# My first experiences with pheromones report

Oh bugger. I had written you a nice response Leomessi and I’ll have to start again!

Being that you’re 23 (read that in your intro), you’re producing a high amount of none, so spraying on that much ammo just bumped that up. You’ll want to stay around 1-2 sprays because of your age group. I’m 27 and usually stick to that rule. One along my forearms and rub or along my neck. The older you get, the more your none production drops off, so that’s why the older users on here are using 3-4 sprays. As far as none is concerned, a little goes a long way. You could try to buffer it with the social mones.

[Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/) has a youthful, semi sexiness to it, so you could 3-4 and see how that works for you and your friend.

The other thing is you’re from Thailand and Asians generally aren’t receptive to high levels of nones. Tisha wrote something on the topic..here’s an excerpt:
