yesterday 3 drops 314 3 sprays 301 2 sprays IO 2 sprays IH guy at the coffee shop has a terrified look on his face while serving me. today 3 drops 314 1 spray IJ 2 sprays IO I get a good morning sunshine from the same guy… I really had a i don’t give a fuck attitude today. I really needed that because I’ve had a bit on my mind. IJ was fun to play with. It’s been a long day and not much stands out. My one female coworker friend has been absent lately. I think the shift to 301 or none heavy has her a bit more uncomfortable around me. This isn’t the 297 she’s used to. I do stop by and visit her and the usual ioi is there. A female sales rep stops by today. She rushes past me really quickly. I think the combination i had on made her nervous. She’s an older woman probably in her 40s. Yesterday was monday. Techy girl meeting. It didn’t seem as hard hitting as other times. There was some effect but not like usual. After the meeting I open her up by talking about a movie I recently saw. She actually started blushing during this talk. ---

Something JosieWilder said made me rethink my approach. Less can be more. lately I’ve gone with 1 drop a314 and maybe 1-2 sprays of 297. Also I started using the p83/p79/TAF mix. 2:1 p83:p79. The TAF may be on the lower side but I like this mix. I think the higher doses I was using contributed to a much more unapproachable vibe. The I’m too good for you vibe may not be what I want. The sandwich store where me and my friend get coffee has this really cute 21 year ecuadorian. She’s a bit on the shy side so I’m sure my heavy 314/297 use may have intimidated her more than I would have liked. Yesterday she brings me my order and while she makes her turn around the corner to go to the kitchen she turns her head to give me a look. It helps that my workouts have started to really pay off. I am getting a lot of looks and I know I would be getting this even without the mones. An interesting note about yesterday is my friend. He was agitated about a death of a friend but he’s going off about his cable company. Our mutual female coworker friend and I just laugh about his issue with the cable company and he explodes on us. He storms off all angry. I kept wondering if that was the p83/79 mix that affected him. He’s never exploded like that with me- the death of his friend was weighing heavily on his mind and his annoyance with the cable company was probably amplified with my sig. It’s the only explanation I could come up with to explain his behavior. I also got p86 yesterday. Didn’t really try it. Later that night I applied about 90 mcg worth and crashed very shortly afterwards. I woke up still groggy. I upped my caffeine intake today to ward off possible crash from using 90 mcg of p86. One woman I constantly walk past to get to my office has been hit hard every day even if it’s for a brief passing moment. Today I caught her out of the corner of my eye just staring at me when I was outside. At the sandwich store, a fellow coworker kinos me a couple of times. In the past with just 314/297 in higher doses, she never initiated kino. Today was 1 drop 314/ 2 sprays 297 and the equivilent of 30 mcg p83 15 mcg p79. Again I’m not sure of the dosage of TAF but i probably need to bump that up a bit more. Also I had on a few sprays of my A1 mix. and 90 mcg of p86. Maybe it’s pherobombing. so much for less is more - but it is a lot less erone than what I usually use. Girl at the sandwich store eyes me up every chance she gets. She’s way too young but man she is sweet. I ran into my ex yesterday and today while wearing this mix. Again, she hides it well- i can’t get a reading off her. I’m pretty sure shes in another relationship and it doesn’t bother me… that much… I just wonder what effect I am having on her. and later today haircut time. reapply 297 and a spray of the p83/79 mix and a1 mix. It was very fun. Very conversational. The hairstylist is 22 and really hot. Everything seemed very relaxed and fun. What i noticed was that I was the only guy in the room. Probably about 10 women there. At one point it seemed like half of them were congregating around me. Maybe I’ll just forgo the 314 and use a spray of 297 and the other mixes tomorrow. btw- been testing 102 at night - don’t know if I notice the auditory effects as much as others have reported. I don’t know if I feel more at peace like wildflower has reported. I do notice that I am more comfortable and my sarcasm just flows easily when I talk with friends on a chat channel. now p102 and p79- My ears actually ring after I am done listening to music. I usually listen to music on headphones full blast. With p102 alone I don’t get the ringing effect. with p79 added I feel more into the music and my ears ring after I’m done. ---

