Today 2 drops 314 1 spray 301 --don’t have much left 1 spray p75 10 mcg 1 spray IS 4x It’s much colder now. the woman who I always pass every day and has shown a lot of IOI has been more wary of me. I don’t know if the past week of high none testing has confused her, pissed her off or all of the above. Looking back, the mixes I have worn this summer have not been very none heavy. A coworker I’ve known for a long time jokes with me. She had mistakenly called me by my last name in an email. I teased her about it. She says my last name and I call out her last name as well in a low dramatic drawn out voice. She then gives me a high five that was not a slap but almost like a light touch that almost turned into a caress. Did a spray of a1 mix later. This has a p83 p96 IH IO mix in it. Went to chinese for lunch. The elderly woman waiting to seat us gives me a huge smile. B commented on that. The woman had given me a huge smile last time I was there as well. This is probably the 314. Conversation with my friend and B was very childish today. A lot of nuh uh and uh huh. My friend is a friendly antagonist who borders on obnoxiousness. A side note- I forgot to include this in last friday’s journal. My friend and another coworker don’t see eye to eye. We actually sat down and worked together to figure out a couple of issues. My friend who normally is reluctant to be in the same room as the other coworker sat down and we figured it out. After work I head to the store. 1 spray 390 1 spray p130 and 1 spray of a mystery bottle. Geezus I have a ton of togos where I only have a slight clue what’s in them. I need to get a label maker. I have a “marking system”- most of them are probably an a1 mix of some sorts- but if i pick up a togo, unless I had marked it uniquely I have no idea whats in it. My guess is it was a togo of p96 that I put together. Either that or the p93 mix I made. \>.\> Went to the store for cigarettes. Vest girl sees me and comes down from the command center. She isn’t wearing the vest and talks about how she’s being a rebel. I tell her it’s because she just wanted to take it off. She said she even had her shirt untucked. I tell her so she’s the one in charge. What an example! I tease her by pointing out her friend is more neatly dressed than she is. She starts to be a bit dramatic and starts to say she needs to tuck her shirt in and she’s got to go change so she can neaten up. She had this wideeyed look when she was telling me this and immediately retreated back up to the command center while trying to tuck her shirt in. I have to laugh. I wonder if this is because of the amount of erone I had on- residual 314. No idea if I crashed and burned on this. Perhaps I should have played into her dream of being a rebel instead of the tease about her willful sloppiness. I go to get dinner. I see the young girl whos waited on me this summer a lot and smile. I get an immediate brush of the hair as she smiles back. Don’t think I was in range yet. The elderly cashier laughs when I made some stupid joke about how its too hot out and I’m glad I have my iced coffee. She said everyone else is complaining about how cold it is now. I go to eat and an employee on break sits at the table opposite me and she’s facing me. During the whole time she seems to mirror me. When I look to a direction I catch her looking there too as well. Somehow I think the mystery bottle is my p93 mix. I’ll have to test the bottle again. ---

I’ve wasted a lot of mones in the past because I’ve made so many different mixes because I get really bored of a concoction very quickly. Guess what though I’ve ended up throwing away a lot of liquid thats unlabeled because I dont see a point wearing something that I dont know what it is. I buy sticker labels and just write em myself and stick them on now. I’m much more disciplined than I was 3 months ago and I’m proud to say I’m a recovered OCD mixzilla and I actually wear stuff for a while because learning the mechanisms more thoroughly is just so rewarding at the end of it all. ---

p103 test 2 sprays p103 15mcg per I can feel my facial muscles wanting to grin. Feel a slight headache though. If I stop and think about it, I feel like grinning more. 😃 I’ll have to try this out in the field. ---

thanks steve, The IS 4x at 2 sprays on my neck gave me a headache. I usually apply 1 spray of IS4x to my hair. I used to have IS crashes all the time when I abused the hell out of it. 1 spray every hour for a few hours. ---

