# My first mones

I just got tuth, io and is. Im impressed fast delivery like everybody says. Now should i use them one at a time or mix them. also can i wear regular cologne or will it deminish the effects of the mones?

Always use each product individually to note personal effect and effect on others. Then after knowing what each product does … then you can start mixing them. IS and IO will help by adding a social buffer TUTH. I don’t see your age listed; if you are under 25yrs go easy on the TUTH increase your dose a 1/2 spray at time and note the effect on people around you. Good luck.

I will be receiving my shipment tomorrow..I will start with instant shine 1 spray on each wrist after my shower..I will do a journal on that for a few days..Afterwards I have decided to try instant honesty same thing after shower for a few days..finally I will try the [Instant sexiness](https://phera.com/product/instant-sexiness/) using the same process. I will then try the first two, then all three..if I make it !! I came up with this process from reading different posts on this site (combining suggestions) and this is what I came up with. Good Luck…Let me know about your experiment and how you will be applying and the results, it would be nice to compare.