I’ve been talking to this girl that I’ve known for about eight years. She lives in another state and we met online a long time ago. She’s half asian. It wasn’t til recently that she showed more interest. Actually social proof is what did it. When she found out I was in a relationship, it was like a switch got turned on. I wasn’t available so now she wanted me. I’ve been gaming her and it’s definitely been working. I plan on visiting her soon and I’ve said several times what this is and not to make more out of it than what it is at this point. She says yes - but she also says she hopes this works out because she thinks I’d be an awesome boyfriend. I have to be a bit careful and I still wonder if I should visit her. I probably don’t even need the mones when I visit her and it may hurt me more if she wants to make more out of the relationship than what it is. But… I wonder if I should even bother with a bit of TUTH. She has said that she doesn’t date black men or hispanics because she doesn’t like their smell. I wonder if it’s a higher none sig that she’s not keen on. She’s 40 - close to my age. I’ll probably use 297 when I visit her and this p83/p79 mix as well as the a1 mix. If I do use TUTH, I’ll probably buffer that with some TAC. We’ve already had some racy conversations and I’ve tried to weed out any possible LMR that may happen when I visit. Either way it should be interesting. ---

I wonder if my friend wonders what’s up. Every time I hang out with him and we go somewhere to grab a bite to eat, the waitresses are always extremely nice to us. He’s an extremely smart and observant so he has to see that there’s something different when I’m around. Yesterday 1 drop 314 2 sprays 301 a1 mix 1 spray is p83/79/taf mix 60 mcg p86 i really need to cut this back and be more simplistic in my approach. It took me a while to realize that too much 314 - although it wasn’t an OD- was not giving me the results I wanted. If I want people to back the fuck up then yeah extra 314 seems to work quite well for that. new people at work had to walk past my desk today. The trainer showed a lot of interest and hung around for a bit. She is not my type- probably not too many people’s type- but a hit is a hit. 😃 She’s probably in her mid 30s. Two other women - got a lot of looks from one. The other seemed to scamper off fast on her way back. This was a hurried walk as if she needed to get away from me. I go to the diner with my friend and reapply a1. It’s quiet there but there’s a lot of flirting from all the waitresses there. It helps my friend is really alpha. a314 has never intimidated him whatsoever. So we’re both loud in our comments and joking to all the waitresses. We should go on tour- we’re a comedy tag team. Today 2ish-4ish sprays 297- good old 297- last of this bottle so each spray is kinda spritzing out. not sure how exactly how much I used. 90 mcg 86 p83/79/TAF a1 mix My friend has to pay his tuition bill so I go over with him. Mostly women that work at the bursars. He gets helped by one girl- he makes a comment about the tuition increase. I comment that her expression looked really sincere when she said she was sorry that the price had gone up. She looked over to me and said thank you. Her eyes were very expressive as if I had made her day. She walks away to check on something and comes back and gazes at me while talking to my friend. I hold the eye contact for a bit. Another worker comes over to ask if I need help. She asks if my friend and I are together. I say we’re not together but I am hanging out with him. Then another woman comes over to ask if I need help- she gets a good whiff and walks away. I see her on the other side of the room just staring at me so I smile back. 297 is great for dreamy looks from women. Even younger women seem to just get lost in the scent. I don’t get the gay vibe- or maybe I have had some gay tests thrown out at me and I haven’t noticed. Go to the store and get waited on by two- one’s being trained- the trainee is a bit younger and has this happy look on her when she sees me. She’s gotten my scent before - usually it’s been 297. ---

