How would the above work as an alternative to [MX297](https://a314.com/product/mx297/)?

Probably not going to be close. I can tell there are some putatives in there and probably some of the TA series.

The closest you will get is 2 drops of A314 and 2 sprays of [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/).