297 again Haircut day on Saturday. 2 sprays 297 1 spray ammo 1 spray p96 Unlike previous times, I went in the day time when it was busier. The other girls were more focused on working. My hairstylist that day was very chatty. Felt different from previous times. Hairstylist was very friendly as always but I didn’t have as much interaction with the others. Maybe I was off a bit. When I went to get coffee I noticed the guy in front of me trying to create space and move away from me. I can’t recall seeing this with just two sprays before. I had some friendly flirting with the older woman making my drink. At the store when I checked out, a young arab woman was my cashier. Probably in highschool. Normally I get a dreamy look from girls that wait on me. She was definitely nervous. She went to get my change and it looked like she wanted to bust through her stand and get away more. It was puzzling to me. Maybe the spray of ammo put her off. ---

Found out recently that whatever I was wearing that day, the effect was I was much cooler than people expected me to be and one of the women had a big crush on me- thought I was really cute and muscular. I thought I only wore 390 that day but man… Well I’ve been playing around with other mixes. Here’s what I’ve found after taking a break from AD mixes. I love akuto and I love ff21… yeah I actually really like ff21 now. When I smelled them again I was transported back to this past crazy summer. Amazing how scent really can capture emotions and memories. I recently introduced a friend of mine to the world of mones. For me this wasn’t an easy secret to share considering we work at the same place. Yeah i’m selfish but he needed improvements in his life. He’s a 297/390 fan now- it’s done wonders for his confidence and self esteem. First mix I introduced him to was a to go mixed mostly of IO IH 4 sprays of TAC 10 mcg, 5 Sprays of 93 10 mcg, and 5 drops of a1. He’s noticed dramatic differences in TG’s behavior. Women were nicer and more flirty. He’s convinced about mones and we’ve had some interesting discussions about them. One discussion we’re hanging out at my place and I realize omfg… I have no tolerance for a1 anymore. Haven’t used it in months. I know what I mixed for him and it’s not a lot compared to what I used to use… This is the interesting thing. He told me he applied around 1pm and we’re hanging out around 9pm. I found myself being chatty but at the same time fumbling for words. As I stumble in my thoughts i think sonuva…this has got to be the a1 but christ how long do the mixes last? It’s generally accepted that sprays last about up to 6 hours and oils a bit longer with residual effects remaining much longer. I’m curious how much longer some of these effects do last. This past week I went to a diner. 2 sprays 297. Well I think it was 2 sprays… first spray was a stream, so I applied a 2nd. Get to a diner about an hour after application. Waitress(about 21 yo) was very attentive and walked past me a lot even though there weren’t a lot of customers around. Engaged in some small talk, made a few jokes that had her giggling and with each interaction she seemed to brighten up more. Mones just seem to set a mood. Like a club that’s all decked out music playing maybe a theme going on but that’s just it, it’s just a cool place to hang out. The more I create interactions the more fun that place is going to be. There were two girls that were sitting at another table. I overheard that they had just finished a workout - I’d say they were college age- one nice body but ok, the other one a little on the heavier side. The heavier girl strikes a muscle pose. I exclaim oh it’s pose down time? They all laugh and the other girl says what about you? I tell her she’s on deck so she gets up and strikes a pose. Now it’s my turn. This actually goes back and forth and gets a bit goofy. 297 set the stage but I still had to play my role- you could say that about any mone. ---