Great reads. Like reading your stuff, because you haven’t been on here as long as some of the others, so your insight is pretty fresh. Glad the decrease in a314 is working out for you. I noticed some of the same things. I actually noticed that high levels of a314 is ok for strangers if you want them to jump at every word you say, but it almost always causes problems for people that know you well. They need that subtle change to make them feel good about themselves. Plus 314 definitely has a build up. ---

Yesterday I put on 1 spray 297 and 1 spray of an a1 mix - was at a friends house and didn’t want to overdo anything. Actually everytime i’ve been to her place I’ve really cut back. She’s been a friend for several years and she’s married. Actually I placed her in a friend zone right away when we met because I wasn’t ready for a relationship then and I felt she needed a friend more. Her roommate on the other hand though I’ve been trying to hang out with without looking like I’m trying. Any usage of mones is a balance of trying to hit her without hitting my friend too hard. After hanging out with my friend and her husband all day, I’m just hanging out on the porch. I reapply a spray of a1 mix - IH IO 6 mcg spray a1 and a bit of TAC. A few minutes later the roommate comes out- I’m upwind of her 😃. we talk a bit and she’s headed out. As she walks away she turns to give this quizzical look back to me. The day before she also got two possible whiffs. Saturday I was getting ready to help out my friend- was hoping her roommate would be around. 1 drop 314 2 sprays 297 a1 mix p83,p75,p86, TAF mix. I probably see her about a couple of hours after application. I’m really glad I had on that much erone. They were helping a friend move and since the people moving were in a fire department, a lot of the guys from the fire department helped them move. When we got there, it was all done because it only took them an hour to empty the truck. So here I am hanging out with a bunch of firefighters about 3 cups in. They’re busting chops and having a great time. The old me would have been intimidated and very quiet. Not intimidated at all and busting chops back. 297 is nice for best buddy vibe. I’ve seen it at work all summer. My friend comes out and asks if i need rescuing from them and i tell her, no i’m good- its these guys that need rescuing from me. Her roommate was there and had to leave- she walks past me but no noticeable reaction. Later that night, I’m playing cards with my friend and her husband. had reapplied a1 mix and a spray of the p83 mix. Her roommate comes back and is ready to crash. Again- brief exposure if any. Couldn’t tell if there was a reaction. Maybe this explains the quizzical look on her face yesterday. Like it’s starting to sink in. Time will tell. ---

yesterday- cant remember a lot. It’s been a long day. 2 sprays 297 1 spray ammo 2x. a1 reapply 1 spray of ammo and 297 much later in the day- girl at customer service desk at the grocery store forgets what shes getting me and then when she’s ringing me up- she drops my item. Today- 2 sprays 297 1 spray ammo2x get into work and a coworker says wow you smell really good. I love akuto and the main reason I haven’t used ammo much is because the smell always put me off a bit. I know why now… Apparently my toilet bowl cleaner - lysol cling gel fresh waterfall scent smells amazingly like ammo. It’s hard to think of sexy when your subconscious is saying you just cleaned a toilet… Maybe I’ll get used to the smell. Next time I get ammo I’m going with the custom scent with akuto. ---

this past weekend went to spend some time with my sister and my parents. I had on 1 drop 314 1 spray 297 but it was several hours old when I went to pick my parents up. I applied a half a spray of a1. I wanted to take it easy on them but even that little bit was making my dad tired. My mom was fairly pleasant. When I was talking to my brother in law I could see he had a bit of a hard time maintaining eye contact. I really didn’t have a lot on- at least relatively speaking lol. So this past weekend it was pretty much a spray of a1 in a IH/IO mix. I think that helped make things go more smoothly between my parents, my sister and my brother in law. My dad seemed a bit more talkative so it was nice to see. I got a package from AD yesterday. P96 and a surprise! Jasmin- you may make a ff21 fan of me yet! Went on my usual long walks and stopped at a store - earlier in the day I had on 1 drop 314 1 spray 297 1 spray of ammo a1 mix throughout the day. and a spray of p83 p86. It was much later so i figured wth- Ill try a spray of 390. nothing else except whatever residuals I had on. Shy checkout girl and then I asked her a few questions and man it was like the floodgates of babble. She wasn’t maintaining eye contact- her gaze was darting around. But she wouldn’t stop talking. Maybe residual nols? It was chatty so not very deep. Today 2 drops 314 1 spray 390 1 spray of ammo 1 spray of p96 I must say that I don’t mind the smell of 390 when I use it with ammo since its the same smell. I still want to get a custom order of ammo with akuto. I’ve gotten good feedback on the akuto scent. I got good feed back with akuto and ff21 ammo so im not sure what they were responding to. Techy girl didn’t seem her usual self- she seemed a bit more distant today. Not sure why I decided 2 drops 314. I’ve been trying to scale that back a bit more. Was outside and got kinoed by an old friend- don’t recall if she ever kinoed me before. My female coworker always responded well to 297 as well as 314 added to it. I think I had to work a bit more in getting her started but she was fine once she started talking. ---

