hello all 🙂 i just made my first order today : ammo tuth is io is ih and indeed alpha 314 … :B cant wait to play with them and give back all the reports. any suggestion which one start with? should i start each one by itself first ? is there any strategic for new users ? looking forward to hear from you guys back have a greaaaaaaaaaat day 🙂 p.s : thanks for steve and maikelia 🙂 ---

This is a common question and I hate trying to find the thread everytime the issue comes up but here is “sweet spot” testing in a nutshell. pick a product then apply one spray per day for three days…take two days off…then do two sprays a day for three days…to days off etc. make note of what dose gives you the best results and at what dose you notice effects either disappearing or turning negative. Now you know your sweet spot and your OD level. I know it’s time consuming but the benefit of doing it that way is it becomes a long term investment. With this knowledge you’ll be able to custom tailor mixes for yourself and your own unique body chemistry, personality and goals. ---