also last week, I had the opportunity to visit a strip club. broke out 395 for that. 1 stream and 1 spray. The stream ran down my chest. I’ve been to strip clubs before and I’ve had women hover looking for a lap dance, drinks or vip stuff because just like anyone there I’m a walking dollar sign. Perhaps this place had more aggressive women. A beautiful black girl moves in and starts cooing and rubbing me up and down. Maybe I’m not used to girls in a strip club just grabbing my crotch or maybe it was the mix. She gets all flirty and moves in close, climbs up on my lap and whispers in my ear how this was the appetizer and we should move straight to dessert. I flirt back and banter. This goes on for a bit as she keeps rubbing me. Then she says I should buy her a drink. Ok, so much for strip club etiquette. One thing I’ve learned is never buy a girl a drink if she asks for one. Never offer to buy a girl a drink. Maybe if I learned something cool or they did something really cool i would buy them a drink. Heh. So… I tell her naw, why don’t you buy me a drink? She gets up, storms off and I start laughing. Next thing I know something hits me in the arm. She swung her purse at me! This wasn’t a tap. She really wound up when she let it fly. And she yells “You idiot!” What I miss? It’s a strip club. More girls will want to see if they can get me to spend money. I’m kind of surprised I said that but I was feeling a bit cocky. Going to a strip club was great. Beautiful women come up and I have zero expectation so I am free to say whatever comes to mind. It’s funny, these girls come up and talk the standard logical guy talk. whats your name, where are you from, what do you do? It was fun making up stuff along the way and watching them react. A couple of younger latinas came up and they sat by me. Engaged me a couple of times but they seemed hesitant. But they didn’t leave. 1 spray 1 stream may be a bit much. I will say this 2 sprays is definitely too much. OMG what was I thinking when I used to use 2 sprays of the UF stuff. An older asian lady stopped by, surprisingly she wasn’t too put off. I learned she is half asian and she is older. She was eating up my scent. She was very insistent on giving me a lap dance and eventually I gave in. I think it was her taking my hand and moving it up and down her crotch for a few minutes that did it. Yeah, i’m still a bit afc but fun is fun. She got several deep breathers when she was giving me a lap dance. She was ok but afterwards she seemed to stand around. I was leaving and she gave me a really tight hug. So I don’t know. I’ve been to strip clubs before and I don’t recall the girls being as aggressive as the one’s i ran into this night. If i said no to a lap dance they usually would just go on their way. 395 is fun. 😃 ---

UF testing 10:15 am 1.5 sprays of 392. I didn’t know what I wanted to wear but I wanted to try something different. This stuff feels strong. I feel a bit woozy and think ok really stick to the one spray even if it feels like half a spray. The ff21 seems pretty strong but man does it smell good. Wanted to do 1 spray but the first came out like a half spray. 10:45 I’m on the bus - two older women sitting up front. One a bit heavy set- both white- can’t really discern anything- I did think the heavy set woman was starting to blush more and more. The other woman looks over to me at some point. Body language seemed to fluctuate between interest and disinterest- perhaps I’m reading too much into it. Transfer and take another bus. While waiting for the bus, those two women said lets sit here but eventually came over my way to stand next to me. On the next bus, woman about late 20s in the back corner about 6 feet away from me. Two younger women directly across from me. The woman in the back corner looked like she was combing her hair with her hands - she did this 3 times. Each time she would just constantly smooth it over, flip her hands through them and constantly rub her fingers through her hair. I only caught her looking my way once. The two younger women- about early 20s, one black one hispanic. The black girl had a much more relaxed body posture towards me. legs spread out(she was wearing jeans) and leaning back in her seat. The hispanic girl would occasionally look my way. Was in line at a deli and a woman and her teenage daughter were waiting beside me. I caught the woman looking at me and she got all flushed. Sounds like standard boring stuff so far. Wear some none and watch the fireworks. I ran into 3 coworkers at the mall while wearing this. One was a woman who hasn’t seen me that much - she said I looked really good. She’s in her late 40s or early 50s. We talk for a bit and then I had to run. Another coworker, asian male, he said hi- introduced me to his gf. We talk very briefly but he said he had to run. Didn’t look at his gf while talking to him. She’s also asian. I felt that he was uncomfortable with me. Usually when he sees me, i’m not wearing a heavy none product. Another male coworker I ran into was also the same way. Brief, friendly chat but I know he was uncomfortable. He was the guy at the lan party I rode with last summer. He wasn’t as uncomfortable as that night when he had this terrified look in his eyes but that was a hot summer day with the residual of 3 sprays of 297. At this point I haven’t done much interaction. 2:00 pm I was in this store and this black girl, a few extra pounds but very shapely and an extremely cute face, comes over to help me. I razz her a bit but I also start the kino right away. At some point she says she can offer me a deal but I have to keep it a secret. I place my finger on her lips and nod. As she’s demonstrating something to me, she has me sit on this high seated chair. She presses her crotch up against my knee and keeps it there a while. Meanwhile I’m joking with her and touching her arm and face. I have to reach over to grab something and I happen to graze my forearm against her breasts - she doesn’t back away. I notice her black bra strap showing so i move her top to cover it while saying This is driving me crazy. I can’t think with this showing. She laughs and says her tops keep falling down since she lost some weight. She says something at one point that I disagree with so I hop off the chair and say thats it i’m walking! She grabs me and pulls me back while saying noooooooo! After all was said and done, she asks for my phone number because i was such a fun guy and she wanted to call me some time. She said that I was funny and different. She said I have a great energy about me and that i’m really cute (lol who’s gaming who?) I tell her to put it into my phone. She says she doesn’t have a cell (ORLY?) and she can only give her home phone number but is rarely at home. (hmm ok) So I tell her ok send yourself an email from my phone. Make it creative. She laughed and said she’s not creative. Oh? I don’t know if we can hang then. You’re fun but I like creative fun people! She laughs and says she will try to be creative. After she does that she asks for a hug. Coincidentally her face ended up on the side of my neck where I sprayed the 392. Lol I keep telling my friends to do the push and say ok that’s enough for now. I forgot lol. escalating kino is something I have been trying to work on. Today it seemed very natural. The I don’t care attitude. Touching you is natural and normal and I don’t think anything of it kind of feeling. I’m usually more reserved and have been trying to get out of that shell. Usually I’ll touch someone maybe once or twice during a conversation. Today was kino pong! ---