I walk outside - say hello- she says hello back and looks down. Maybe it’s her being shy- which is unlike her. Was hanging out with some coworkers and an old friend says about me that I’m like a new man these days. This is probably more due to the results of my workouts. I am very different than when I first came to these forums. I was a pathetic wreck lol. You guys have taught me a lot- about mones but more importantly about myself. Not sure where I would be if I hadn’t found this place. I’m sure I would have found more confidence but maybe not as quickly. I’m sure I would have gotten over my ex but maybe not as quickly. I’m sure I would have followed through with the changes I made but I know it would not have been as quickly. You guys are all awesome. ok enough with the sappiness. Last night I was at the mini mart getting my usual drink after my workout and I’m looking over some items. I catch the cashier walking to the register and I look up and see her staring at me so I flash a smile. Btw- 2 sprays 297 reapplied- this is several hours after the other application. I get to checkout after she waits on one customer. Then she closes the register and tells me I gotta move to another register. She tells me the register is acting up and I don’t want it to break down while shes ringing me up. She adds that it wouldn’t be so bad- I’d have the pleasure of her company for the minutes it would be down. I banter a bit with her and she’s just eating it up. Somehow I don’t believe it was going to break down. lol. Today 1 drop 314 1 spray 390 1 spray ammo 1 spray a1 mix I’m sitting in a room today with a bunch of coworkers- mostly women- this is about 5 hours after first application. I had reapplied a1 about an hour before - IH IO mix with about 7 mcg a1 per spray. It’s a shame AD doesn’t sell a1 even if it was unscented. This is good stuff. I kinda wish I had reapplied 390 but maybe next week when I have the opportunity to be in a room full of women. Some of the women seemed to hover or pass me by a few times. Got a lot of smiles as they walked by. Nothing really blatant but then again it’s work and a lot of people were in the room. ---

tried out a spray of 103 tonight- smell is strong. 15 mcg per spray. Not sure of any self effects. Couldn’t sleep so i decided 4 drops of a1 direct should knock me out. applied to wrist and then smeared around face lol. I was loopy for a bit. I didn’t fall asleep. Felt like an acid flashback because I was seeing strong colors and patterns. I was seeing a library room full of books that kept changing and molding into a different form. Maybe it was a brief extreme tired state. Weird. I know. It’s been almost 20 years since I did any hallucinogens. When I’m extremely exhausted I can get similar visual effects. It doesn’t happen that often. I definitely have a higher tolerance to a1 now. Now I can’t sleep lol. ---

