My order has arrived… woo-hoo! Just in time for my conferences and then my holidays. 🙂 And of course this means… I finally get to try LAM and… I’ve got a bottle of EST! Now, where do I start on est dosage its 50mcg per spray - I know that’s a lot and I should dilute but how much dilutant to how much product? May ---

The user currently known as “Bunny” (hee) used to say that just one spray to the hair was effective. I’m pretty sure she didn’t dilute, and she only used one spray. ---

I think there is a MHarris post about a year ago suggesting that EST can be effective in NANOgram dosage … less than 1.0 mcg. Of course, you can try my 500 mcg megadose experiment. Ten sprays, in prominent places; you might have guys so mellow they fall asleep in your lap… ---

But Mark… I don’t want men falling asleep… I’ve no objection to them lying down\*, but sleeping? No… I don’t think I would allow that… 😃😉 May \*It makes it easier to catch them and a moving target is much harder to hit… 🙂 ---

Well, I’ve diluted it down - i think. I sprayed 4 sprays of 50mcg est into a (thoroughly cleaned old to-go bottle) and then topped up with alcohol. I’m guessing that will make 200 mcg in the to-go bottle (approx) and at 40 sprays that will give me (again approx) about 5mcg per spray? Obviously when I sprayed into the bottle some must have diffused into the air and also the to-go is about 85 per cent vol of the big bottle spray. But as an approximate dose does this seem about right? Ta everso 🙂 May ---

Your math seems right to me. 5 mcg/spray it is. ---

Muahahaha, I just got my EST today… 100mcg… can’t wait to start testing tomorrow. Will post all results! Binny
