# My first order arrived: starting with one spray of Instant Shine

Yay!!! I just recieved my first order! _does happy dance_ 😃  
K. My first trial will be with [Instant Shine](https://a314.com/product/shine/). I’m excercising great self-restraint by testing one at a time 😉. It’s _very_ difficult. Anyways, I sprayed one spay of regular strength I/shine on my chest about 10 minutes ago. I chose this particular one because I’ve been sick with a cold and the flu for the past week. Blech ☹. I haven’t felt any noticable self-effects yet (maybe because I can’t breath, lol). I’m about to go out to coffee with a friend, so we’ll see. Also, my sister is throwin an “end of the year” party tonight and she’s invinted a ridiculous amount of people. I’m thinking that should be good testing ground 😉. We shall see. I’ll be back with more later!

The coffee shop meeting went well. My friend is back from college for winter break and we met in the local coffee shop. Surprisingly, there weren’t very many people in the shop. We talked over a couple of mochas. She’d sounded kind of dejected on the phone, but she was perfectly happy talking face to face. I’m not sure if that’s because of the [pheromones](https://pheromonelabs.com/shop/), or the mocha. 😛 I didn’t notice any real hits yet. Hmmm. Will have to see about tonight. Question: is it necessary to reapply pheromones?

It depends on when you last applied them. Most pheromones start wearing off after 4-6 hours, so if you want to get the strongest effects and hits, you should reapply every 4 hours or so.