today 1 drop 314 1 sprays 390 1 spray ammo 1 spray of 83 30mcg 1 spray 86 30 mcg 2 sprays 75 10 mcg 1 to chest 1 on wrists then later 1 spray a1 in IH 7 mcg hmm that seems to be a lot. I’ve been wearing the 1 drop 314 1 spray ammo and 1 spray of 390 lately. Today was an interesting day. Was outside with a bunch of coworkers doing an outside teamwork building event. Lot of looks, one girl stood very close to me and knows my name- I’ve never met her and yet she knows mine. I hadn’t played with ammo a whole lot- I’ve begun to appreciate the smell of it. It helps that 390 is the same scent and I’m much more open to it now. I didn’t notice many direct hits other than increased friendliness, but then again I was focused on the event. I had applied 1 spray of p75 to wrists to test if there would be an increase of kino by trying to prematurely break it down. No idea if it would even break down to what it would after a normal amount of time. It could be something different as a result of different conditions or it might not change at all. I applied around 9am and the more interesting hits didn’t happen til about 230 pm. Went to lunch with some coworkers. At the diner I got kinoed twice by the waitress. My female coworker kinoed me as well a couple of times. I think the last time she kinoed me was when she was drinking so this isn’t totally normal. I hadn’t reapplied anything since 9am. I have to do more testing with less on. when we get back from work i’m following a couple of new workers in and at the time clock, one of them continously looks at me. Shes a bit older. Actually the waitress was a bit older as well and my coworker is about my age- so a little on the old side lol. Later, i apply a spray of a1 IH and techy girl stops by. We have a long discussion. Was just enjoying the conversation instead of trying to pay attention to IOI. I do remember she had her one arm behind her back holding onto her other arm. And I do remember that she moved so she could stand directly in front of me. She had her arms like that for a long time. I’m making preparations for this weekend. Going to visit an old friend for what’s basically a booty call. Hopefully, I’ve stressed that I’m just looking to have some fun. Got a few sephora atomizers. placed what I think is one ml of 297- just dumped what was left of one bottle and put in 4 drops of 314. It looks like it dissolved pretty well so I’m curious how that works. Didn’t feel like bringing a bottle of 314 with me. another has 3 sprays p83 30 mcg 3 sprays p86 30 mcg 1 spray p75 10 mcg 1 spray taf 10 mcg 1 spray 79 10 mcg and ill bring an a1 mix. still debating on tuth because she should be just coming off her period she says. ---

today 1 drop 314 1 spray 390 1 spray ammo 1 spray p75 10 mcg 1 spray p83 30 mcg 1 spray p86 30 mcg and a1 IH. Female coworker hovers a bit at work- she leaves, comes back and sits next to me and chats. first application was around 9 am another team building event at 2- i reapply a spray of 390 at 1230 When I get there, everyone starts engaging me and talking me. There’s a lot of banter. This is more due to the nature of the emails I send out. My emails are a hit at work. Informative but funny. I’m sure the 390 helped set the tone as well. Everyone wants to talk to me. some women from our other office were in town. I had a chance to meet a lot of the faces that I’ve just spoken to over the phone. One is definitely a hb9. She comments that I’m really popular and funny. I don’t have much time to talk to all of them because I’m doing a team building event. I think the 390 was a good choice to reapply. Fun festive vibe. Center of attention. Rad’s right when he says it should be called spotlight. Earlier this summer one of the other women from the other office was in town and I met her. She had said for me to give her a hello hug. I remember having on a lot of 297 on then. This was a bit more muted and maybe 2 sprays would have been better. See, I am scaling it back a bit. ---

