# My Day-to-Day Pheromone Experiences!!!

**P78 12.5 mcgs (grapefruit)**  
1x to the front of my neck

_no cover scent_

I sprayed on P78 just before I went to a talent show event on my campus. A few minutes after application, I began to feel anxious. The feeling started off subtle, but then continued to get worse and worse ☹. By the time I got to the talent show, I was freaking out and trying to whip off the P78 as fast as I could with my scarf.

The only effects I noticed on others (probably because I took most of it off) was a guy who was with his girlfriend, sitting right next to me, kept looking at me. His girlfriend convinced them to switch seats, and I caught him looking back at me even after moving.

In conclusion, I don’t think I will be using this molecule again. Thankfully I got it for free from my sister :o. I have really bad nerves anyways, and P78 just made them out of control. I felt really helpless.