I was joking with my friend last night that I use the half spray as an excuse to use another spray. 12:00 pm Did one spray after showering. I used witch hazel on my neck before showering to make sure that I didn’t have any residuals from the night before. This feels strong. More strong than 2 sprays of 392. Shortly after spraying I head outside and my elderly neighbor, she’s about 65+ comes over to give me something. It’s actually cold but I can smell the ff21 wafting around me. She stops short about a foot away and leans in with wide eyes and exclaims you look really good. I tell her I’ve lost some weight and she interjects “No you look really really good” Not a bad way to start the day. On the bus I notice one buff dude constantly give me sideways glances. I’m going to summarize this as 394 was a bit disconcerting to me. I saw IOI from a lot of women and had a nice interaction with one waitress at a diner but this is the first time I have never seen three separate people get up and move away from me when wearing any type of [pheromone](https://a314.com/). Bus ride- little boy is sitting behind me. A couple of minutes later he gets up to sit with his parents a few seats away. Bus ride- elderly man sitting opposite the aisle from me. The bus is not scheduled to leave for a few minutes. He looks at me suspiciously, gets up and leaves the bus. Comes back a few minutes later and sits way up in the front. At the diner one 40ish woman, next table over with 2 other women and a man, I hear her apologize to the group and says she really needs to leave. She had given me a disgusted fearful look a bit earlier. She left before her food arrived. My body language was very relaxed throughout all of these events. This was one spray. I’ve worn a lot more none before in other mixes… I do not recall this many people wanting to get away from me. There was one time when I was wearing a combination of 297 and heavy ammo where this happened. Maybe I let these get to me and subconciously was worried that what I was wearing was too strong. There were some positive hits and I have this startling revelation that I have to make things happen. ---