Glad you figured out the A314 dosing and things are working better. People tend to think I am in charge whether I am or not but … a normal dose for me is 1-2 drops a “do not argue just do it” day is 3-4 drops I usually pair A314 with IH to offset any “respect distance” factor like you were getting at 3 drops. The authority still comes through but people feel very connected to you and keep those verbal lines of communication open. I have seen where some new users put on four drops of A314 and then say it is not working because no one will come to their desk and chat or hang out. D’uuhhh. They are afraid you might eat them. Tune it down. Lighten it up a little with a social or something else. A314 and [Ammo](https://a314.com/product/ammo/) is a very winning combo. bosshank, I liked your thread. I agree about having a base signature. 314 is really nice. Today however for some reason I dropped 314 from my usual application. It’s like every morning I wake up and think ok what am i gonna try today. Application around 9am 2 sprays 390 1 spray ammo 1 spray p83 30 mcg 1 spray p86 30 mcg 1 spray p93 20 mcg 1 spray p75 10 mcg and 1 spray of a1 IH and i tried a trick ktrain had mentioned of using a drop of a1 in lotion. I applied a drop to my wrists and some lotion on top of it. Of interest is I ran into my ex outside today about noon. I was busy talking with someone else but as I was leaving she asked how i was doing. She was with the guy shes been hanging out with. Then I ran into her at 230 and I’m sitting on a picnic table. She comes up- again with the guy shes hanging out with- hes got his arms crossed like usual lol. She starts talking to me and her body is facing me. We talk for a bit but it’s just odd that she came up to me. The guy shes with doesnt say much at all. Most of the time I think she wants to avoid me. first time was ---

