wait to try out the rest!

Hey Jasmin

I have been testing P86 and I am liking what I see. I can not wait for new Mixs with that in there.

Also I think my first test run with Mix292 I said something about it being PheroBomb. Looks like i was alittle right.

And talking about animal musks I got some and say that they are real? Not sure, but they do really carry a blast of scent with very little on.

put me in that fan club. mx292 is my new wingman.

Yeah, Creeds are nice and complex. The diffusion isn’t great since they have a limited musk palette, but the quality of the scents themselves are very nice.

Very good points. We do want to make sure whatever our cover and diffusion package is is as likable as possible to as many people.

While I’d like make things fragrance independent, nature isn’t on our side when it comes to this. We really can’t separate a scent package and the pheromones themselves since different fragrance chemicals modify how the pheromones work. (and some fragrance chemicals act sort of like pheromones themselves)

For example, Body Kouros and GIT would each amplify and reduce the effect of certain parts of a mix. Then things like Le Male seem to have some of those molecules that act as pheromone analogs. Part of all science based testing is the elimation of as many variables as possible. Fragrances are very complex chemical stews, and they’re too major a variable.

It’s like this. If you’re testing the psychological affect of beers one at a time, but you also take some prozac, is it really the psychological affect of beer you’re testing or the prozac? Or how about testing two similar priced TVs, and saying Panasonic is better than Pioneer, but ignoring that one was on DirectTV HD and another was using a local channel with a standard def analog signal? Major variables.

Even our own scents from the original Ammo scent to Game bring out totally different parts of a pheromone mix. Game projects almost everything better, while the original Game scent seems to project social mones better while releasing things like androstenone slowly.

We even get into trouble with our own putatives and experimones, since people can order them unfragranced and many do. Some people think that putatives are “weaker” than mainline pheromones, because they get them without an included fragrance. Nothing could be further than the truth. Putatives are just as strong, and some are stronger. The testers just aren’t considering the impact of the fragrance packages or the lack thereof, which is vast. This seriously taints the perception of how the pheromone molecules work, and results in bad data.

What we can do is develop better/different scent packages, as well as better explore the relationship of how individual fragrance chemicals effect pheromone content. We’re trying to develop a different version of our Neroli package that uses different musks (it’s one of the musks you object to, right?)

We’re also trying to do something like the Neroli, but with mint top notes instead. Sort of like a very basic, stripped down version of Le Male or like a minty cool water. Kinda kind a fragrance worthy version of bubble gum, but with more musks. Almost nobody objects to the fresh clean scent of bubble gum.

The idea behind our Neroli, btw, was really simple. Have musks and other fragrance chemicals that help with pheromonal diffusion and projection, and then covered with a scent that covers almost all scents. Orange (or Neroli) is sort of universal “bad odor” cover, which is why orange oil become one of the best selling air deodorizers of all time. It easily covers most pheromonal odors, including the ones that smell like “bad BO”.

Very interesting comments as usual Jasmin. As always, it is great to get a glimpse into the inner workings of of what is going on in the lab as well as some of your thoughts on the directions you are taking the mixes.

Interesting read about what you thought was a batch labeling error. Is the batch number listed on the bottles or is that based on the first set that sold out and then the second set that was released just a couple days ago? I have a bottle from the first batch and should have one from the second batch coming soon.

I am still trying to get used to Game. My big problem is that at anything more than 2 sprays my wife says the scent is too strong unless I put it on a LONG time before I am around her, which is obviously tough to do in a lot of situations.

For a while you seemed to be trying to get away from using 'none in your products or at least avoiding going 'none heavy. In fact I understood that the commercial version of Ammo might not have any 'none in it from your comments. How is that line of experimentation working out in the attraction realm vs. something like MX292 that you indicated probably does have 'none in it and is relatively simple and brutal? Esp. considering that I assume you are looking for those products that - as you said - any guy can see the results of regardless of his level of social consciousness and mpb.

It is always interesting to see what new products come out here.

The MX292. It comes in a to-go or a full sized ?

Hi Jasmin,

it seems I indeed underestimated the importance of the fragrance.

Would it then be possible to offer MXs in different scent packages? Like a MX292a with game and a MX292b with neroli? So that people can choose which scent they’d rather wear. Denec could choose game scent as he doesn’t mind it but cannot wear neroli, and I could choose neroli as I find game far too strong for most occasions (and don’t like it that much anyway).

Would that be a possible compromise? I’d be very grateful if this would be possible!

First off I want to say this is great conversation and why I love Androtics. Thank you for your sharing insights it is greatly appreciated.

I understand what you are saying, I know what you mean that fragrances have different diffusion and sillage ratios, like you said Body Kouros is a champ and will definitely be smelled from one side of the room to the other with just 1-2 sprays while Green Irish tweed with 2 sprays only people within a few feet around you can smell it

Another one is Black Aoud if I were to use that I guess testing MX292 everyone will see me in a bar, though I cannot wear it personally how men can wear it I am not sure the rose note is too strong for me, on a women smells dynamite

There are some fragrances I cannot wear at work, for example Winter Star I cannot wear that one, in the beginning I did and started to get complaints, so stopped wearing

so i understand what you are saying you want a common ground so that everyone is equal BUT

totally agree with what you are saying but i ask:

we have our own problem for example how many people who are testing for example MX292 right now are on Prozac or any other Antidepressant and you do not know? how does that throw off the effects of mx292 or any other pheros and same goes for the targets? if the targets are on antidepressants i am guessing they are not effected by pheros as much? becuase arent pheros running on nuerotransmitters somehow? I really do not understand all the science on this part but i keep reading all about neurotrasnmitters in various posts and it seems nowadays 50% of the population is on an antidepressant LOL ( i am sure someone will correct me on this paragraph)

i can also bring up another example most of the time we are testing pheros at bars, how often is it the girls getting buzzed and drunk that is effecting how they are feeling towards the man who is wearing the pheros? or the combination of the two?

or how many people put on pheros but then wait for girls to come to them and then say they get no hits, or do not dress nicely or we have no idea how they act when they are putting on the pheros, i think there are way too many variables for a true test

ok i kind of rambled on for a bit…and maybe you have all of this accounted for, to be honest this is the first time i ever truly thought of it.

interesting i did not realize there are two different game scents good info to know!

well when i order my putatives unfragranced i do not apply them unfragranced I cover them with a cologne that has good diffusion but you are right if they are not aware they need to do that they will not see good results. I will never apply any phero unscented without a good cover and with decent sillage,

actually it is the orange i cannot tolerate , it reminds me me of an orange floral. I am fine with it when it is blended properly in a cologne or perfume, there are definitely perfumes I use that have neroli like D&G PH, but it is so well blended it does not bother me. when it is the primary ingredient I do not like it at all.

I do like the idea of developing different scents packages I think it will be great. i would not mind seeing a sandalwood type scent or heavy oriental.

or a gourmand, or one of each type of family, you will not be able to please everyone that is for sure, but it be nice to have choices.