You say you wore a lot more none before in other mixes. So how much none is in UF test packs? Since no one except the designer knows there is really no way to say that. From what I’ve read all around the forum all the UF packs are very heavy none. I would suffice it to say its probably as much or more than IJ. 4 Sprays of Ammo 2x would be equivalent to one spray of IJ. Think about that 😃 ---

haha steve. I thought I had read that it was about 5 mcg per spray of none in the UF but you’re right. I really don’t know. In the past I used to toss on IH, IO and various putatives without truly appreciating the design of the mix on its own merit. that’s a lot of none if it has as much or more than IJ! You’ve given me a lot to think about. ---

Friend compare 297 and 390 My buddy has been using 297 and 390 lately. This is what he texted me today. _I know this probably makes no sense but I put on 297 today and I already got hits whereas with 390 I couldnt tell the last time I got an obvious hit. Someone today even goes ‘wow you smell really good bla bla’ and girl behind me has been really really talkative. Showed her the magic quarter thing. She got it but said it was still cool. All in all everyone in here seems to be in a really good mood. Hmmm"_ _but yeah I dunno why the discrepancy between 297 / 390 for the same thing…_ He uses one spray. He tried two but he gets a little queasy when using two so he cut it back to one for now. ---

Steve, I’m not sure because whenever I put this on I feel that it works. The thing is I really wake up when I wear either 297 or 390. Maybe I don’t notice a difference because mentally I feel I am on when I wear this. 297 akuto is just amazing. I have the akuto in oil form and it’s not quite the same bite that 297 akuto has. Looking back though I haven’t recorded much testing of this mix by itself. I think I jumped into the whole putative thing without thinking about it and just throwing shit together. I did a retest of 394 this past weekend. There are two variables that changed and I need to do another test. One, I didn’t wear any none mixes the day before. two, I have cycled off my tribulus supplement. I did not see any negative effects like I had the last time I tried 394. Was on the bus and noone moved away from me. I did have this interesting conversation with a waitress at restaurant/bar while I was seated at the bar. She started talking to me about how she’s itchy from a tattoo she got for her birthday. Her sister got the same tattoo that day at the same time. I recall she was slightly agitated but she kept talking and talking to me. I watched as she talked with another customer a few feet away from me and she seemed a bit more relaxed. The waitress is probably early 20s and blonde. There was one slightly negative reaction but it was a younger asian girl on the bus. I noticed that she kept bouncing her foot over and over. She did not want to make eye contact but she didn’t move away. The next day I tested 297 one spray solo. But it wasn’t quite solo… I put on a shirt that I wore for about 30 minutes the day before then realizing it was too cold outside to wear it. Went to the store to get smokes and the cashier who’s gay- he’s small, thin framed and very effeminate. A few months ago when I wore 297 he introduced himself to me, shook my hand and said he was glad to meet me and really had to get my name. Then he started standing close to my side and kept talking about all sorts of things. I’ve usually worn another mix when going to this store and he’s not like this. He had to show me his phone, his new apps, talk about new games he got. It still hits younger women really well so I have no complaints. Maybe the appeal is the status it projects. ---

Secret stash p99 20mcg So I bought p99 last summer - used quite a bit of it but never really wrote it up. So I started testing this past week. 20 mcg per spray. Usually in a few minutes I notice that I am getting a bit tired. I feel somewhat sedated when wearing this. Maybe I’m imagining things, but I swear I can feel the left part of my brain get a bit heavier and that sensation feels like it’s spreading to the right side. I’m not worried and I have a sly smile on my face. Haha weird but it’s the sensation I get. I do feel relaxed. This is pretty quick. Usually within 5 to 10 minutes. with an additional spray I get more tired and have no problem going to sleep. This is awesome, sometimes I can’t get to sleep and this sedation/relaxing property has been amazing in allowing me to fall asleep right away. This is very different from p130. p130 I felt was more like a switch was just shut off and I was disconnected from worries and fears. This feels like a warm blanket that’s keeping me from getting self absorbed in worries. I did use a bit of it this past summer. Maybe I did notice a sense of peace but I was really caught up in a lot of self doubt. Time really does help heal wounds. Before it might have taken the edge off but not enough to have me fully appreciate this.