ok back from my trip Let me just say if you’re gonna fly, having a high amount of erone is nice. I had an aisle seat and a guy goes to sit in the middle and he has his arms crossed most of the flight and won’t use the arm rest. based on my notes on that day this is what I had on for the flight out. 2 drops 314 2 sprays 390 1 spray ammo 1 spray p83 1 spray p86 1 spray p75 1 spray p93 and 80 mcg of a1 covered with lotion this is applied around 10 am and my flight was at 5 so quite a bit of time had passed reapplied a1 IH twice and a spray of 297 with 314 dissolved in it. Funny, by the end of the flight the guy next to me was like my best bud and wanted to hang out with me when he got back into town. During the day a lot of looks from the women around me. Had to take a bus to the airport and this woman in the seat in front of me kept looking back my way. I keep remembering that women have much better peripheral vision than men. It’s really not fair to have all that on in a small enclosed environment. lol. I met up with this girl I’ve known for several years. I stopped by her workplace to say hello. another a1 and IH spray as well as a spray of the 297 mix. I initiated kino right away and got kinoed right back. She’s a sweet girl. Hard to tell what was working. Not sure how comfortable she would have been without this because I’ve known her a while. She was very comfortable during my stay with her. She had a party to go to on Saturday and mostly asians were there. 297 mix worked very well. This is about a ml of 297 with 4-5 drops of 314 dissolved in it. Lot of fun - didn’t feel awkward at all as everything just felt natural. She wanted to visit her mother the next day so we drove up. She was constantly in a cloud of IH and a1. She’s not a fan of akuto scent lol. I had her smell my wrist and she said she didn’t like it because it smelled too strong. She really likes the neroli scent though. I had applied 2 sprays of the 297 mix as well as several sprays of the a1 IH before meeting her mother - normally her mother is very stand offish with her friends. She’s korean. The girl I was with is half korean. Her mom started to make us dinner- it started as something simple like pizza but she changed her mind and made us steaks. I got the usual questions and she seemed to like my answers. My friend commented that her mom is never like this and was overly generous with her compliments as well as her hospitality. That night while we’re lying in bed she starts crying and says that I’m such and great guy. She’s hoping this becomes more but understands if it’s not. I had always told her lets just have fun and take things one day at a time. Anyone reading this is probably thinking ok yeah yeah yeah but did you get laid? She was on her period and thinks sex during her period is disgusting so I didn’t pursue it. However when her period ended, that was a different story. I had been constantly kinoing her all this time and Monday I escalated. TUTH. I hadn’t tested that much- don’t know my sweet spot with it. I do know that I was up to 3 sprays with her and didn’t think I elicited much of a reaction. I started with one- didn’t really see much- moved it up to two- didn’t see much- and so i ended at three. Maybe I should have pushed it to four. She did seem a bit friskier. I forgot to add that she said that she normally won’t have sex until dating a guy for three weeks. We’re not dating. I had the IH a1 on one side of the neck and TUTH on the other side. Thanks Steve. It was definitely an awesome trip. 😃 Right now I’m dealing with a little bit of fallout. She says she hasn’t fallen for me but she’s been burning up my phone with texts and is always calling. She says its my fault she’s emotionally attached to me because I got her to orgasm a couple of times. The flight back was interesting. I had pretty much almost exhausted all of the a1 IH mix and was on fumes with my 297 mix. Was able to get a spray of that out. I also put on a spray of the 83 mix that I had also brought. For some reason I couldn’t find my ammo to go. I found it later when I got back home lol. I had squirreled it away in my toiletry kit. I sat down waiting for my flight to board and there was a girl - probably about 18- sitting facing away from me in a row that was perpendicular to me. She kept glancing back to me. At some point she gets up and goes to the bathroom. When she gets back, her seat is taken so she picks a different seat. She picks the closest seat to me in the row facing me. When I finally opened her up, she started to blush right away. I had a little bit of small talk with her. I am starting to learn to have more fun with interacting with people and taking the initiative a bit more. Today 9 am 1 drop 314 1 spray ammo 2 sprays p96 20 mcg a1 on wrists 1 drop 1 spray of a CTTM hybrid with a1. relatively light compared to what I’ve used before. I’m trying to focus more on isolating the putatives. I guess we all go through a phase of just going nuts with the pherobomb. I had a lot of catch up work and emails to sift through. I think I see a pattern between my phero use and my job. My job has me going all over the place trying to identify issues and put out fires. It’s kinda hectic at times and it’s a matter of prioritizing what’s important. 314 has definitely helped me be more focused on completing tasks at hand and figuring out whats more important. A female coworker has to go to the printer several times. I sit near the printer. I’m trying to get a lot of work down so I have my headphones on. I see her rush past but later she does stop and talk. Maybe it’s all the A1 I have on. She just kept talking and talking. Despite some of the drawbacks of nols, I have to say I really like how they work. I’ve noticed that lately I’ve been using a lot more IH. Looking back I see that I haven’t been really applying that much IS. I also know my caffeine intake is getting out of control lol. I reapplied the cttm a1 mix around 12 Not sure what difference I was seeing with p96 on in addition to the a1. At least not with her. She does seem eager to stop by and talk. We went out to lunch later around 3 pm and head to the diner. Its my best friend at work, the female coworker and another male coworker. Waitress is always friendly. She’s waited on us numerous times. Another waitress comes on duty and keeps glancing my way. The glances didn’t seem shy. Just quick looks but nothing that indicated embarrassment when I caught her gaze. She did pass by me several times in the course of her working. 530 pm and I am ready to leave. A female supervisor I’ve known for years stops me and says that shes not happy that I never stop to say hello anymore and where have I been. She’s always been a bit motherly but today it seemed a bit more possessive. She’s the older latina that was hit with what I think was my degraded nol to none earlier this summer. She’s definitely been hit with some of my clouds. My ex chimes in. Apparently her seat has been moved. She seems all smiles- or is very polite. She asks where I’ve been. I say out of town. She guessed where I was and I agreed. I should have been more mysterious about it but eh. I’m standing about 5 feet from her. Not sure if she is getting my scent. I’m not too phased by this though. She was pleasant and for some reason she has been the hardest person to read. Anyone else I’ve been able to see more obvious effects. Time to leave and go to the store. Fresh spray of 390! 390 is always fun. Maybe it’s a placebo and I know that it’s going to be fun so I myself am more fun. At the one store a lot of employees are gathered around at the one counter. Lot of fun interaction. The one employee shakes my hand and introduces himself to me. Seriously I have so much fun with 390 or 297. At the coffee shop, I wait for my iced coffee and banter with the saleswoman. When the ice arrives she exclaims how I’m a really sweet guy. At the checkout, I’m behind a really cute girl. She turns to me and says hi and we talk a brief moment. I do believe that 297/390 definitely gets a bit of help from none. Good thing none doesn’t really degrade like the other molecules. Tomorrow is Saturday. I wonder what I will decide to wear.
